Sia il trattamento che le strutture sono perfette. È un po' lontano, ma come fermata in strada ad altri destinazioni è perfetto. Molto comodo e molto parcheggio privato. La stanza era davvero grande e confortevole. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 in una stanza che era per fino a 4, quindi c'era spazio di sovraccarico. Oltre a che la stanza era abbastanza grande. Connessioni USB-c e inchiostri e molto luminosa. Temperatura confortevole e buffet completo. Raccomandabile 100%

UUtente ospitePerfectly located to experience the beautiful city with our adult sons! The streets outside the hotel in the old part of the city were so pretty, and we easily hiked from the hotel to the citadel and all sights in-between. Restaurants were within steps, shopping was within steps. We had breakfast at the hotel one day then went to a French cafe the next. It’s also a walkable distance to/from the train station. Since we were there to explore the historical sites, we appreciated the history of the building we stayed in, too! The staff member who helped us was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were right above the square and, although a bit noisy in the late afternoon/evening, I personally enjoyed the energy of people having a good time. Again-authentic experience! We would definitely stay here again.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed here for 2 nights in July. It was well signposted once near the town centre, which made it easy to find. There are a couple of issues to bear in mind about parking. First, the entrance is very narrow. My phone measure app measured the gap as 2.2m . I very carefully and slowly got my Tesla Model Y through. It felt like I was edging a supertanker through the Suez Canal. I used to have a model S and no way I would have attempted to get that through. One in the car park, there is a limited number of spaces. Three of them have Tesla chargers. If you book ahead, they will cone one off for you. By 10pm the car park was full and all bets are off at that point, Tesla space or not. I expect you would have to park outside in a public car park somewhere. The checkin was very simple. I had completed the online prebooking, which presumably helped. The reception and other, eg cleaning, staff were always polite and cheerful. The room was fairly basic, but the decor was well looked after and it was clean. We found the bed comfortable and with good pillows, including some extras in sealed bags. There was a small wardrobe and the ensuite included a toilet, sink and shower, all of which were pretty high quality items. The aircon worked wonderfully, which was essential, as it was around 40 degrees outside. It was also good to have two room keys as so many hotels think it is OK to give a couple just one room key. The flat screen TV was a decent size with a clear signal and a decent range of mainly french TV channels, with BBC world news and CNN as English language channels. The room has a telephone, but I didn’t use it. Free wifi was really good at about 70Mb download speed. The location is excellent on the edge of the old town centre. A short walk to the Musee Beaux Arts and not much further to the birthplace of Victor Hugo and many other key attractions and restaurants. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I came to Besançon. However, once my replacement model S arrives maybe later this year, this hotel won’t be an option because, although it has destination chargers, they are accessed through a narrow tunnel.

UUtente ospiteA première vue, on sent que l'hôtel n'est pas de toute fraicheur et les équipements un peu vieillot (lavabo bois abimé voir photo), le sol fait un peu ”hôpital” et le couloir des escalier n'est vraiment pas accueillant. Mais la literie est propre et confortable. Les 2 personnes de l'accueil que j'ai vu étaient vraiment sympathique et l'hôtel a l'avantage d'etre à moins de 5 min à pied de l'hôpital. Le petit déjeuner était bien et la salle lumineuse.

Ho soggiornato una notte durante il mio viaggio dalla Normandia all'Italia, è in posizione comodissima a due minuti dall'uscita dell'autostrada, si trova in una zona commerciale quindi negozi, supermercato e fast food raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. La camera era molto pulita e accogliente, perfettamente funzionanti tv, wi-fi, aria condizionata, c'era anche un bollitore con bustine di thè e caffè e biscotti, ma c'è assolutamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione, innanzitutto togliere la moquette, comprare un bollitore nuovo, ridipingere le pareti e ricordarsi di mettere la carta igienica in bagno!!! Per 57 euro (compresa la tariffa per il mio cane) la carta igienica la pretendo!!! Sicuramente non presenta gli standard di altri hotel Campanile, avrei dovuto dedurlo dal prezzo più basso della media...

Abbiamo usato Campanile in Francia per circa 30 anni. Purtroppo, in questi ultimi tempi, essi sono stati costantemente in declino, nonostante qualche riabilitazione. La donna che gestisce l'hotel il sabato sera con il cuoco era l'unica cosa buona. La stanza si riempiva di fumo e era fredda, perché il riscaldamento non funzionava bene, nonostante i suoi migliori tentativi, quindi ci diede un riscaldamento che funzionava bene. I mobili erano una miscela di originale verde marrone Campanile e un bagno parzialmente rigenerato che era in condizioni disgustose. Quando arrivammo al ristorante, eravamo 10 minuti prima alle 18:50 e ci ha informato che eravamo troppo presto, ma abbiamo spiegato che volevamo solo iniziare con una bevanda, che serviva correttamente. In quel momento, siamo stati gli unici due clienti che avevano avuto tutta la sera, quindi non c'era buffet, solo un menu estremamente limitato di cibo che non era stato completamente riscaldato. Fatevi un favore e trovate un altro marchio di hotel, come ci piacerà la prossima volta. È molto triste come ci siamo davvero divertiti la semplice comodità di Campanile, ma sembrano essere corrotti e abbandonati come un marchio.
