Decent hotel with a great bar and restaurant. Had a couple of meals there and everything was really tasty. The rooms are a little dated, but perfectly comfortable and spacious. Mine had a lovely view of the river. The gym is a bit ropey, but the hotel is in a great spot for running by the river. Great for a business trip, but probably not somewhere I’d stay for leisure.

Fantastic stay in Berlin. We stayed for 4 nights and would really recommend this hotel. In a great location a short walk from Bellevue Station, and one stop from Berlin Hbf (Central Station). Sheets and towels changed daily. Room service fantastic, ordered 2 morning coffees and they arrived within minutes. Room decorated beautifully, lots of space and you’re able to open the window fully - great for fresh air. A shame there is no iron or mini fridge in the room, that would’ve pushed it up to 5 stars for me. Staff welcoming and friendly. Overall a lovely stay and we would return!

We weren't 100% sold on this place based the lack of recent reviews, and online info speaking poorly about the neighborhood...but everything was great. I got the sense that it was mainly business guests (it's in a business-heavy district), but it was a great quiet base for our week in Berlin as tourists. The Bellevue S-bahn stop is a comfortable 5 minute walk away, will be your best friend as it links you into the main transit artery of the city. The neighborhood (Moabit) has a mixed reputation, but it was so pleasant, clean, and quiet to stay in and walk around. Lots of families, very few other tourists, very green/right on the river, and the food we ate (shout out to Quê Choa, open late) was very good. It may have been a weird glitch, but we didn't receive any confirmation info from the hotel when I booked. I emailed a week later to ask about it and got a brief reply with a confirmation number. Then I got the full confirmation about a week before the stay. Long story short, there's not much info available ahead of time--but that was the only downside to our experience. The room was extremely spacious -- probably 3X the size of the room we paid more for in Paris and comfortable. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. It wasn't clear ahead of time, but front desk staff were there at all hours and helpful. Would most definitely go back.

Thought the place was great, food +, service + accommodation +... But a problem occurred... the polizei got called and I got detained for 24 hrs. Not fun but hey! Then the hotel banned me from eating , drinking or sleeping there. Here's to LEF as they say in france! Well done and kind regards to Christian the duty mgr

Falsches Zimmer erhalten. Auf Nachfrage wurde Mitarbeiter respektlos, hat uns mehrfach ausgelacht, uns beleidigt und dann widerwillig das eigentlich gebuchte Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Klimaanlage in beiden Zimmern kaputt, Innentemperatur von 27°C. War leider nichtmal über Öffnen der Fenster zu regulieren.

Das Hotel ist toll gelegen super ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein sehr grosses schönes Zimmer (leider nicht mit Blick auf die Spree). Abends gab es unten im Essraum bzw Lobby Snacks, Kaffee, Früchte und ... Portwein! Wer nicht im Hotel Frühstückt hat einige Möglichkeiten im direkten Umfeld (Bioladen LPG bot eine tolle Auswahl an guten Sachen an). Der letzte Stern fehlt wegen des etwas hohen Preises für unseren Hund für die Übernachtung (er musste auch Touristensteuer zahlen - nicht das Problem des Hotels).

Die Lage am Spree-Bogen ist ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer ist großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sicher, es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten die man bemängeln könnte, aber für einen Punktabzug reicht das bei mir nicht. Erstens habe ich beide Nächte sehr gut und sehr ruhig geschlafen, zweitens war ich mit dem Frühstück im benachbarten AMERON Waterside Hotel überaus zufrieden und drittens war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis überragend. Die Terrasse am Hotel oder vom Restaurant Carl & Sophie direkt an der Spree, lädt zu einem wunderbaren Ausklang des Arbeitstages ein. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde beim nächsten Berlin Aufenthalt wiederkommen.

Voller Vorfreude haben wir die Suite betreten und sie nach 5 Minuten wieder verlassen. Der Zustand war eine absolute Frechheit. Die Möbel waren in einem völlig abgewohnten Zustand, überall platzte das Furnier das Nussbaum Holzes ab, es gab abgenutzte Stellen und Flecken auf allen Möbeln, der Boden war in einem desolaten Zustand und zudem war bei einer Außentemperatur von knapp 30° auch noch die Klimaanlage kaputt. Man hat einfach die Fenster weit aufgestellt, was natürlich nichts bringt. Weder auf die kaputte Klimaanlage hat man uns hingewiesen, noch darauf, dass das Zimmer welches eigentlich Blick auf die Spree haben sollte nach hinten raus zu einem Spielplatz gelegen war. Die Zimmer mögen ja vor zehn Jahren toll gewesen sein, aber mittlerweile ist zumindest dieses Suite eine Zumutung. Wir können die positiven Bewertung hier absolut nicht nachvollziehen und sind sofort wieder abgereist.
