Fantastico! Tornerei e lo consiglierei! Io e mia mamma abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per sole due notti e ci è dispiaciuto andare via! Ci siamo trovate a Berlino per un viaggio di piacere e siamo rimaste senza alloggio all'ultimo momento. Ci siamo presentate direttamente in struttura dove abbiamo trovato uno staff cortese e preparato che ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. Abbiamo fatto il check in una sola ora dopo il nostro arrivo a sorpresa, in cui ci hanno preventivamente mostrato la camera in cui avremo alloggiato. La struttura è nuova, recentemente riarredata con un design moderno ma funzionale che comunque deve piacere (doccia e lavabo sono a vista, direttamente nella stanza da letto, per noi non è stato un problema). La nostra camera era al sesto piano con vista sulla strada, che a discapito della posizione centrale dell'albergo, risultava comunque abbastanza silenziosa. Nel caso comunque in camera era presente l'aria condizionata oltre a una vasta gamma di servizi (kit per colazione, frigo, tv piatta, ferro da stiro ed altro). Gli ambienti erano tutti molto puliti e profumati. La colazione esclusa dal prezzo viene offerta in due diverse tipologie: continentale e a buffet. La prima al costo di 9€ è la seconda (credo) 26€. Noi abbiamo scelto quella continentale, che prevede un piatto di pane e brioche, un succo di frutta e una bevanda calda, anche se lo staff ci ha gentilmente concesso di sostituire il piatto di pane con un piatto a nostra scelta dal buffet, altro aspetto che dimostra l'accoglienza che ci è stata riservata. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo devo dire ottimo, forse insuperabile! Nella zona, centrale e vicina alla fermata della linea S, infatti, è risultato davvero competitivo. In definitiva ripeto che tornerei senza pensarci due volte e mi sento di consigliarlo vivamente.

Collocato in una laterale verde e tranquilla della via più fashion di Berlino, l'hotel è comodissimo ai trasporti (linee s-bahn a tre minuti). Camere abbastanza ampie e di design. La disposizione di lavandino e doccia in camera è una scelta che a noi è sembrata bella ma poco funzionale. Di fatto il bagno, minuscolo, contiene solo il water. Ottima la colazione, soprattutto sul salato. Molto gentile il personale. Peccato per il guasto all'ascensore durato tutti e cinque giorni del nostro soggiorno, peraltro con una stanza al sesto piano, ma ricompensato da un significativo sconto effettuato al checkout. Consigliato.

Hotel mal tenuto Nelle stanze non c'è nemmeno un cestino per le carte , assorbenti o qualsiasi cosa La pulizia lascia a desiderare, macchie sui mobili , su qula specie di scrivania aloni di tazze o bicchieri lasciate da chissà chi Molto al di sotto delle aspettative

Rooms are very clean, great design. Good sound proof. Staffs at lobby always greet you happily, it lifts spirit and make my day. The Thai food in thier restaurant is very good, fresh ingredients, great taste, authentic. I will go back again.

Clean, nice, modern and quiet hotel in a very popular and busy neighbourhood. The single room I got, was airy, with a french balcony to a back yard with trees. The bed was comfortable with nice bedlinen. There was a small fridge and a big flatscreen tv. Bathroom was very pretty with dark tiles, god shower, good towels and a magnifying makeup mirror (to «scare» anyone over 40!) I did not miss a thing. Would definitely come back.

We have been visiting Hotel Q once or twice s year for around the last 6 Years. Everytime it has been a five star service. Its a great area, the staff is very kind and the rooms are great! Everything from the service to the food and the bar is great. Jacob and family

Perfect location right next to Kurfürstendamm, and only a 2 minute walk from the nearest train station. Great rooms, really nice breakfast, lovely wellness and amazing staff! We recommend We especially loved Oscar in the reception!

Great hotel located in an excellent part of Berlin. Very helpful front staff - we felt very welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Lots of restaurants and great shopping in the vicinity. Would definitely recommend this hotel for tourists.

The was the nicest hotel that we stayed at during out entire three week trip. The hotel was clean, chic, and exciting while still being warm and welcoming. Our room was lovely and perfectly appointed with plenty of outlets and room to relax. The customer service was top notch. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We rented bikes from the hotel and it was the best day of our vacation. The hotel made it so easy and it was reasonably priced. I would not stay anywhere else when I return to Berlin. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is perfect! It's on a side street so it's not noisy but it is right up the street from an outdoor market, the zoo, and lots of other things to see. We sat outside and had food from the restaurant almost every evening and the food was delicious! We loved Hotel Q!

One would think that installing a new high efficiency energy management system would be a great thing overall. But no good deed goes unpunished. The penthouse on the 7th floor was an incredible room but the AC wasn’t keeping the room cold enough during the warm spell. We reported this and it was clear that the staff viewed this as a major issue and wanted to solve it ASAP. They brought in a technician as soon as possible who adjusted the system and voila, we had AC. The concern they showed for our overall experience was based on an underlying kindness that permeated the entire experience. They tried their best to make our stay enjoyable in every way, from the desk clerks to the restaurant staff who remembered our breakfast orders, it was clear they hired caring people who enjoy making people happy. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Very nice small, cozy hotel centrally situated in Charlottenburg near S-train. Charlottenburg seems to be a more fashionable part of Berlin with nice cafe's and restaurants. Very friendly and service minded staff - perfect for a short break for couples in Berlin.

Very Nice place which is plaved close to Kurfürstendamm . Clean Rom and Smiling personal and very good breakfast. Placed at Kurfürstendamm. 50 meters from the street. Close to public trafik. We had a very nice stay there.
