Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $25.00 per hour for up to 3 hours with prior notification. Please contact us at least 1-2 days before your arrival to check the availability. If you plan to arrive or depart more than 4 hours outside of the posted check-in/out times, we suggest including the pre/post night in your reservation, or contacting us to see if we can block the date at a discounted rate. Please note: Last minute bookings, scheduling or maintenance issues may arise. Therefore we cannot guarantee the rental will be available for early check-in/late check-out. No smoking or vaping inside the townhouse. Smoking is only permitted in the backyard. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the outside trash can only. You will be charged for any smoke-related cleaning. No pets are allowed except for service animals. Please let me know ahead of time if applicable. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. You will be asked to leave the property with no refund if there is excessive noise or complaints from the neighbors.
