Hotel in zona Berlin Oranienburger Straße station, Berlino

Nachdem es Komplikationen mit dem ersten Zimmer gab, wurde mir sehr nett an der Rezeption weiter geholfen. Ich bekam ein kostenloses Upgrade. Super netter Service! Auch das neue Zimmer ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Questo hotel d'epoca è situato in 2 edifici uno di fronte all'altro. Il personale della reception è stato gentile, rapido ed efficiente sia nel check in che nel check out. La nostra camera era situata nell'edificio di fronte alla reception, quindi a pochi passi dall'altra parte di una strada tranquilla. La camera era di buone dimensioni, pulita, ordinata e ordinata. La doccia era un po' piccola, ma decente, pulita e abbastanza grande per me (6'1”). Non c'era l'attrezzatura per preparare tè e caffè in camera, ma potrebbe essere perché eravamo solo pernottati. Non abbiamo mangiato nel ristorante, quindi non posso commentare la qualità del cibo. L'hotel è situato in una strada laterale tranquilla, ma abbastanza vicino per una breve passeggiata a Berlin Mitte. Non siamo stati disturbati dal rumore della strada (Camera al 2° piano) la sera o la notte. Ci sono molti buoni ristoranti e diversi piccoli bar/posti per la colazione, tutti nel raggio di 100 metri dall'hotel. È facile raggiungerlo dall'aeroporto o prendere il treno FEX per Berlino hbf e poi a 12/15 minuti a piedi dall'hotel, oppure prendi la RB23 o la RE8 per Fredrichstrasse hbf e sono 3 minuti a piedi. Entrambi impiegano circa 30-40 minuti e costano 4 euro a persona a tratta. che pensiamo (e speriamo) fosse corretto! Tieni presente che il FEX è orario, quindi dovrai cronometrare il tuo viaggio Altamente raccomandato.

Questo è un ottimo hotel vicino ad Alexanderplatz, che è una delle mie zone preferite della città. L'Hauptbanhof è nelle vicinanze, la Fernsehen Tower, un sacco di negozi e cibo! L'hotel include una colazione con qualcosa per tutti. E ci sono anche opzioni di cibi caldi disponibili la sera in cui non hai voglia di uscire. Tutti erano molto cordiali!

L'unica cosa positiva di questo ostello è la distanza dalla stazione centrale è decente, circa dieci minuti a piedi. Tuttavia, il caldo è insopportabile all'interno della stanza! E ci sono insetti e zanzare ovunque. La stanza non è abbastanza pulita e la mia faccia ha iniziato ad avere allergie dopo il mio primo giorno lì! Ad ogni modo, non consiglierei questo ostello perché sento che puoi trovare un posto molto migliore con un prezzo simile.

Cuscini molto piatti e inesistenti. Alcuni atteggiamenti del personale erano un po' a desiderare. Oltre ai servizi di base in camera. € 4 per una bottiglia d'acqua in camera pazzesco quando il distributore automatico al piano di sotto € 2 per l'acqua. Non è stato facile riscattare l'incentivo per non aver utilizzato le pulizie. La cassaforte in camera non funzionava

We arrived before 3pm and were allowed to book in, very easy and no issues. The reception staff are lovely and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. We didn’t pre book breakfast but decided to try it £19 for 2 people was very reasonable and no limit on what you could eat, I will definitely be staying here again if we return to Berlin, the location is great for accessing all transport with a station almost immediately outside the hotel

L'hotel è vicino alla stazione Savignyplatz, che è una buona zona. Un altro più è che la stanza era molto pulita. Tuttavia, non dovrebbe essere annunciato come un hotel con una palestra e sauna. La ”sala” era una piccola stanza con una palestra e una macchina a cavo, e la sauna non funzionava affatto. Non avrei prenotato questo hotel se fosse stata disponibile la giusta informazione.

Ho visitato recentemente questo hotel con il mio ragazzo e sono stato molto impressionato. Abbiamo arrivato poco prima dell’iscrizione e ci è stato permesso di andare in camera nostra. La camera era molto spaziosa con un letto estremamente confortevole e una doccia sorprendente. Anche l'ultimo giorno il nostro volo non era per un po' e avevano il permesso di aspettare nel lobby dopo l'uscita, che aveva bellissimi divano e posti a sedere, era tranquillo e c'erano persone che lavoravano. Il personale era molto lodevole e grande per il prezzo.

L'Estrel Berlin è un hotel impressionante. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Il servizio è professionale e precondizionato. Il buffet per colazione offre una vasta selezione di cibi deliziosi. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente, vicino ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico e alle attrazioni. In generale, un hotel consigliabile per un piacevole soggiorno a Berlino.

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.
