Un'esperienza di alloggio davvero terribile. Il personale della reception era molto scortese. Il bagno in camera aveva un forte odore di urina, e aveva ancora un cattivo odore anche dopo averlo pulito ha influito sul mio sonno. Il telefono era rotto e non poteva essere utilizzato. Quando ho chiesto al personale della reception se potevo cambiare stanza, ha semplicemente detto che era dispiaciuto e non poteva fornire alcuna assistenza. Quando ha menzionato la situazione nella stanza, l'altra persona ha sorriso e ha detto che era davvero un peccato e non ha potuto fornire alcuna assistenza. Poiché molte strutture erano danneggiate e l'odore di urina nella stanza era molto forte, ho dovuto trovare temporaneamente un hotel nelle vicinanze. Con l'aiuto di trip.com sono riuscito a ottenere un rimborso per i giorni successivi, ma mi è stato addebitato 7.000 e 3.500 il primo e il secondo giorno, la risposta che ho ricevuto è stata una tariffa della camera variabile, il che è inaccettabile per spendere 10.500 per soggiornare in una stanza con servizi e pulizia discutibili. 

Ci è piaciuto tutto. Il letto era pulito e perfettamente fatto. La stanza è compatta e ha tutto (solo che non ci sono abbastanza tazze e piattini. La stanza è per 4, ma ci sono 2 tazze). La colazione è buona, c'è molto da scegliere dalle 6:30 alle 10:00. Il check-out prima delle 12:00 è stato molto bello. La stanza era vicina all'ascensore ma non sentivamo alcun rumore.

Room is clean and comes with mini fridge and microwave which is handy for us to make breakfast. Toilet and shower are separated so it’s good for family.

My stay at this hotel was not good. Many problems happened, and staff did not help properly. We arrived early at 11 AM. Staff told us to wait until 3 PM for check-in. We waited, but at 3 PM, room still not ready. When we asked, they said, “We check with housekeeping,” but nobody came back for 15 minutes. We asked again, then they gave us a room. But air conditioning in room was broken and toilet was not cleaned. We had to ask for another room again. Very tiring. The new room was okay, but this wasted our time. After all waiting, we felt unhappy. At checkout time, there was more confusion. I already asked for late checkout and they approved. But at the day, staff forgot. They said I must leave early. Housekeeping people kept knocking on door many times, telling us to “go to reception and confirm.” But reception already approved before! Why ask again? It felt stressful. I’m

The hotel reception area seemed busy and crowded but the hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Great location within walking distance to top tourist attractions such as Checkpoints Charlie, Topography of Terror. There are supermarkets, restaurants and cafes close by the hotel. The mall of Berlin is about 20-30 minutes walk from the hotel. Good public transport link outside the hotel metro station and bus stops. The room is modern and spacious which is fitted for us a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The toilet and bathroom are separated saved us time queuing for toilet / shower. The bathroom has a bath as well as a shower cube👍 but there was a lack of body lotion in the bottle that supplied by the hotel. Half of time we were not sure if the air conditioning was working! Overall we enjoyed our time in our stay.

房間很大，很乾凈。我們出差三個住，沙發床都很寬。酒店服務態度非常好，給5分。下次出差還可以預訂。

住的3人房，比想像中大很多，房間有微波爐和飲水機，廁所跟浴室是分開的，這個設計十分方便。酒店提供rituals的沐浴用品，味道十分不錯，唯一的缺點是浴室門有一條明顯的縫隙，在外面是能看到裡面的。整體來說蠻不錯的。

房間乾淨整潔，有陽光的日子陽光可以滿屋子。交通特別方便下樓走20米就是地鐵公交！前台有位亞裔面孔的小姐姐親切温和，非常的友好！小廚房能做點簡單的三明治挺不錯👍
