Hotel in zona The Poetry Project, Berlino

Dear readers or travellers who want to book for Hotel Flower's Berlin by limehome through *********** BE CAREFUL !!!! The reason I am writing is to share my experience concerning the booking for this property through *********** that I had for 23/11/2022 under my wife name Vaso M with reservation id 2407.416.2......... On 08/09/2022 and after a lot of searching I make a reservation for Flower's Berlin by limehome through the *********** platform for the period 23/11/2022 to 27/11/2022 for a double room based on the confirmation which I have received under the price which booked €300.60 for a 4-day stay. On 10/09/22 late at night the hotel sent an email through *********** that there has been an error in their system and that they are very sorry and that this is not the price that I will have to be paid but that they will inform us as soon as possible through Booking. Com for the price. On 11/09/2022 in the morning I contacted Booking.com's support department IMMEDIATELY to find a solution because it doesn't suddenly happen that I have to pay the double price due to a ”mistake of the system”. Of course the employee apologize and assured me that they would look into the matter and that he understood me etc etc, he would send the matter back to the hotel to see what they could be done. Of course nothing happened and at noon 11/09/2022 at they simply informed me that either I accept the new price with a 10% discount ( 670€ for a room that I had booked for 300,60€ ) or my reservation would have to be canceled (without cancellation fees ) as they inform me . My reservation was with a flexible cancelation policy so they were not doing me a favor!!!! So I called the *********** service again. The employee who was on the phone kept telling me the same thing over and over again, that nothing could be done and that either I accept this price or they , will cancel my reservation, which of course they did after our conversation. So simply that is called blackmail…….and at the end of the conversation the *********** employee was very rude and nervous against me because I asked her a few simply questions concerning policies etc and she was not able to give me a proper answer. Unfortunately for them ( Hotel & *********** ) I am working in the tourism industry and I know how to deal this kind of situations & as a manager when we do a mistake we take over the responsibility and we do not shift the blame to the customers who have done nothing wrong!!! This is my experience from this hotel before even stay there and from the customer service that they have both (hotel & Booking) and I wanted to share it with all of you. Non appena siamo entrati nella stanza, il bagno aveva un forte odore di fumo di sigaretta e odore di tubature dell'acqua sotterranee. Sento questo odore ogni giorno e non posso che sopportarlo. La camera doppia non dispone di frigorifero, quindi non è adatta agli ospiti che desiderano acquistare latticini, frutta e bevande durante il soggiorno per molti giorni. Il vantaggio è che è vicino ad Alexanderplatz. Puoi raggiungere la U-bahn e la S-bahn in dieci minuti a piedi. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti e centri commerciali vicino ad Alexanderplatz. Di fronte all'hotel c'è Alexa, un piccolo negozio.

Un posto eccellente in cui soggiornare proprio accanto alla fermata della metropolitana, quindi molto accessibile a tutte le parti della città. A sole 2 fermate dal Checkpoint Charlie. La camera è molto confortevole e accogliente. Tutto il personale è cordiale e c'è un bel bar nell'hotel.

Nel complesso, un ottimo ostello. Vicino ad un paio di locali molto famosi di Berlino e ad una stazione della metropolitana che ti porterà in città in 15-20 minuti. Inoltre, un grande vantaggio è che la cucina è aperta tutta la notte. L'unica cosa che mancava all'ostello era un'a**osfera sociale. Tutti i gruppi sono rimasti per conto proprio. L'ostello probabilmente potrebbe utilizzare alcune attività per far socializzare un po' le persone. Nel complesso, soggiorno molto buono, ma non eccezionale.

Il personale è stato molto utile e professionale, con una ricezione 24 ore su 24, e si trovava qui a pochi passi da una stazione di metro. Il codice è grande, quindi non c'è chiavi o carte da perdere!La nostra stanza era senza spot e ci sono belle foglie di qualità sul letto. La stanza era molto calda, che era grande come era -6 C fuori ma siamo anche riusciti a aprire la finestra per l'aria fresca che amavamo così tanti hotel non lo permettevano.Non abbiamo mangiato colazione quindi non possiamo commentare su questo ma ci sono snacks e bevande disponibile per acquistare presso la reception se ne avete bisogno. Sicuramente resterà ancora quando visitaremo.

Cuscini molto piatti e inesistenti. Alcuni atteggiamenti del personale erano un po' a desiderare. Oltre ai servizi di base in camera. € 4 per una bottiglia d'acqua in camera pazzesco quando il distributore automatico al piano di sotto € 2 per l'acqua. Non è stato facile riscattare l'incentivo per non aver utilizzato le pulizie. La cassaforte in camera non funzionava

Ho visitato recentemente questo hotel con il mio ragazzo e sono stato molto impressionato. Abbiamo arrivato poco prima dell’iscrizione e ci è stato permesso di andare in camera nostra. La camera era molto spaziosa con un letto estremamente confortevole e una doccia sorprendente. Anche l'ultimo giorno il nostro volo non era per un po' e avevano il permesso di aspettare nel lobby dopo l'uscita, che aveva bellissimi divano e posti a sedere, era tranquillo e c'erano persone che lavoravano. Il personale era molto lodevole e grande per il prezzo.

Tutto senza problemi. Buona colazione. Ascensore. Solo pochi parcheggi. Puoi parcheggiare in strada. Ambiente piacevole di case monofamiliari. Perfetto per un breve soggiorno. Calmo, nessuna festa.

L'Estrel Berlin è un hotel impressionante. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Il servizio è professionale e precondizionato. Il buffet per colazione offre una vasta selezione di cibi deliziosi. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico e alle attrazioni. In generale, un hotel consigliabile per un piacevole soggiorno a Berlino.

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.
