Holiday Inn Express is a good hotel slightly away from the main Pittsburg city. It’s provides all the basic amenities, not a very high end but a god place for budget travellers. It was quite expensive during the college move-in days but cheaper than those near the university. Most shopping areas are closer to to the hotel. The breakfast was quite repetitive especially for those staying longer. Basic amenities such as laundry could be better and even a cold water machine would have been helpful.

This is a great place to stay however, they ask for an enormous deposit, which makes no sense for local people.

Unfortunately our trip was forced to be cancelled by the severe storm that was happening along Buffalo and up forwards Pittsburg. We were not allowed to travel along the highways and could not make it there. It was after our cancellation period, and we made it as far as the border (from Canada to USA) but the hotel along with ******* was able to refund us for our stay still. We are very appreciative and we will try and stay here next time we are coming to Pittsburg for a competition!

Staff here is always awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is great and the coffee is always hot. Everyone here always does a fantastic job!!!

The couch in the room was a plastic fabric. So disappointing and uncomfortable.

My tv didn’t work for my 2 night stay. I told mgmt and they sent housekeeping. They in turn sent the maintenance manager. The manager reset the the tv and told me he would return but never did. Breakfast was just pastry because something was wrong in the kitchen.
