Hotel in zona Fasanenplatz, Berlino

Wir erhielten bei Ankunft ein Upgrade auf ein ”Superior-Zimmer”. Das Zimmer lag in der obersten Etage und hatte einen Balkon zum Kurfürstendamm. Der Straßenlärm war im Zimmer kaum zu vernehmen und auch aus den Nachbarzimmern oder vom Gang waren keine Geräusche zu vernehmen. Es gab eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine und verbrauchte Kapseln wurden täglich ersetzt. Auch eine Flasche Mineralwasser wurde täglich bereitgestellt. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Im Bad war der Platz ausreichend. Es verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Dusche und Handbrause, die sich gut regulieren ließ und guten Wasserdruck hatte. Im Bad gibt es eine regulierbare Elektroheizung, im Zimmer einen großen Zentralheizungskörper, der sich mittels Thermostat gut einstellen ließ. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank steht zur Verfügung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es gibt ein Frühstücksbuffet, das wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Busse und U-Bahn sind wenige Schritte entfernt. Viele Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Il secchiere per capelli nella mia stanza non funzionava. La stanza era così fredda. Le reception non potevano parlare inglese molto bene, quindi non potevano capire le mie parole. Si dice che ci sarebbe una macchina di vendita, ma non ha acqua come la cosa più importante!

L'hotel è vicino alla stazione Savignyplatz, che è una buona zona. Un altro più è che la stanza era molto pulita. Tuttavia, non dovrebbe essere annunciato come un hotel con una palestra e sauna. La ”sala” era una piccola stanza con una palestra e una macchina a cavo, e la sauna non funzionava affatto. Non avrei prenotato questo hotel se fosse stata disponibile la giusta informazione.

Bagno piccolo, hotel in buona posizione dallo zoo e dalla stazione della metropolitana. Ci sono dei locali carini in zona, incluso il Maxxim. La cosa è stata molto strana: l'ultima sera sono entrato in albergo e sono andato nella mia camera d'albergo, in cima alle scale un uomo sembrava molto sospettoso. Subito dopo averlo visto anche lui salì di sopra. Il corridoio delle camere è accessibile a tutti, anche a chi non dormi lì! Molto strano! La colazione era buona

Ich bin von Samstag bis Dienstag im B&B Berlin City West untergebracht. Positiv zu erwähnen sind die bereits vollzogenen Renovierungsarbeiten, die neu im B&B-Stil eingerichtete Zimmer und das sehr gute und ordentliche Frühstück. Das Hotel verfügt eigentlich über zwei Aufzüge, wobei der erste bereits bei Anreise außer Betrieb war mit der Bemerkung ”hat noch nie funktioniert und wird wohl auch nie mehr repariert werden”. Mit dem anderen konnte ich samstags noch in den 5. Stock fahren und einmal noch nach unten. Seit Samstag Nacht ist auch der einzig funktionale Aufzug außer Betrieb und man muss zum Teil bis in die 6. Etage zu Fuß gehen (ich zunächst bis in die 5. und nach Umzug jetzt bis in die 4.). Die Reparatur des Aufzugs scheint keine Eile zu haben und ein Manager ist auch nicht zu sprechen bzw. lässt sich verleugnen. Das Hotel bietet keinerlei Kompensation für den vorhandenen Missstand an und verweist immer nur darauf, eine eMail an eine fiktive B&B-Adresse zu schreiben. Des weiteren scheint das Reinigungs-Personal nicht bzw. nur unzureichend bis sehr schlecht geschult zu sein. Trotz ”Bitte nicht stören”-Schild an der Türe stand am Morgen um 08.20 Uhr nach ein paar Mal klopfen, was ich noch schlafender Weise erst spät gehört hatte, einfach eine männliche Reinigungskraft im Zimmer. Eine absolute Frechheit und auch ein absolutes No-Go!!! Beschwerden vor Ort werden abgebürstet oder mit den ewig selben Floskeln, welche auch online bereits zu lesen waren, abgetan. Management ist nicht zu sprechen. Derzeit sollte man sich noch gut überlegen, ob man sich das wirklich alles antun will. Ich habe es nach der ersten Nacht aus Bequemlichkeit leider versäumt auszuchecken und das Hotel zu wechseln. Wenn auch die Aufzüge mal funktionieren, das Personal besser geschult ist und auch kompetente Ansprechpartner vor Ort wären, könnte es mit dem Hotel auch mal was werden. So dann doch wieder lieber andere B&B's oder wieder in The Niu-Hotels.

Cuscini molto piatti e inesistenti. Alcuni atteggiamenti del personale erano un po' a desiderare. Oltre ai servizi di base in camera. € 4 per una bottiglia d'acqua in camera pazzesco quando il distributore automatico al piano di sotto € 2 per l'acqua. Non è stato facile riscattare l'incentivo per non aver utilizzato le pulizie. La cassaforte in camera non funzionava

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.

L'Estrel Berlin è un hotel impressionante. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Il servizio è professionale e precondizionato. Il buffet per colazione offre una vasta selezione di cibi deliziosi. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico e alle attrazioni. In generale, un hotel consigliabile per un piacevole soggiorno a Berlino.

Ho visitato recentemente questo hotel con il mio ragazzo e sono stato molto impressionato. Abbiamo arrivato poco prima dell’iscrizione e ci è stato permesso di andare in camera nostra. La camera era molto spaziosa con un letto estremamente confortevole e una doccia sorprendente. Anche l'ultimo giorno il nostro volo non era per un po' e avevano il permesso di aspettare nel lobby dopo l'uscita, che aveva bellissimi divano e posti a sedere, era tranquillo e c'erano persone che lavoravano. Il personale era molto lodevole e grande per il prezzo.
