Hotel in zona Lubars Mosque, Berlino

Hotel piacevole, l'attenzione molto gentile e allo stile berlinese. La pezza era pulita, tutto funzionava. La colazione vario e ricco, in un ambiente domestico. Si nota che è un posto preferito più da tedeschi che stranieri. E' vicino a un bosco, parchi e in un quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo. La notte è poco illuminata sulla strada, e passano solo 2 autobus, quindi per quanto riguarda la connettività non è il posto migliore se vuoi esplorare Berlino a piedi (tutto dipende dall'obiettivo del viaggio). Mi - che volevo tornare al mio caro Pankow - mi piace!

L'interno è molto bello e sicuramente vale 4 stelle. Ho prenotato una camera singola, non rimborsabile per due notti, che era bella e pulita. Tutto ciò che doveva essere era lì. Devo ammettere due carenze: 1. La signora amichevole sul desk front ha ricevuto le informazioni sbagliate dal sistema, quindi devo pagare una seconda volta sul sito (prepagato al trip.com). Grazie al suo ufficio, il manager della notte l'ha scoperto e mi ha restituito il denaro prima che fosse stato prenotato. 2. Ho scelto l'hotel solo per la grande piscina da nuotare al mattino. Purtroppo la signora amichevole (primo contatto) mi ha detto che la piscina è chiusa il giorno dell'arrivo, ma potevo usare il bagno invece gratuitamente oggi. Dovrebbe aprirsi il giorno dopo, così potrei fare la mia mattinata. La mattina dopo, nel bagno, mi hanno detto che la piscina non si aprirà oggi per ragioni di manutenzione. Entrambi i temi mi hanno preso quasi un'ora che è un no per sprecare tempo clienti ...

Di recente io e il mio compagno siamo stati all'H4 Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz con i nostri due compagni pelosi e non avremmo potuto rimanere più colpiti. L'hotel accetta animali domestici e i nostri cani non solo erano ammessi, ma erano anche molto a loro agio e si sentivano al sicuro nella nostra camera. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e molto confortevole per tutti e quattro. Era chiaro che il personale dell'hotel si prendeva cura di garantire che il nostro soggiorno fosse il più piacevole possibile. Il personale era incredibilmente cordiale, accogliente e premuroso, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Anche la posizione dell'hotel era fantastica. Situato nel cuore di Berlino, è a pochi passi da alcune delle principali attrazioni della città, tra cui l'iconica Alexanderplatz. Ciò ha reso molto facile esplorare la città senza dover viaggiare troppo lontano. Nel complesso, consigliamo vivamente l'H4 Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz a tutti coloro che cercano un ottimo posto in cui soggiornare a Berlino, soprattutto se viaggiano con animali domestici. Il personale è meraviglioso, le camere sono fantastiche e la posizione non potrebbe essere migliore. I nostri cani e noi ci siamo divertiti moltissimo e ritorneremo sicuramente per la nostra prossima visita a Berlino.

Un posto eccellente in cui soggiornare proprio accanto alla fermata della metropolitana, quindi molto accessibile a tutte le parti della città. A sole 2 fermate dal Checkpoint Charlie. La camera è molto confortevole e accogliente. Tutto il personale è cordiale e c'è un bel bar nell'hotel.

Nel complesso, un ottimo ostello. Vicino ad un paio di locali molto famosi di Berlino e ad una stazione della metropolitana che ti porterà in città in 15-20 minuti. Inoltre, un grande vantaggio è che la cucina è aperta tutta la notte. L'unica cosa che mancava all'ostello era un'a**osfera sociale. Tutti i gruppi sono rimasti per conto proprio. L'ostello probabilmente potrebbe utilizzare alcune attività per far socializzare un po' le persone. Nel complesso, soggiorno molto buono, ma non eccezionale.

Tutto senza problemi. Buona colazione. Ascensore. Solo pochi parcheggi. Puoi parcheggiare in strada. Ambiente piacevole di case monofamiliari. Perfetto per un breve soggiorno. Calmo, nessuna festa.

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.

Ho visitato recentemente questo hotel con il mio ragazzo e sono stato molto impressionato. Abbiamo arrivato poco prima dell’iscrizione e ci è stato permesso di andare in camera nostra. La camera era molto spaziosa con un letto estremamente confortevole e una doccia sorprendente. Anche l'ultimo giorno il nostro volo non era per un po' e avevano il permesso di aspettare nel lobby dopo l'uscita, che aveva bellissimi divano e posti a sedere, era tranquillo e c'erano persone che lavoravano. Il personale era molto lodevole e grande per il prezzo.

L'Estrel Berlin è un hotel impressionante. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Il servizio è professionale e precondizionato. Il buffet per colazione offre una vasta selezione di cibi deliziosi. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico e alle attrazioni. In generale, un hotel consigliabile per un piacevole soggiorno a Berlino.
