Hotel in zona Unionpark, Berlino

Sono venuto per un soggiorno di 5 giorni, leggendo quanto sia bello e pulito questo posto. La mia esperienza, almeno al 2° piano, lascia a desiderare. I bagni non sono stati toccati per un po' di tempo, a giudicare dalla crescita di muffa di 3-4 piedi, servizi igienici che puzzano e hanno un anello scuro all'interno, accumulo di residui di calcare/sapone sui soffioni e sulle pareti della doccia (10 centesimi di aceto, sacchetto di plastica , e degli elastici per fissare i soffioni). Nessun disinfettante per le mani nei dispenser e le tue scarpe si attaccano al pavimento della cucina degli ospiti: quando sono stati portati da un coinquilino hanno solo risposto che viene pulito ogni giorno anche se il pasticcio appiccicoso non si è mosso da quando sono arrivato? La stanza era ok. Le lenzuola erano pulite. Onestamente il modo in cui questo posto è stato pubblicizzato non è affatto all'altezza.

Una volta qualcosa di diverso... familiare, solo un po 'di circa 70 camere d'albergo con un super servizio! Le camere sono moderne e molto arredate con gusto, molti hanno un balcone privato! La colazione è molto fresca e variabile. Un supermercato e la stazione metro ”Tormstraße” sono direttamente accanto. Vorrei avere un piccolo frigorifero nella stanza! Vorrei tornare!!!

Avoid at ALL costs! Misrepresented on *******. My Husband didn't read the reviews here on Trip Advisor. All recent reviews are spot on... This place is more like a hostel. It is dirty, smells like smoke ( said it's non-smoking), old and terrible condition. It has a handwritten note at front desk saying they are remodeling and expect noise. We asked for a remodeled room after reading the reviews but upon checking in were given a disgusting, old room. I could hear the neighbors TV clearly. So we asked for a different room and it was just the same. We immediately returned the keys and said we aren't going to stay. All of a sudden the reception couldn't understand English and walked away. They charged my Credit card and when we told ******* they lied to Expedite and said we did stay there. We have a receipt from the wonderful hotel we went to right after. So I'm working with my credit card company now. But save yourself the trouble....Don't book this run down joint!

La bella vista del fiume è una grande stanza di salute e buon grado di igiene. Quando si soggiorna, non si deve aprire l'elettricità. Attenzione che si deve aprire un pulsante rosso per aprire l'elettricità.  Non c'è luce elettrica sul fiume di notte, quindi vedi un buio fuori, un po'solo 

La camera assegnatami era esattamente come mostrato dalla foto della prenotazione. Grande e luminosa. Stupenda. Io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni rilassanti. Camera silenziosa e dotata di tutto (ovviamente senza il bidet ma ci si abitua). Personale affabile e cortese . Colazione super per quantità, varietà e qualità. Una scoperta fantastica da unire a quella di una superba Berlino e dei suoi impareggiabili abitanti. Non per limitate disponibilità economiche ma consiglio di risparmiare nei ristoranti e ridurre le attrazioni: Berlino si visita a piedi (spostandosi di quartiere in quartiere con i mezzi pubblici) ed è una scoperta continua. Dopo 5 giorni ci siamo resi conto di averne apprezzata solo una minima parte. Grazie a tutto il personale dello Sheraton!

L'hotel è vicino alla stazione Savignyplatz, che è una buona zona. Un altro più è che la stanza era molto pulita. Tuttavia, non dovrebbe essere annunciato come un hotel con una palestra e sauna. La ”sala” era una piccola stanza con una palestra e una macchina a cavo, e la sauna non funzionava affatto. Non avrei prenotato questo hotel se fosse stata disponibile la giusta informazione.

Cuscini molto piatti e inesistenti. Alcuni atteggiamenti del personale erano un po' a desiderare. Oltre ai servizi di base in camera. € 4 per una bottiglia d'acqua in camera pazzesco quando il distributore automatico al piano di sotto € 2 per l'acqua. Non è stato facile riscattare l'incentivo per non aver utilizzato le pulizie. La cassaforte in camera non funzionava

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.

L'Estrel Berlin è un hotel impressionante. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Il servizio è professionale e precondizionato. Il buffet per colazione offre una vasta selezione di cibi deliziosi. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico e alle attrazioni. In generale, un hotel consigliabile per un piacevole soggiorno a Berlino.
