Hotel è nelle scale. Prima e dietro! Il nome Arche non è visto dalla strada La sera i vicini sono fuori e si può capire tutto letteralmente. Come la trappola in cucina. La stanza e il corridoio profuma muffa a causa della copertura del pavimento. Molte piastre sono anche. La camera è spaziale. La camera da bagno è spaziale abbastanza. Ci sono sapone e shampoo. I mobili sono molto datati marrone. La TV è un monitor computer. Non ci sono ventilatore o aria condizionata. Le tovaglie vengono scambiate ma una volta si ottiene 2 piccoli, l'altra 2 grandi. 1 tovagliolo pp è poco a temperature di 30 gradi all'interno e all'esterno. La ragazza della stanza non aveva chiuso la nostra stanza. La porta era chiusa, ma tutti potevano entrare, visto che la porta d'ingresso era aperta tutto il giorno per il lavoro fuori. Quando abbiamo fatto notizia, il ricevitore ha detto: oh ok. Non c'era scusa. Era a quanto pare normale. Il colazione costa 7,50 e è abbastanza spazioso. pane, tosta, torta, yogurt e vari investimenti. Puoi prendere il caffè, tè o succo come vuoi. Parcheggio può essere per 16 euro pd. in strada è 14 euro per una carta di giorno. Tis una strada impegnata. Ci sono molti pasti, in genere ostriche, nei pressi. 24-7 negozi. Metro vicino. Diversi posti di lavoro. In breve, per il prezzo è sufficiente, ma potrebbe essere molto meglio.

Overall Experience Impressive property that reflects the care and attention to detail management and staff have devoted to this gem. While it isn’t next door to the Mall of Berlin (20-minute subway ride away) and does not have the city-center bustle (meh), Hotel Louisa’s Place has an old-world charm with all the modern conveniences needed for a very comfortable stay. I will stay here on my next trip to Berlin and I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable alternative to the corporate chain hotels. Room: Very much liked the room floorplan. It was like a 1-bedroom apartment with a separate living/dining/kitchen area and a patio with a table for two overlooking the courtyard. The bathroom was spacious with a huge shower. The 12-foot-high ceilings with ornate crown molding and large windows made it seem very grand. We felt as though we had a posh European flat for our week in Berlin with all the amenities of a very nice hotel. Location: I was surprised to learn that everything we needed during our stay was within walking distance. We found three grocery stores and more restaurants than we had time to try all within a 5–10-minute walk. There was also an abundance of other shops and stores near the hotel. The U-Bahn (subway) station was 1 block from the front door. The S-Bahn (main city-wide trains) station was a 8-10-minute walk or you could walk to the U-Bahn and ride it to the next stop and shorten the walk to the S-Bahn. We did not need a rental car since all of our activities were accessible from the nearby subway or train. Price: I did my homework and found this hotel to be well-positioned in the market. Value for money was very good. So glad we did not stay in the chain hotel we were considering. Service: Unlike American hotels post-pandemic, housekeeping was done every day of our stay with fresh towels as needed. They emptied the trash bins and collected recycled containers and generally tidied up. All staff were very friendly and eager to help with any questions and requests we had. Cleanliness: All aspects of this hotel were well tended to. I typically wipe down drawers and shelves before putting clothes away. That was not necessary at this hotel. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean, and I was impressed by how this older building has been meticulously upgraded and maintained.

My son and I enjoyed our recent stay at this hotel. The location was very good for travel links to visit other parts of the city. Our room was very comfortable. I liked that there was no extra charge for the room safe. There was plenty of hot water and the bathrooms were spacious and well equipped. I say bathrooms because our room had both a standard bathroom and a proper wet room for disabled guests. It was perfect for my autistic son and made his stay even better for him. The room attendant was very cheerful and friendly. The hotel was immaculately clean throughout. The views from the breakfast room were great. There was plenty of choice available for breakfast but son and I aren't huge breakfast fans so we only went once during our stay. The gentleman on reception was very helpful when my mobile phone was stolen on the bus and I am grateful to him. All the reception team members were very pleasant. Come Inn is great for a central place to stay when visiting Berlin.

La porta dell'hotel si apre con una chiave. È relativamente vecchio. Qualcuno potrebbe avere una chiave. By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.

The hotel is clean, modern and well-staffed. What was missing for us was warmth and the expected level of hospitality. During our 5-day stay, nobody ever said hello, goodbye or communicated in any manner unless we asked a direct question. When I checked out, the only thing the receptionist said was to remind me I had borrowed an electrical adaptor and to return it. I travel frequently and expect hotels to be warm and welcoming. Also, when I checked in I was given no hotel information other than the E25 breakfast hours. I'm sure it's wonderful, but I since only have coffee, there is no reason to pay 25 euros. Because we didn't go to breakfast and the receptionist didn't tell us, we missed many features of the hotel we might have enjoyed. To further our disappointing stay, there was no printed hotel info in our room other than a book about the featured artist. I hate QR codes, but when I scanned the hotel's, it gave sp**** information. The hotel lobby isn't welcoming and I didn't go to the bar until my last night so was unaware of all the things Art'otel would have liked me to know. The magazine was interesting and beautiful. Why isn't there a copy in guest rooms? The local information and maps were available in the breakfast area, but we didn't go there and weren't offered them by hotel staff. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was the pictures of beautiful bathrooms with tubs. Sadly, the website fails to mention that tubs are only available in expensive suites. Our visit, while nice, was overpriced. We paid for hospitality and a good room, but only the room was up to the expected standards. Very disappointing.

E' un tre stelle dalla struttura austera che ricorda un pò la vecchia DDR. Ambienti, spazi e arredi sono ben proporzionati e congruenti con un tre stelle. Plus: la carta di libera circolazione sui mezzi pubblici (fino in aeroporto col S9), i facili collegamenti con le S-bahn e gli autobus (fermate di fronte o quasi), costo della stanza per due 70 euro. Minus: frigobar in funzione ma vuoto, breakfast a 13 euro a persona (ma buono), lo scarico della doccia mezzo otturato. Manca il bidet ma questo era atteso... Tornassi a Berlino riprenoterei.

L'Estrel Berlin è un hotel impressionante. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Il servizio è professionale e precondizionato. Il buffet per colazione offre una vasta selezione di cibi deliziosi. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico e alle attrazioni. In generale, un hotel consigliabile per un piacevole soggiorno a Berlino.

Ho visitato recentemente questo hotel con il mio ragazzo e sono stato molto impressionato. Abbiamo arrivato poco prima dell’iscrizione e ci è stato permesso di andare in camera nostra. La camera era molto spaziosa con un letto estremamente confortevole e una doccia sorprendente. Anche l'ultimo giorno il nostro volo non era per un po' e avevano il permesso di aspettare nel lobby dopo l'uscita, che aveva bellissimi divano e posti a sedere, era tranquillo e c'erano persone che lavoravano. Il personale era molto lodevole e grande per il prezzo.
