Hotel in zona Woolworth, Berlino

Il personale era gentile e disponibile. Grazie alla relativa vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria di Spandau, alla metropolitana e ai centri commerciali, la posizione è molto buona. La camera era sempre pulita. Internet è stato un disastro. Lo schermo della TV potrebbe essere più grande. La stanza è piuttosto piccola. Il materasso continua a scivolare. Viaggiamo in tutto il mondo e questa è la prima volta che abbiamo una camera senza bollitore/caffè/tè gratuiti sul tavolo della camera. Inoltre, la tariffa della camera è cara.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was nice, clean , of a good size, contained necessary amenities and had a good sized-bathroom. The breakfast was good, too. A selection of breads, cheese, cold meats - standard continental fayre - and small selection of cooked items. A variety of teas and coffees. The service was friendly and attentive. The hotel is independent (not a chain), is a period property with well-maintained and warm traditional furnishings and decor. The lift is over 100 years old and is an attraction in itself - fully functional. I have booked for again.

Era la casa che aveva deciso di essere la casa principale, e quindi la casa era chiusa a causa dell'epidemia e cambiata a questa.Il grande inglese della reception è anche molto buono intorno. La stanza è pulita. Ma non è molto comodo che il cameriere abbia iniziato a pulire l'igiene una mattina presto. Il fumatore suonava molto. The hotel is clean, modern and well-staffed. What was missing for us was warmth and the expected level of hospitality. During our 5-day stay, nobody ever said hello, goodbye or communicated in any manner unless we asked a direct question. When I checked out, the only thing the receptionist said was to remind me I had borrowed an electrical adaptor and to return it. I travel frequently and expect hotels to be warm and welcoming. Also, when I checked in I was given no hotel information other than the E25 breakfast hours. I'm sure it's wonderful, but I since only have coffee, there is no reason to pay 25 euros. Because we didn't go to breakfast and the receptionist didn't tell us, we missed many features of the hotel we might have enjoyed. To further our disappointing stay, there was no printed hotel info in our room other than a book about the featured artist. I hate QR codes, but when I scanned the hotel's, it gave sp**** information. The hotel lobby isn't welcoming and I didn't go to the bar until my last night so was unaware of all the things Art'otel would have liked me to know. The magazine was interesting and beautiful. Why isn't there a copy in guest rooms? The local information and maps were available in the breakfast area, but we didn't go there and weren't offered them by hotel staff. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was the pictures of beautiful bathrooms with tubs. Sadly, the website fails to mention that tubs are only available in expensive suites. Our visit, while nice, was overpriced. We paid for hospitality and a good room, but only the room was up to the expected standards. Very disappointing.

Il personale è stato molto utile e professionale, con una ricezione 24 ore su 24, e si trovava qui a pochi passi da una stazione di metro. Il codice è grande, quindi non c'è chiavi o carte da perdere!La nostra stanza era senza spot e ci sono belle foglie di qualità sul letto. La stanza era molto calda, che era grande come era -6 C fuori ma siamo anche riusciti a aprire la finestra per l'aria fresca che amavamo così tanti hotel non lo permettevano.Non abbiamo mangiato colazione quindi non possiamo commentare su questo ma ci sono snacks e bevande disponibile per acquistare presso la reception se ne avete bisogno. Sicuramente resterà ancora quando visitaremo.

L'Estrel Berlin è un hotel impressionante. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Il servizio è professionale e precondizionato. Il buffet per colazione offre una vasta selezione di cibi deliziosi. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico e alle attrazioni. In generale, un hotel consigliabile per un piacevole soggiorno a Berlino.

Ho visitato recentemente questo hotel con il mio ragazzo e sono stato molto impressionato. Abbiamo arrivato poco prima dell’iscrizione e ci è stato permesso di andare in camera nostra. La camera era molto spaziosa con un letto estremamente confortevole e una doccia sorprendente. Anche l'ultimo giorno il nostro volo non era per un po' e avevano il permesso di aspettare nel lobby dopo l'uscita, che aveva bellissimi divano e posti a sedere, era tranquillo e c'erano persone che lavoravano. Il personale era molto lodevole e grande per il prezzo.
