Premier Inn Berwick Upon Tweed Hotel

Great location, great staff, Berwick itself is beautiful. Our room in the Premier Inn (a family room, third floor) was however much too hot, even in February. The air con would not go below a fixed 19 degrees (although we were told by staff that the temperature was in fact 22 degrees). We had to go to reception several times a day to ask them to override the room temperature (which they were very happy to do!). Would not stay here again, God knows what it would be like in the summer! Would definitely go back to Berwick though.

What an absolutely fantastic Hotel. A special thanks to Julia for you fantastic hospitality. The whole stay was amazing. Thank you everyone. The food was good the beds were comfortable the room was immaculate. Will definitely stop by on my next trip north.

The hotel is in an excellent position to explore Berwick, lots of good places to eat nearby and right next to the famous walls. The staff are all brilliant and very friendly, especially Julia. Been visiting since it opened and always lovely to come back.

Stayed for 2 nights , room 407 bigger than the usual rooms , great location for the walks , staff friendly and helpful, ate in the restaurant and meals were lovely , need a special mention about Julia very helpful and sorted an issue out no problem, being an ex bed and breakfast/pub owner she is a member of staff that helps make a business

Such a lovely 3 nights at the hotel. The staff were fantastic. Susan the Duty Manager was so lovely, nothing was a problem. Susan and her team are so friendly and accommodating from the cleaners to the chef and all in-between. They work extremely hard to make your stay great. We will be back in the summer 😊

We stayed at the Premier Inn in Berwick-upon-Tweed a few weeks ago as a family and had a great experience. We arrived quite late for check-in, but we were warmly welcomed by a lovely lady named Katya, who was incredibly accommodating and helpful. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself was quiet, and we all had a great night's sleep. Katya’s exceptional customer service really stood out—she was polite, friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would definitely return. A big thank you to Katya for her kindness and professionalism! Highly recommend this Premier Inn for anyone visiting Berwick-upon-Tweed
