Il Garden Inn è stato aperto il mese scorso sotto nuova gestione e è stato spruzzato. Il servizio è eccellente, con un sacco di personale, e il ristorante è sorprendentemente buono (confrontato a quello che si potrebbe aspettare con un Garden Inn) con molta varietà e qualità. In generale, è molto ben competitivo con i due hotel Hilton più costosi di Panama City, dove abbiamo vissuto per visitare, ma a un prezzo molto più basso.

La parte più eccellente della nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata il servizio clienti, e non credo che l'assenza di problemi rende un grande istituto, bensì la capacità di affrontarli in modo professionale, che è impressionante. Abbiamo avuto un certo numero di domande. In primo luogo, ci sono state assegnate le camere sbagliate, ma questo è stato cambiato entro pochi minuti. La lampada non funzionava e è stata riparata rapidamente. C’era un odore di umidità, ma questo è stato risolto da un deumidificatore, il bagno si fermò e si riparava entro pochi minuti, ogni dipendente era cortese, gentile e utile. L'atmosfera era molto positiva. Il buffet del colazione era sorprendente.La nostra stanza era pulita ogni giorno e abbiamo avuto una grande relazione con il custode. L'unica cosa che era preoccupante era che il telefono nella nostra stanza non funzionava e non potevano ripararlo durante il nostro soggiorno, ma credo che questo fosse fuori controllo dell'hotel. Il letto è stato il più comodo che abbia mai avuto in un hotel. Sono un terribile sonno quando viaggio e dormo bene ogni notte. La nostra esperienza può essere stata insolita con alcuni dei problemi. Vorrei solo raccomandare che una stanza sia controllata attentamente per assicurarsi che tutto funzioni bene prima che gli ospiti acceda. Tuttavia, questo non ha avuto un impatto negativo sul nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo assolutamente amato questo hotel. La gente lo rende grande! L'unica cosa che non mi piaceva era l'odore terribile del bagaglio, che mi sembrava un dissuasivo per noi di stare fuori alla piscina. Noi abbiamo affittato una suite di stile appartamento. C'è un negozio di prodotti alimentari a pochi passi e l'hotel ha una lavanderia a nessun costo.

Excellent choice in Panama City, the rooms are perfect, neighbourhood is great with endless number of restaurants. Continental breakfast is amazing. We stayed here for 10 days, however 1 single issue did confuse & upset us: Here was the scenario explained to them: - 10 nights of stay - guest A&B stayed for the first 6 days. - guest A alone 7th day - guest A&C the last 3 nights. Told them upfront that 1 guest leaves & another will join later. They charged $27.5/day, admin fee to change a guest name!? This was after suggesting that we cancel with Trip.com & rebook again with the correct names. We told them it doesn’t make sense to do that & it was disappointing that they couldn’t offer any solution to a customer who just gave them 10 days of business & being a Riu Class member loyal to this chain.

1) First 3 nights, pool was closed for renovation. Reception said ”No pool available”. Only this, I thought, the pool was completely closed. On the forth day, I saw, guests were swimming. I asked the reception. ”Yes, you can swim”. Why the reception could not inform us only 3 days closed? 2) No towel after cleaning. Also first 3 nights. I thought that the clean team forgot to leave it, but it was not forgetting, but not ready. Towels were delivered around 19:00 first 3 nights. I called the reception every night and they said ”We inform the responsible staff” and waited for hours. Why reception didn't answer ”Towels will be delivered around 19:00 today” or advised us for delay delivering in advance? Then I didn't have to call the reception every day. Anyway, I had to wait to take shower till 19:00. Outside was 30degrees, and I wanted to take a shower immediately. 3) Weak WIFI. WIFI at Reception was with 96 Mbps, however, room at the door was 14 Mbps and at bed, no signal anymore. At desk also 2 Mbps or no signal. It's impossible to watch streaming like Netflix or web meeting. Also no smart TV. 4) My room card key was invalided every day. I had to go to the reception after back to the hotel (Elevator works with valid room card key). If no guests are at the reception, it takes soon, but one day, big group was there, and I had to wait more than 10min or more. I had a take away food, and it was no more warm when I was back to the room. 5) They asked me an advance payment even flex rate booking. They need cash? 6) No refrigerator in a room.

To start it off right I didn’t think my trip included free breakfast until I arrived and the lady at front desk told me! I was excited about the free food. I loved everything about the hotel and the food was on point and the hotel is very clean. The only thing that worried me is the was the quietness where my room was, it made us overthink a little but that didn’t stop anything we still enjoyed it. I loved all the amenities and the staff was very nice. I would definitely book again if I visit again

La posizione era perfetta, il desk front era eccezionalmente veloce e amichevole per l'ingresso, l'uscita e l'aiuto con la stampa, il servizio di trasporto dall'aeroporto PTY e il ritorno era veloce, sicuro e comodo, I server dei ristoranti erano molto attenti, e ero molto grato per il modo in cui il personale del front desk mi chiamava e mi ha organizzato per ottenere quello che ho lasciato in camera mia. Mi hanno preso molto bene cura di me!!

La stanza è comoda e igienica, l'ambiente è buono e la vita è molto comoda.Il personale della ricetta è entusiasta e molto gentile.Il colazione è anche buono. Abbiamo partecipato a una breve visita della foresta tropicale a pioggia fornita dall'hotel, e abbiamo incontrato alcune piante e animali tropicali, come diverse specie di arachidi, arachidi e resine, molto carino!È davvero un'esperienza indimenticabile.
