Hotel in zona Minhaj-ul-Quran International Moschee, Berlino

What an awful experience!!! I booked a room for a friend who checked in at 9pm, and had to until almost 1am to be allocated a room. It is an absolute disgrace. When checking in he was told there was no room for him, even though we had received an email from the hotel about the booking. After a lengthy telephone call with the front desk, they finally confirmed they had found the booking, but still made the guest wait THREE HOURS before being given a room on the 6th floor. They definitely need to brush up on their customer service skills!

Todo el sistema es por email, clave del edificio, clave de la habitación, etc. Nunca vas a ver a un administrador, por lo tanto lo hace un sistema muy eficiente. La habitación fantástica, sin embargo la ducha del baño no tiene separación, por lo tanto al ducharse se moja el baño y queda mojado por todo el día. Recomiendo poner una separación de la ducha con el resto del baño o dejar algún implemento que pueda sacar el agua hacia el desagüe del baño. Muy bien ubicada al lado del S y U, supermercado abajo del edificio y puedes cocinar. Te dejan cápsulas de café, pero solo para el primer día, no la reponen para los otros días de estadía.

L'interno è molto bello e sicuramente vale 4 stelle. Ho prenotato una camera singola, non rimborsabile per due notti, che era bella e pulita. Tutto ciò che doveva essere era lì. Devo ammettere due carenze: 1. La signora amichevole sul desk front ha ricevuto le informazioni sbagliate dal sistema, quindi devo pagare una seconda volta sul sito (prepagato al trip.com). Grazie al suo ufficio, il manager della notte l'ha scoperto e mi ha restituito il denaro prima che fosse stato prenotato. 2. Ho scelto l'hotel solo per la grande piscina da nuotare al mattino. Purtroppo la signora amichevole (primo contatto) mi ha detto che la piscina è chiusa il giorno dell'arrivo, ma potevo usare il bagno invece gratuitamente oggi. Dovrebbe aprirsi il giorno dopo, così potrei fare la mia mattinata. La mattina dopo, nel bagno, mi hanno detto che la piscina non si aprirà oggi per ragioni di manutenzione. Entrambi i temi mi hanno preso quasi un'ora che è un no per sprecare tempo clienti ...

Il bagno in camera necessita di un restyling. Pochi piani di appoggio nell'intera stanza, abbiamo usato lo sgabello come comodino. Un giorno hanno dimenticato di sostituire gli asciugamani, hanno tolto quelli usati, ma non hanno messo quelli puliti, siamo tornati tardi e abbiamo usato lo stesso asciugamano in due. Le luci a led nella camera erano staccati dalla cornice e di notte restavano luminescenti anche da spenti. Il comando delle luci sulla testata del letto ha una intensità che può dare fastidio. Si consiglia vivamente di portarsi o chiedere una mascherina per la notte. Per l'asciugacapelli è stato necessario lasciare una cauzione in contanti. Colazione continentale accettabile, senza nessuna mancanza, continuamente rifornita. In camera ci hanno fatto trovare una culla per bambini come richiesto nella prenotazione, senza nessun extra. Pulizia degli ambienti comuni. Ambiente silenzioso. Posizione perfetta. Ottimo il servizio di deposito bagagli.

Cuscini molto piatti e inesistenti. Alcuni atteggiamenti del personale erano un po' a desiderare. Oltre ai servizi di base in camera. € 4 per una bottiglia d'acqua in camera pazzesco quando il distributore automatico al piano di sotto € 2 per l'acqua. Non è stato facile riscattare l'incentivo per non aver utilizzato le pulizie. La cassaforte in camera non funzionava

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.

Ho visitato recentemente questo hotel con il mio ragazzo e sono stato molto impressionato. Abbiamo arrivato poco prima dell’iscrizione e ci è stato permesso di andare in camera nostra. La camera era molto spaziosa con un letto estremamente confortevole e una doccia sorprendente. Anche l'ultimo giorno il nostro volo non era per un po' e avevano il permesso di aspettare nel lobby dopo l'uscita, che aveva bellissimi divano e posti a sedere, era tranquillo e c'erano persone che lavoravano. Il personale era molto lodevole e grande per il prezzo.

Tutto senza problemi. Buona colazione. Ascensore. Solo pochi parcheggi. Puoi parcheggiare in strada. Ambiente piacevole di case monofamiliari. Perfetto per un breve soggiorno. Calmo, nessuna festa.

L'Estrel Berlin è un hotel impressionante. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Il servizio è professionale e precondizionato. Il buffet per colazione offre una vasta selezione di cibi deliziosi. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico e alle attrazioni. In generale, un hotel consigliabile per un piacevole soggiorno a Berlino.
