Owner just freely walks in your room he kno the ones that sale ***** his manager sale drug to the people that stay up there.. all his employees do *****…… they spray the blood stain mattresses down with water an bleach an let them dry outside an put them back in the rooms…… he let white, Mexican and his people do as they please….. he close the pool if the black kids get to loud thats on camera to…….. he come to your room don’t knock just walk in… they have the police up there for people dying from drug or overdosing from ***** an they still there.. I had to clean my room once I get there had to buy my own sheets comforter shower curtain… all they covers an sheet got stain mattress to.. they only put the new sheet in the rooms they kno the inspector going in….. the pillow cases nasty had to buy my own it’s on camera me taking all there stuff out the room.. they also have roaches.. The shower curtains got mold on them.. they put dirty beds in rooms ..they need to start an investigation on the owner and employee cause he kno they selling ***** from there ..signed Cortney Scott

Questo era un riposo tanto necessario da una settimana davvero difficile. Il nostro soggiorno qui è stato troppo breve, vorrei che fossimo rimasti almeno un'altra notte. La nostra prenotazione era per una ”suite spa” e la camera era all'altezza del suo nome abbastanza bene. Il punto forte di questa camera era la vasca idromassaggio con idromassaggio situata proprio dietro una serie di persiane oscillanti con persiane e molto pulita. Ma ho soggiornato in altre stanze simili a questa, ma questa camera aveva una spa aggiuntiva come una doccia aperta al resto del bagno. Molto unico e molto simile a una spa. Alloggiavamo in hotel dopo aver chiuso una nuova casa. La casa aveva bisogno di un po' di lavoro e non mi sentivo a mio agio a stare lì finché il lavoro non fosse finito. Il personale della reception era davvero molto gentile e molto efficiente. Il servizio esatto che ti aspetteresti da un albergo Marriott. L'unico inconveniente dell'hotel era che il centro fitness era chiuso, ma questo è un effetto Covid-19 che gli hotel non possono ignorare.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Bessemer during a road trip south. The hotel is located just off of Rt. 59 and next to other hotel chains between a gas station and a Cracker Barrell restaurant, typical road side hotel. The exterior of the hotel is weathered and could use a serious upgrade. The interior of the lobby is better but the rooms are old and dated. Feels like they started an upgrade but never made it to the guest rooms. It is a very average hotel, nothing to cheer about but nothing to worry about either. The free breakfast was pretty good, as far as hotel breakfast goes.

Came for two nights for a Bama game. Booked via Agorda - never again book with them they lost my paid reservation so it was a hassle to get a refund. First room had several issues- 1. Bathroom sliding door doesn’t slide closed 2. Only a deadbolt lock on door no extra security 3. A/c cover falling off 4. shower door leaks we had to put down towels 5. toilet seat loose 6. When we first came in the lobby smelled damp mildew * so we requested another room and the maintenance guy at the desk was like we were putting him out. Second room- 1. No light in shower stall 2. Bathroom fan no cover 3. Roach ran across nightstand- we got him though. 4. Breakfast the next day - pitiful, very limited food, had to ask for the milk to be replenished so they weren’t attentive. Orange juice was brown. Eggs and sausage not tasty. Best thing was yogurt cups. First night lady and last day guy were friendly I shared with the front desk guy at checkout that this was just not what it should be for the double regular weekday price. He didn’t offer any type of refund just so sorry.

I was on travel for my mother-in-law funeral and I had booked the double bed but once I checked in, double bed room was not available, instead I was given a one King size bed. and later on-duty manager provided me with roll away bedroom which took most of the room and very inconvenient to move about in the room.
