Esperienza ed accoglienza ottimi. Tutto molto curato nei minimi dettagli e di buon gusto. La camera è spaziosa e luminosa con bella vista sulla campagna. Cibo di ottima qualità, Un’ottima scelta che rifaremmo. La polaroid rimarrà tra i nostri bei ricordi

Camera ampia, molto confortevole e con tutti i servizi: vasca idromassaggio, grande terrazzo privato con sedie e sdrai. Pulizia impeccabile. Cena raffinata per qualita' del cibo e del servizio. Ambiente ideale per una breve vacanza riposante in area bucolica.

Arrivati quasi per caso durante un tour dei paesi baschi, ricordo di seguire le precisissime indicazioni che lo staff vi invierà via mail per giungere a destinazione. La struttura è nuovissima e ristrutturata con estremo gusto. Accoglienza amichevole ma rispettosa. La stanza messami a disposizione come detto la struttura è nuovissima offre un mix di legno, cristallo, di tecnologia notevole. Tapparelle automatiche sullo spiovente del soffitto, vasca idromassaggio rotonda nella stanza, doccia trasparente. Bello asssieme a un bel pergoletto. Si può cenare e ve lo consiglio in quanto per un prezzo più che discreto mangiate ottimi sapori. Colazione buona servita anche all'aperto. Ringrazio tutto lo staff per l'accoglienza e il grande lavoro che fate per rendere la permanenza splendida. Attorno pochi casolari e solo rumori naturali con vista aperta su Bermeo. Da ritornarci.

Lovely hotel in beautiful countryside and fabulous views to the coast. Very comfortable room with every facility. Food wonderful and great local wines with attentive hosts. Location tucked away for privacy but very close to Bilbao and coast.

Just got back from a tour of the Basque country and one of the highlights was our, far-too-short stay at the Hotel Nafarrola, a beautful boutique hotel perched above the tiny fishing village of Bermeo. Our trip started with a free room upgrade, always a nice touch and boy were we happy with our new room. It was large, full of light and had the most comfortable king-sized bed ever. It had an open concept bathroom with separate shower and hot tub, as well as a large terrace that overlooked the hotel's vineyards. It was such a well-appointed and comfortable room that we had a hard time leaving it to explore the beautiful countryside of Biskaia. Explore we did with the help of Josu, one of the owners, who created an itinerary to help us experience the surrounding coastline and countryside. We visited Gernika, Mundaka, Bermeo and Zumaia. We missed the area's most famous site, San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, but left confident that we would be back to see it on our next trip; where we expect to stay yet again at the Nafarrola. Perfect from start to finish. The owner cares passionately and he went above and beyond to make our stay idyllic. A very relaxing place and would love to return. Food quality was also excellent. Very comfortable rooms and full of nice touches.

A really beautiful location with awesome views of Bermeo and surrounding countryside. The team at Nafarrola is great, very attentive and helpful, answering all questions. Breakfast and dinners were very tasty. We highly recommend a stay at Nafarrola.

Exceptional service, lovely room with our own log burner, amazing views. Great food, the local wines were excellent and quite cheap. Lots of country walks and cycles from hotel. Will definitely go again. Recommend the wine tasting. Easy to do day trips to Balboa etc. Need a car!!!!!

One of the most stunning hotel experiences of my life. A tasteful and gorgeous building with phenomenal and attentive staff in the most beautiful surroundings. Can not recommend visiting and staying highly enough. Very good value considering what is offered.
