Hotel in zona UCC Ukrainian Cultural Community, Berlino

Overall Experience Impressive property that reflects the care and attention to detail management and staff have devoted to this gem. While it isn’t next door to the Mall of Berlin (20-minute subway ride away) and does not have the city-center bustle (meh), Hotel Louisa’s Place has an old-world charm with all the modern conveniences needed for a very comfortable stay. I will stay here on my next trip to Berlin and I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable alternative to the corporate chain hotels. Room: Very much liked the room floorplan. It was like a 1-bedroom apartment with a separate living/dining/kitchen area and a patio with a table for two overlooking the courtyard. The bathroom was spacious with a huge shower. The 12-foot-high ceilings with ornate crown molding and large windows made it seem very grand. We felt as though we had a posh European flat for our week in Berlin with all the amenities of a very nice hotel. Location: I was surprised to learn that everything we needed during our stay was within walking distance. We found three grocery stores and more restaurants than we had time to try all within a 5–10-minute walk. There was also an abundance of other shops and stores near the hotel. The U-Bahn (subway) station was 1 block from the front door. The S-Bahn (main city-wide trains) station was a 8-10-minute walk or you could walk to the U-Bahn and ride it to the next stop and shorten the walk to the S-Bahn. We did not need a rental car since all of our activities were accessible from the nearby subway or train. Price: I did my homework and found this hotel to be well-positioned in the market. Value for money was very good. So glad we did not stay in the chain hotel we were considering. Service: Unlike American hotels post-pandemic, housekeeping was done every day of our stay with fresh towels as needed. They emptied the trash bins and collected recycled containers and generally tidied up. All staff were very friendly and eager to help with any questions and requests we had. Cleanliness: All aspects of this hotel were well tended to. I typically wipe down drawers and shelves before putting clothes away. That was not necessary at this hotel. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean, and I was impressed by how this older building has been meticulously upgraded and maintained.

Hotel è nelle scale. Prima e dietro! Il nome Arche non è visto dalla strada La sera i vicini sono fuori e si può capire tutto letteralmente. Come la trappola in cucina. La stanza e il corridoio profuma muffa a causa della copertura del pavimento. Molte piastre sono anche. La camera è spaziale. La camera da bagno è spaziale abbastanza. Ci sono sapone e shampoo. I mobili sono molto datati marrone. La TV è un monitor computer. Non ci sono ventilatore o aria condizionata. Le tovaglie vengono scambiate ma una volta si ottiene 2 piccoli, l'altra 2 grandi. 1 tovagliolo pp è poco a temperature di 30 gradi all'interno e all'esterno. La ragazza della stanza non aveva chiuso la nostra stanza. La porta era chiusa, ma tutti potevano entrare, visto che la porta d'ingresso era aperta tutto il giorno per il lavoro fuori. Quando abbiamo fatto notizia, il ricevitore ha detto: oh ok. Non c'era scusa. Era a quanto pare normale. Il colazione costa 7,50 e è abbastanza spazioso. pane, tosta, torta, yogurt e vari investimenti. Puoi prendere il caffè, tè o succo come vuoi. Parcheggio può essere per 16 euro pd. in strada è 14 euro per una carta di giorno. Tis una strada impegnata. Ci sono molti pasti, in genere ostriche, nei pressi. 24-7 negozi. Metro vicino. Diversi posti di lavoro. In breve, per il prezzo è sufficiente, ma potrebbe essere molto meglio.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 2 notti in una stanza di 12 m2 , senza vista, per 230 euro con i suoi due. Dove 2 contatti di arresto non funzionavano, quindi nessun televisore e nessun telefono.Il management non era disposto a compensare, avremmo dovuto segnalare la deficienza immediatamente. Qualunque cosa abbiamo fatto, ma non sapevamo subito che T era in contatto con il fermo, non si aspetta che sia in un buon hotel.

Ich bin von Samstag bis Dienstag im B&B Berlin City West untergebracht. Positiv zu erwähnen sind die bereits vollzogenen Renovierungsarbeiten, die neu im B&B-Stil eingerichtete Zimmer und das sehr gute und ordentliche Frühstück. Das Hotel verfügt eigentlich über zwei Aufzüge, wobei der erste bereits bei Anreise außer Betrieb war mit der Bemerkung ”hat noch nie funktioniert und wird wohl auch nie mehr repariert werden”. Mit dem anderen konnte ich samstags noch in den 5. Stock fahren und einmal noch nach unten. Seit Samstag Nacht ist auch der einzig funktionale Aufzug außer Betrieb und man muss zum Teil bis in die 6. Etage zu Fuß gehen (ich zunächst bis in die 5. und nach Umzug jetzt bis in die 4.). Die Reparatur des Aufzugs scheint keine Eile zu haben und ein Manager ist auch nicht zu sprechen bzw. lässt sich verleugnen. Das Hotel bietet keinerlei Kompensation für den vorhandenen Missstand an und verweist immer nur darauf, eine eMail an eine fiktive B&B-Adresse zu schreiben. Des weiteren scheint das Reinigungs-Personal nicht bzw. nur unzureichend bis sehr schlecht geschult zu sein. Trotz ”Bitte nicht stören”-Schild an der Türe stand am Morgen um 08.20 Uhr nach ein paar Mal klopfen, was ich noch schlafender Weise erst spät gehört hatte, einfach eine männliche Reinigungskraft im Zimmer. Eine absolute Frechheit und auch ein absolutes No-Go!!! Beschwerden vor Ort werden abgebürstet oder mit den ewig selben Floskeln, welche auch online bereits zu lesen waren, abgetan. Management ist nicht zu sprechen. Derzeit sollte man sich noch gut überlegen, ob man sich das wirklich alles antun will. Ich habe es nach der ersten Nacht aus Bequemlichkeit leider versäumt auszuchecken und das Hotel zu wechseln. Wenn auch die Aufzüge mal funktionieren, das Personal besser geschult ist und auch kompetente Ansprechpartner vor Ort wären, könnte es mit dem Hotel auch mal was werden. So dann doch wieder lieber andere B&B's oder wieder in The Niu-Hotels.

Tutto a se stesso era tutto a posto. L'unica cosa che si tiene molto dannoso è che le docce sporche e completamente calcinate sono ... Il foglio di carta è troppo crudo e anche i cuscini non sono stati così confortevoli ... Ma altrimenti era tutto bene .... Si potrebbe anche fare in modo che, che tutti in camera hanno una chiave propria, invece di dover condividere una chiave.

Cuscini molto piatti e inesistenti. Alcuni atteggiamenti del personale erano un po' a desiderare. Oltre ai servizi di base in camera. € 4 per una bottiglia d'acqua in camera pazzesco quando il distributore automatico al piano di sotto € 2 per l'acqua. Non è stato facile riscattare l'incentivo per non aver utilizzato le pulizie. La cassaforte in camera non funzionava

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per tre motivi. Uno era il parcheggio gratuito, l'altro era l'aria condizionata e il terzo la grandezza della stanza. Partiamo dal parcheggio, l'hotel non ha un suo parcheggio, ci sono dei parcheggi gratuiti di fronte all'albergo e se trovate posto bene altrimenti peggio per voi. Fate conto che anche in piena notte i parcheggi erano tutti occupati, quindi va molto a fortuna, io dopo un'attesa di un'ora sotto il sole sono riuscito a parcheggiare la macchina proprio di fronte all'hotel. Capitolo aria condizionata, se la mettete tra i servizi offerti DEVE FUNZIONARE altrimenti basta toglierla dai servizi dell'hotel e uno se ne va da un'altra parte. Trovo molto scorretto far arrivare un cliente in struttura e non informarlo neanche del disservizio PRIMA del check in. Quando sono andato a lamentarmi mi è stato detto che funzionava ma bisognava aspettare che raffreddasse la stanza, non era vero, abbiamo passato due notti con un caldo infernale, abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta tra luci, rumori del traffico e zanzare che ci hanno torturato. Praticamente non abbiamo mai dormito. Come me si sono lamentati anche altri clienti con lo stesso problema, la risposta era sempre la stessa. Alla fine di tutto non ci hanno neanche offerto, che so, una bottiglia d'acqua fresca o la colazione o al limite uno sconto per farsi perdonare del grave disservizio, hanno semplicemente fatto finta di niente. Secondo me un comportamento del genere non si può giustificare da parte di un albergatore, se si ha un problema all'impianto ok ci sta, tutto si può rompere, nessuno vi condanna per questo, ma bisogna informare con onestá i clienti PRIMA che paghino o quantomeno mettersi a disposizione per compensare il disagio in qualche modo, far finta di niente non aiuta e anzi se devo dirla tutta mi sono sentito anche preso in giro. In ogni caso non sono io che devo insegnarvi il mestiere, queste cose un albergatore dovrebbe capirle da solo. Passiamo alla stanza, in effetti molto grande, comoda, bagno più che soddisfacente, peccato per la moquette che dà sempre quella sensazione di sporco anche se poi magari non lo è, probabilmente è una tara di noi italiani non sopportare tale pavimentazione. I collegamenti col centro di Berlino sono a dir poco eccellenti. Praticamente di fianco all'albergo, sullo stesso marciapiede, si trova la fermata di Siemensdamm, con uno o due cambi si arriva comodamente in centro. Intorno all'albergo ci sono vari ristoranti, caffetterie e supermercati, quindi tutto sommato la posizione è molto buona, almeno per quelle che erano le nostre esigenze. Segnalo la presenza di un piccolo frigo in camera, cosa assolutamente non scontata. Do due pallini a questo albergo anche se sono stato tentato di darne uno solo, perchè tutto sommato a parte il problema dell'aria condizionata e la difficoltá a trovare parcheggio per il resto la struttura non è tra le peggiori che abbia visitato, se l'aria condizionata avesse fatto il suo d

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.

L'Estrel Berlin è un hotel impressionante. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Il servizio è professionale e precondizionato. Il buffet per colazione offre una vasta selezione di cibi deliziosi. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico e alle attrazioni. In generale, un hotel consigliabile per un piacevole soggiorno a Berlino.
