Hotel in zona Winterfeldtplatz, Berlino

L'hotel è molto ben situato e la camera ampia e ben arricchita. Il personale dell'hotel è cordiale e aiuta molto. Tuttavia, la camera è tutto coperto di un mattone che è apparentemente sporco e sgualdrina. In generale, tuttavia, credo che vale la pena di soggiorno. Raccomando a chi vuole essere ben posizionato e non spendere molto.

Voglio che chiunque abbia progettato le camere di Numa Drift Berlin ridisegna il mio appartamento! La struttura della camera e tutto ciò che vi è è assolutamente fantastico e questo è certamente il numero uno vantaggio di questa residenza. L'esperienza di check-in e check-out non poteva essere più semplice e la comunicazione via WhattsApp (in inglese) era molto semplice ed efficace. Non sono un viaggiatore disgustoso, quindi per me è importante la posizione, il comfort di servizi di base come il bagno e il letto, e, naturalmente, la pulizia. Si può praticamente camminare per alcune delle principali attrazioni della città o prendere la U Bahn, che si trova a pochi metri di distanza. Sembrate come il caffè o volete comprare solo qualche frutto fresco? Una scelta di caffè, ristoranti e supermercati è disponibile a pochi passi. Grazie Numa Drift per rendere memorabile il nostro soggiorno a Berlino. Spero di poter provare le vostre altre strutture in altre città :)

Beim Check-in gab man mir eine Zimmer-Zugangskarte die zuerst nicht funktionierte, also wieder runter zur Rezeption. Beim zweiten mal funktionierte es, aber das Zimmer war bereits belegt! Die Gäste, die das Zimmer bereits bewohnten waren aber nicht anwesend. Ich hätte mich also gut und gerne an den Sachen bereichern oder alles ausspionieren können. Sorry aber das geht GAR NICHT! So etwas darf nicht passieren. Abermals runter zur Rezeption - kein einziges Wort der Entschuldigung oder ähnlichem von diesen zwei Amateuren hinter der Rezeption. Im Gegenteil, sie haben die Angelegenheit auch noch runtergespielt. Zu den Zimmern: Wie hier bereits in einer anderen Bewertung erwähnt, die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, man hört ALLES von nebenan. Im Badezimmer - und so etwas hab ich wirklich noch nie erlebt - gibt es KEINE Möglichkeit der Ablage für seine Badutensilien und keine Handtuchstange um das nasse Handtuch aufzuhängen! Das Waschbecken ist so schräg konzipiert, dass alles was man darauf platzieren will, runter rutscht - hier kann man also auch nichts abstellen. Nee sorry, beim nächsten Berlinbesuch ein anderes Hotel.

Molto bel posto, super pulito e persone di fronte molto carino. Super buona posizione, a 200 mt di distanza è un centro commerciale, una stazione di metro e un autobus ”salta in - salta fuori”, molto conveniente per i visitatori.. 10 / 10

Sono arrivato in hotel un po' in anticipo e il check-in è iniziato letteralmente all'orario prestabilito. Sono dovuto tornare alla reception due volte perché la carta non dava accesso alla stanza. Il giorno dopo, la stessa cosa, le carte deprogrammate. Servizio ok, pulizia efficiente, posizione eccellente, metropolitana vicina e abbondante commercio. Camera di dimensioni eccellenti, piccola palestra, bella sauna e idromassaggio. Soggiornerei nuovamente in hotel.

L'hotel è vicino alla stazione Savignyplatz, che è una buona zona. Un altro più è che la stanza era molto pulita. Tuttavia, non dovrebbe essere annunciato come un hotel con una palestra e sauna. La ”sala” era una piccola stanza con una palestra e una macchina a cavo, e la sauna non funzionava affatto. Non avrei prenotato questo hotel se fosse stata disponibile la giusta informazione.

Se sei in vacanza e hai bisogno di un posto centrale vicino ai trasporti pubblici, ma comunque una notte tranquilla, è un buon posto. Se stai cercando un'area per feste nel centro di #città (notti insonni) sei fuori luogo qui, ma il prezzo dell'accompagnatore potrebbe essere ancora interessante. se sei in viaggio d'affari e hai bisogno di alzarti presto, non troverai facilmente il sonno perché l'hotel attira clienti appassionati di correre, urlare ed essere rumorosi in generale. Se cerchi la sicurezza CoVid, l'hotel ha delle regole carine ma a nessuno frega niente e non viene imposto nulla. Se hai una stanza al 6° piano, evitare gli ascensori impagliati è una scelta scomoda. In generale. Il posto è pulito e ben tenuto, l'equipaggio è disponibile. L'immediato quartiere è tranquillo ma noioso. Se l'ospite accanto russa è sfortunata, se non lo fa, è una buona notte. Visto il prezzo, si potrebbe fare di peggio.

L'Estrel Berlin è un hotel impressionante. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Il servizio è professionale e precondizionato. Il buffet per colazione offre una vasta selezione di cibi deliziosi. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico e alle attrazioni. In generale, un hotel consigliabile per un piacevole soggiorno a Berlino.

Ho visitato recentemente questo hotel con il mio ragazzo e sono stato molto impressionato. Abbiamo arrivato poco prima dell’iscrizione e ci è stato permesso di andare in camera nostra. La camera era molto spaziosa con un letto estremamente confortevole e una doccia sorprendente. Anche l'ultimo giorno il nostro volo non era per un po' e avevano il permesso di aspettare nel lobby dopo l'uscita, che aveva bellissimi divano e posti a sedere, era tranquillo e c'erano persone che lavoravano. Il personale era molto lodevole e grande per il prezzo.

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.
