For a day of leisure, development is great for bike riding or fishing at the pond. After enjoying the Beautiful Bethany beach only 1.5 miles away come home and enjoy the private jacuzzi overlooking a fenced in backyard and a stoned patio with plenty of seating for a nice barbeque. Of course a fire pit on the patio just to end your day with smores!! Enjoy all the amenities this house offers-bikes for your use, chairs and umbrella for the beach and 2 grills for cooking outside. Also supplies are many board games, puzzles and books to enjoy on the game table in sunroom. It is a true family atmosphere.LOCAL ADVENTURES: For those who like to explore, Delaware Sea Shore State Park is 5 minutes to the south. If you keep south another 15 minutes, you will find Ocean City MD with a full array of vacation activities, attractions, dining and night life. If you head north about 25 minutes, you will find Rehoboth Beach which has a flavor of its own. The Rehoboth Outlets have unending shops with tax free purchasing for those who love to shop.Also the Cape May-Lewes Ferry is a great trip to the iconic Cape May New Jersey, but it is a full day's trip and you probably won't want to leave your perfect spot for that long.All-in-all, this is a marvelous vacation location!
