Hotel in zona JoDD of Schaffstein - Trans Formal Painting, Berlino

Albergo vecchio stile. Molto accogliente. Molto adatto anche a molte persone. Il personale è molto accomodante. Le camere sono grandi e ben attrezzate. La colazione a buffet veniva sempre rifornita e offriva tutto ciò che rende una buona colazione. Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio. S-Bahn e autobus nelle immediate vicinanze

Sebbene la camera sia bella (caffè buono e attrezzata), l'esperienza complessiva è piuttosto scarsa. Il personale (1 persona solo durante il giorno e il turno notturno) è troppo inesperto e probabilmente tutti sotto l'età di 20. Abbiamo avuto la sala di cambio due volte a causa di fuga nel sistema di condizionamento dell’aria. Garantire che il pavimento in legno non danneggiava l’acqua, erano state usate le tole, ma era chiaro che il personale non si sconvolse e si sconvolse per darci una nuova stanza. Anche quando chiamate il personale dalla vostra stanza con il telefono della stanza, non si prendono. Quando li chiamate con il telefono cellulare, si prendono. Perché? Inoltre, abbiamo scelto l'hotel in parte per il buon look fitness. Sorpresa, paghi per il ginnastica, ogni volta che lo usa: €15 per persona. Il Spa non è aperto, a causa del fatto che l'hotel ha recentemente aperto (?). E' chiaro che l'hotel è significativamente sottoscritto e il livello di servizio è povero. La riduzione dei costi è comprensibile dopo la cova, ma abbiamo l'impressione che le spese per la costruzione di questo luogo siano elevate e che la riduzione dei costi possa rendere questo luogo redditizio per molto tempo in futuro. La posizione è buona, vicino al buon funzionamento del trasporto pubblico.La colazione era buona, nessuna preoccupazione.

This hotel is fantastic. Excellent facilities well equipped rooms and helpful friendly staff. We arrived for a 3 night break as part of our honeymoon, they left some chocolates and a handwritten card to congratulate us. They also left us two free pool passes as a lovely gesture. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast was lovely although perhaps a little pricey. They offer either a free swim pass or drink if you decide not to have your room cleaned to encourage sustainability which again was a nice touch. After a day of sightseeing in Berlin we enjoyed our free drink in the cosy bar. We had a loft room which had a downstairs part and a separate room upstairs where we slept. The beds were also very comfortable. We would definitely return.

Tralasciando i prezzi folli di beni di prima necessità come 9€ per una bottiglia d’acqua da 75cl al bar e 6€ per una bottiglia d’acqua da 50cl in camera, ci sono stati ripetuti problemi durante il soggiorno che non ti aspetti quando scegli una catena come Hilton. Elenco di seguito: 1. Porta della camera rotta in due occasioni: maniglia si stacca e batteria della serratura elettronica scarica. Risolto chiamando assistenza tecnica. 2. WC in stanza rotto perché non funzionava lo sciacquone. Risolto chiamando assistenza tecnica. 3. Chiave ha smesso di funzionare 3 volte in un soggiorno di due giorni. Tutte e tre le volte è stato necessario cambiarla in reception. Notare che la chiave funzionava per aprire la camera ma non arrivare l’ascensore quindi non era un problema di smagnetizzazione. 4. Quasi perso il volo perché il bar non è stato in grado di prepare due club sandwich in 45 minuti. Notare che il bar era vuoto. 5. Cucina dell’hotel che a mezzanotte è già chiusa.

The hotel is clean, modern and well-staffed. What was missing for us was warmth and the expected level of hospitality. During our 5-day stay, nobody ever said hello, goodbye or communicated in any manner unless we asked a direct question. When I checked out, the only thing the receptionist said was to remind me I had borrowed an electrical adaptor and to return it. I travel frequently and expect hotels to be warm and welcoming. Also, when I checked in I was given no hotel information other than the E25 breakfast hours. I'm sure it's wonderful, but I since only have coffee, there is no reason to pay 25 euros. Because we didn't go to breakfast and the receptionist didn't tell us, we missed many features of the hotel we might have enjoyed. To further our disappointing stay, there was no printed hotel info in our room other than a book about the featured artist. I hate QR codes, but when I scanned the hotel's, it gave sp**** information. The hotel lobby isn't welcoming and I didn't go to the bar until my last night so was unaware of all the things Art'otel would have liked me to know. The magazine was interesting and beautiful. Why isn't there a copy in guest rooms? The local information and maps were available in the breakfast area, but we didn't go there and weren't offered them by hotel staff. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was the pictures of beautiful bathrooms with tubs. Sadly, the website fails to mention that tubs are only available in expensive suites. Our visit, while nice, was overpriced. We paid for hospitality and a good room, but only the room was up to the expected standards. Very disappointing.

La posizione è a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale di Berlino. I servizi sono buoni ma alcuni non sono gratuiti. La stanza all'interno sembra vecchia a differenza della hall, dei corridoi, ecc. Non molto servizio svolto. Il giorno del check-out, apriranno la porta per verificare se c'è ancora qualcuno all'interno anche se non è ancora l'orario del check-out.

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.

Questo hotel ha avuto un rivamp e ora si chiama l'Hotel Art, Park Plaza. C'è un altro Park Plaza vicino..... ci siamo finiti prima! Quindi non siate confusi!! Una volta trovato questo hotel....siamo arrivati il giorno di una sciopero nazionale... è fab. Ignora il pianificatore di viaggio... Questo hotel si trova a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla fine ovest della linea U1. La stanza che avevamo era al quinto piano, in una strada molto occupata, ma era così tranquilla che non ne avevamo notato finché non ci siamo guardati fuori dalla finestra la mattina seguente. Il bagno era un tipo di pioggia grande con una piccola opzione per la doccia testa. Complimenti Elemis gel per la doccia, lavatrice di mano, nonché lozione corporea. La colazione era di ogni penny come parte della vostra opzione B&B. Altrimenti è €18 per una opzione completa o €5 per il caffè e un croissant nel bar. Il colazione è stato fresco, pasticceria, formaggio, carne, tostapane, funghi, salsa, bacon, pancake, cereali, yogurt; si può fare il proprio succo fresco di verdure fresche e frutta. Il caffè era eccellente (mi è stato detto).... Ho preso i miei bagagli di tè, come sono molto fuso, e ho fatto del tè grande. C'è un'acqua calda spectacolare...che è molto ornamentale e era fantastico. Il personale era multilingue e molto utile. Non c'era nulla di troppo disturbo, e erano molto consapevoli della zona e delle opzioni di trasporto pubblico disponibili. Pensiamo di tornare a Berlino e rimarremo qui, senza dubbio.

Sicuramente non è un hotel carino, dove vorresti passarci molto tempo, ma la stanza era ordinata, completa e pulita. Unico neo la moquette, purtroppo immancabile in hotel di questo tipo. Molte stanze, stile rigoroso, personale sbrigativo, si trova vicinissimo alla metro e alla fermata del bus. La colazione si fa in una bella stanza, con una buona offerta di varietà per il salato e frutta, molto striminzita per i dolci, stile tedesco. Buona base per visitare la città , anche se non è centrale. Ottimo prezzo.
