Hotel in zona Kleingartenanlage „Zur Linde e.V.“, Berlino

Berlino, abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché era nella posizione che cercavamo! Ci siamo stati varie volte quando era un NH ,l' abbiamo trovato molto peggiorato ma questo non si può imputare alla catena Ibis , perché l' albergo era nuovo,la colazione era buona ....Il problema erano gli impiegati della reception , molto maleducati non parlavano inglese ( o per lo meno facevano finta ) .l' aria condizionata non funzionava per niente e la stanza era invivibile .L' unica che ci ha aiutato è stata Genny ,ma dopo che abbiamo telefonato al call center in Italia!!!

Für zwei Nächte an einem langen Wochenende haben wir uns das IBB Berlin Airport ausgesucht - vor allem, weil es das letzte Hotel mit verträglichen Preisen war. Das Hotel liegt etwa 12 Minuten Fußweg von der Haltestelle Schöneweide entfernt. Der Weg ist eben und flach. Eine Straßenbahn (27/67) fährt von Schöneweide aus bis direkt vor den Hotel-Eingang. Von Schöneweide aus gibt es reichlich Verbindungen zum Flughafen und in die Stadt. Bis in die Stadt, z.B. Potsdamer Platz, ist man allerdings mindestens eine halbe Stunde bis Stunde unterwegs. Im direkten Umfeld des Hotels gibt es absolut gar nichts von touristischem Interesse: Keine Bars, Kneipen, Clubs, Restaurants, Imbisse, Dönerbuden, Supermärkte, Kioske, Spätis. Das ist alles an der Haltestelle Schöneweide. Das Hotel ist ein flacher, langer Klotz mit Zimmern auf beiden Seiten eines Flurs. Die Zimmer sind schlicht und funktional eingerichtet: Bett, große Ablage, Hocker, zwei kleine Nachttische, eine kleine Schrankwand. Das Bett ist relativ hart, und wir fanden es etwas klein. Das Zimmer lässt sich durch große Vorhänge zwar abdunkeln, es wird aber nicht ganz dunkel, da auf beiden Seiten vor den Fenstern Lampen stehen. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern wird es relativ still, bei geöffneten Fenstern muss man mit mittlerem Verkehrslärm rechnen. Lauter ist es vom Flur her: Die Zimmertüren fallen auf den letzten fünf Zentimetern laut krachend zu, so dass teilweise die Wände wackeln - und so ab acht oder neun hört man das dauerthaft. Neben dem Bett gibt es Steckdosen und individuelle Nachtischlampen. Auch an der Ablage gibt es eine Steckdose. Das WLAN fanden wir stabil und schnell, der Speedtest sagt 50 MBit. Video-Calls waren unterbrechungsfrei möglich. Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage, und wurden selbst im Mai schon relativ warm. Das Bad ist mittelgroß, und mit einer relativ großen Dusche ausgestattet. Am Spiegel gibt es eine große Ablage, sonst gibt es im Bad keine Ablagen. Den Wasserdruck fanden wir gut, die Temperatur blieb stabil, war jedoch eher warm als heiss. Die Dusche hat eine Handbrause, wir haben es jedoch nicht geschafft, diese zu aktivieren. Da die Dusche offen ist, findet sich danach ein wenig Wasser auf dem Bad-Boden wieder, man muss ein bisschen aufpassen. Bad und Zimmer waren sehr sauber, alles Mobiliar in Ordnung. Das Personal ist freundlich und zugänglich. Wir würden rein vom Hotel hier erneut übernachten, und es auch für Flughafen-Anfahrten berücksichtigen - für die Lage am Rande von allem ziehen wir jedoch einen Stern ab.

We were left a little confused about this hotel. My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights visiting family close by hence the reason we had to stay in this area. We had mixed feelings about the hotel but I would stay again. It appears this hotel belongs to a chain of hotels. I suspect that the write up of this hotel on booking sites is generic to cover all of their hotels. The internet shows it has a restaurant and considering the guests can come from anywhere, the word restaurant means different things to different people. In this case it meant the breakfast room and not somewhere you could have lunch and dinner. However the Italian restaurant next door Il Nouvo is amazing. I had emailed on two occasions previously to ask whether or not they supply any type of transfer from the airport as it is quite expensive. I never received a response. That was disappointing. I don't necessarily know if the request goes to his hotel or to the head office but it is poor poor service. We booked directly through the hotel, and it was reasonably priced for the area and included breakfast. On arrival we were treated great and service was great. There is a nice seating area in the foyer and at reception there is water with lemons for guests as well as a fruit bowl full of fruit. I note that staffing changed regularly at the desk within the time we were there so service wasn't always consistent. I'm not sure if there is an employment issue as we were told that some staff weren't familiar with the hotel as they were from another site. At one point I went to get a water, this may be trivial for some, but it hadn't been filled for a day. There were just lemons sitting on the bottom. I did ask reception if I could get some water. She filled it but it was the same lemons that had been there for 3 days. I note the next day it was refreshed. The bar which has drinks available was another mixed feeling. The reception staff operated the bar, it was situated behind them. I don't think it's their fault but they didn't know some of the drinks that were on the menu nor did they know how to make some of the drinks. One find young man was going to make an Aperol Spritz, with orange juice, as this is what the recipe said. We stopped him from doing that. There was a great little sparking drink they ran out of which was never replenished. Some of the drinks on their list, they didn't have. When a wanted a small sparkling wine, first time I was charged for the bottle and provided with the glass and the small bottle. Second time round served by a different staff member he poured me a drink and charged me the bottle price but kept half of it. Again, I don't think it's their fault, it's some sort of lack of training. This doesn't take away from their kindness and their effort. We were in the comfort room, and the windows open which is great. It was very clean. We faced the street from the side. A view of Neto - we see the humour in it and will remain as a mem

We arrived before 3pm and were allowed to book in, very easy and no issues. The reception staff are lovely and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. We didn’t pre book breakfast but decided to try it £19 for 2 people was very reasonable and no limit on what you could eat, I will definitely be staying here again if we return to Berlin, the location is great for accessing all transport with a station almost immediately outside the hotel

Il bagno in camera necessita di un restyling. Pochi piani di appoggio nell'intera stanza, abbiamo usato lo sgabello come comodino. Un giorno hanno dimenticato di sostituire gli asciugamani, hanno tolto quelli usati, ma non hanno messo quelli puliti, siamo tornati tardi e abbiamo usato lo stesso asciugamano in due. Le luci a led nella camera erano staccati dalla cornice e di notte restavano luminescenti anche da spenti. Il comando delle luci sulla testata del letto ha una intensità che può dare fastidio. Si consiglia vivamente di portarsi o chiedere una mascherina per la notte. Per l'asciugacapelli è stato necessario lasciare una cauzione in contanti. Colazione continentale accettabile, senza nessuna mancanza, continuamente rifornita. In camera ci hanno fatto trovare una culla per bambini come richiesto nella prenotazione, senza nessun extra. Pulizia degli ambienti comuni. Ambiente silenzioso. Posizione perfetta. Ottimo il servizio di deposito bagagli.

Di recente io e il mio compagno siamo stati all'H4 Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz con i nostri due compagni pelosi e non avremmo potuto rimanere più colpiti. L'hotel accetta animali domestici e i nostri cani non solo erano ammessi, ma erano anche molto a loro agio e si sentivano al sicuro nella nostra camera. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e molto confortevole per tutti e quattro. Era chiaro che il personale dell'hotel si prendeva cura di garantire che il nostro soggiorno fosse il più piacevole possibile. Il personale era incredibilmente cordiale, accogliente e premuroso, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Anche la posizione dell'hotel era fantastica. Situato nel cuore di Berlino, è a pochi passi da alcune delle principali attrazioni della città, tra cui l'iconica Alexanderplatz. Ciò ha reso molto facile esplorare la città senza dover viaggiare troppo lontano. Nel complesso, consigliamo vivamente l'H4 Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz a tutti coloro che cercano un ottimo posto in cui soggiornare a Berlino, soprattutto se viaggiano con animali domestici. Il personale è meraviglioso, le camere sono fantastiche e la posizione non potrebbe essere migliore. I nostri cani e noi ci siamo divertiti moltissimo e ritorneremo sicuramente per la nostra prossima visita a Berlino.

Tutto senza problemi. Buona colazione. Ascensore. Solo pochi parcheggi. Puoi parcheggiare in strada. Ambiente piacevole di case monofamiliari. Perfetto per un breve soggiorno. Calmo, nessuna festa.

Prenoto questo hotel perché ho un volo presto il giorno dopo. Ho avuto una buona esperienza con Moxy in Corea, quindi prenoto una stanza a prezzo scontato. Dall'aeroporto all'hotel ci vuole circa 5 minuti con l'autobus, ma vi consiglio di prendere un uber/taxi lì perché l'autobus richiederebbe un lungo periodo di attesa. Il dipartimento frontale può parlare sia inglese che tedesco, niente da denunciare. Tuttavia, l’igiene della mia camera è un po’ inferiore alla media. Dopo aver entrato nella stanza c’è capelli umani intorno alla stanza e al bagno, anche carta rossa al bagno e non è spruzzata. Il colazione è incluso nel mio pacchetto, un'ottima e tipica colazione tedesca. Cariche di pane con una varietà di burro, tagli freddi, yogurt, uova scrambled ecc. Il servizio di autobus è fornito ogni 30 minuti, è necessario prenotarlo in anticipo. Tuttavia, il prezzo è proprio lo stesso di Uber e taxi, quindi è la vostra scelta. In generale, sarebbe un soggiorno medio per le persone che hanno bisogno di una notte di raffreddamento prima di un volo precoce. Ma non credo che valga la pena per il prezzo originale. Fortunatamente l'ho prenotato a un prezzo scontato.

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.
