La camera assegnatami era esattamente come mostrato dalla foto della prenotazione. Grande e luminosa. Stupenda. Io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni rilassanti. Camera silenziosa e dotata di tutto (ovviamente senza il bidet ma ci si abitua). Personale affabile e cortese . Colazione super per quantità, varietà e qualità. Una scoperta fantastica da unire a quella di una superba Berlino e dei suoi impareggiabili abitanti. Non per limitate disponibilità economiche ma consiglio di risparmiare nei ristoranti e ridurre le attrazioni: Berlino si visita a piedi (spostandosi di quartiere in quartiere con i mezzi pubblici) ed è una scoperta continua. Dopo 5 giorni ci siamo resi conto di averne apprezzata solo una minima parte. Grazie a tutto il personale dello Sheraton!

Sicuramente non è un hotel carino, dove vorresti passarci molto tempo, ma la stanza era ordinata, completa e pulita. Unico neo la moquette, purtroppo immancabile in hotel di questo tipo. Molte stanze, stile rigoroso, personale sbrigativo, si trova vicinissimo alla metro e alla fermata del bus. La colazione si fa in una bella stanza, con una buona offerta di varietà per il salato e frutta, molto striminzita per i dolci, stile tedesco. Buona base per visitare la città , anche se non è centrale. Ottimo prezzo.

As a woman unexpectedly alone in Berlin (H missed flight) this was a perfect place to stay. Modern 4* hotel. Lovely staff. Amongst best hotel breakfasts. Perfect location for walking around Berlin in quieter area just south of centre. My only gripe was that my room didn’t have courtyard view as extension blocked view and all I could see was rendered wall.

Di recente io e il mio compagno siamo stati all'H4 Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz con i nostri due compagni pelosi e non avremmo potuto rimanere più colpiti. L'hotel accetta animali domestici e i nostri cani non solo erano ammessi, ma erano anche molto a loro agio e si sentivano al sicuro nella nostra camera. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e molto confortevole per tutti e quattro. Era chiaro che il personale dell'hotel si prendeva cura di garantire che il nostro soggiorno fosse il più piacevole possibile. Il personale era incredibilmente cordiale, accogliente e premuroso, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Anche la posizione dell'hotel era fantastica. Situato nel cuore di Berlino, è a pochi passi da alcune delle principali attrazioni della città, tra cui l'iconica Alexanderplatz. Ciò ha reso molto facile esplorare la città senza dover viaggiare troppo lontano. L'hotel è centrale e molto conveniente per il traffico. È consigliabile prenotare con ”guardia del giardino” per evitare di sentire il rumore del traffico.L'appartamento è amichevole, moderno e confortevole, con gli accessori abituali – tranne un trattore di scarpe. La colazione era moderata, poca, in una sala cantina. Quando si è verificata, la receptionista si è rifiutata di pagarmi una fattura perché avrei già pagato la stanza più di Trip.com! Non ho ancora sperimentato una cosa del genere. Quando sono entrato, mi sono ancora assicurato di ricevere la fattura al momento dell'uscita.

The staff were very nice and kind, the location is really good since it's so close to the attractions, the price is alright, the rooms we're unfortunately dusty, dirty,few spider webs here and there and they especially looked sad and depressing. AAMAR ANWARLocation Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside. Room Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom. Bedroom Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed. Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough. The room is large and clean. The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice. The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big. Bathroom Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker Kitchen So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful. Laundry The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building. Breakfast The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask. Gym and Sauna Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room. Service. We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told. But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

UUtente ospitePurtroppo la piscina era chiusa e la sauna doveva essere registrata e poteva essere utilizzata solo una volta per 1 ora. Le ore di apertura della sauna dalle 14:00 alle 20:00 nei fine settimana sono assolutamente inaccettabili per un hotel di classe di lusso. Nel momento della prenotazione non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna informazione sul fatto che i tempi del Spa sono così regolamentati e che il pool è completamente chiuso. Su richiesta della reception abbiamo ricevuto informazioni che il pool è chiuso a causa di misure di risparmio energetico e che, inoltre, il personale non ha ancora ricevuto informazioni. Riteniamo che, se una parte significativa dei servizi non può essere fornita, i prezzi per il pernottamento debbano essere adeguati in modo adeguato, e purtroppo non abbiamo potuto godere del nostro soggiorno come avevamo previsto!

Tuttavia, la città ha grandi iniziative come biciclette, scooter e moped che si può noleggiare a basso prezzo per andare intorno alla città. È facile fare un conto e iniziare a viaggiare intorno, spesso sono vicino all'hotel. Ovviamente hanno anche grandi collegamenti di trasporto come autobus, tram e treno. La stazione ferroviaria Warschnauzer StraB è la più vicina all'hotel, che è a circa 15 minuti a piedi così super conveniente, anche se abbiamo trovato le mappe ferroviarie un po' complicato per capire così fortemente affidabile su Google Maps per dirci quali treni utilizzare. Il servizio e la pulizia dell'hotel sono grandi, non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. In generale, le tole, le lenzuola, il bagno e la camera da letto erano senza spot. niente da denunciare o commentare negativamente. Non abbiamo usato il servizio in camera, la possibilità di colazione continentale o il bar in piedi così incapace di commentare su di essi. Il centro fitness è un centro fitness più grande della maggior parte degli ospiti, super comodo con molte varie macchine. Shampoo, condizionatore, sapone a mano e gel da doccia in grandi contenitori. Ancora una volta, queste sono le uniche strutture che abbiamo usato così incapace di commentare altre cose. In generale, un hotel molto carino e molto ricco con un sacco di fascino. Sicuramente consigliere agli altri, perché siamo molto felici del nostro soggiorno e saremmo felici di rimanere in altri Nhows.

UUtente ospiteTralasciando i prezzi folli di beni di prima necessità come 9€ per una bottiglia d’acqua da 75cl al bar e 6€ per una bottiglia d’acqua da 50cl in camera, ci sono stati ripetuti problemi durante il soggiorno che non ti aspetti quando scegli una catena come Hilton. Elenco di seguito: 1. Porta della camera rotta in due occasioni: maniglia si stacca e batteria della serratura elettronica scarica. Risolto chiamando assistenza tecnica. 2. WC in stanza rotto perché non funzionava lo sciacquone. Risolto chiamando assistenza tecnica. 3. Chiave ha smesso di funzionare 3 volte in un soggiorno di due giorni. Tutte e tre le volte è stato necessario cambiarla in reception. Notare che la chiave funzionava per aprire la camera ma non arrivare l’ascensore quindi non era un problema di smagnetizzazione. 4. Quasi perso il volo perché il bar non è stato in grado di prepare due club sandwich in 45 minuti. Notare che il bar era vuoto. 5. Cucina dell’hotel che a mezzanotte è già chiusa.

È conveniente in quanto molte attrazioni turistiche sono raggiungibili a piedi e si trovano molti ristoranti e centri commerciali!! Questa è la scelta migliore se stai pianificando un viaggio breve. La vista era spalancata quindi non ero soffocante ed ero soddisfatto! Lo consiglio! Tuttavia, non c'è il frigorifero in camera... Potrebbe essere più deludente se avete prenotato l'hotel in estate. E le stanze sono molto piccole Il bagno è in vetro trasparente, quindi potrebbe non essere adatto per stare con la famiglia (ci sono delle tende, ma non possono coprire tutto). Se hai intenzione di rimanere a Berlino per un lungo periodo di tempo e non viaggi con una famiglia dello stesso sesso, potresti doverci pensare. Tuttavia, data la posizione perfetta, questo hotel è consigliato a viaggiatori a breve termine!!

Le cantine sono molto cortese e si sforzano davvero molto per i loro ospiti abbiamo avuto una ”svit corner” (camera 525 )con una buona offerta di spazio Molto ben arredate , grande TV moderna, un bel soggiorno e una camera da letto separata con un letto molto comodo in cui abbiamo dormito molto bene La colazione è molto ricco con prodotti di salsa di alta qualità, per Hilton in media molto bene Ci è piaciuto il soggiorno molto bene Ci aspettiamo la prossima visita Grazie a tutta la squadra

E' un po' lontano dalla città principale, quindi si dovrà ottenere un po' di trasporto pubblico per arrivare lì. I letti sono svegli ma confortevoli abbastanza. La televisione è in tedesco, che si prevede. Non ci sono camere con doccia o toilette, quindi dovrete andare al doccia e al bagno. E 'una bagno condiviso. Se avete bisogno di asciugamani e utensili, lavare e asciugare i vostri vestiti. Il deposito può essere fatto solo in contanti. Non ci sono bin nella stanza, ma le camere hanno un frigorifero e un serbatoio, una tavola e sedie. L'ostello è grande per dormire e poi lasciare il giorno dopo per fare attività.
