Purtroppo la piscina era chiusa e la sauna doveva essere registrata e poteva essere utilizzata solo una volta per 1 ora. Le ore di apertura della sauna dalle 14:00 alle 20:00 nei fine settimana sono assolutamente inaccettabili per un hotel di classe di lusso. Nel momento della prenotazione non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna informazione sul fatto che i tempi del Spa sono così regolamentati e che il pool è completamente chiuso. Su richiesta della reception abbiamo ricevuto informazioni che il pool è chiuso a causa di misure di risparmio energetico e che, inoltre, il personale non ha ancora ricevuto informazioni. Riteniamo che, se una parte significativa dei servizi non può essere fornita, i prezzi per il pernottamento debbano essere adeguati in modo adeguato, e purtroppo non abbiamo potuto godere del nostro soggiorno come avevamo previsto!

Questo hotel è assolutamente meraviglioso. La colazione è fantastica e offre buone opzioni vegetariane, con personale molto attento. Il bar non è economico, tuttavia la qualità è eccellente. L'accoglienza è visivamente di grande impatto e il personale è eccezionale. La palestra è attualmente in fase di riparazione, il che è un peccato, tuttavia hanno messo a disposizione soluzioni alternative per gli ospiti disperati. Sfortunatamente questa è una delle poche zone di Berlino che non ha un facile accesso a deliziosi piatti da asporto a tarda notte, tuttavia è perfetta per i siti turistici.

We just spent 5 nights at the Regent. We booked their least expensive room and it was still fabulous. This is one of those hotels that does everything right. The hotel lobby and the rooms are elegant and yet not stuffy. The staff is totally friendly to everyone - from the business people in the breakfast rooms right on over to us traveler types in our polar fleece and REI travel pants:) Breakfast is excellent. The beds are comfortable, the sheets high quality. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are incredible. Full tub, large shower, big mirrors, good lighting. The toiletries are L’Occitane. There’s a high-end coffee maker and pods. The locations is perfect. We did a ton of walking - and in walking, I saw many of the other Berlin hotels I had considered in my research. None of the other locations is this perfect - especially for a first-time tourist to Berlin. We could walk to Museum Island in under 10 minutes. 10 minutes to the Brandenburg Gate. 10 minutes to the Checkpoint Charlie area. I cannot compliment the Regent enough. It is one of those rare hotels that just did it all right for us.

La camera d'albergo era confortevole. Abbiamo goduto di un buon grado di privacy. La mia unica lamentela è che durante il nostro viaggio, sulla mia carta di credito sono stati addebitati € 194 dall'hotel, nonostante avessi già pagato il prezzo intero per la camera. Naturalmente, l'hotel lo ha rimborsato immediatamente. Questo però non mi ha compensato del fatto che ho dovuto aspettare 3 giorni per ricevere i soldi sul mio conto. A quel punto avevo solo 50€ in contanti e 31£ sul mio conto in banca. Questo mi ha fatto sentire insicuro, dato che normalmente ho abbastanza soldi nel caso qualcosa vada storto. Non credo che la mia carta avrebbe dovuto essere addebitata in primo luogo e il membro del personale che ha effettuato l'addebito accidentale con la carta dovrebbe prestare maggiore attenzione alle informazioni finanziarie degli ospiti.

Questo è un ottimo hotel vicino ad Alexanderplatz, che è una delle mie zone preferite della città. L'Hauptbanhof è nelle vicinanze, la Fernsehen Tower, un sacco di negozi e cibo! In summary: Superb breakfast, good rooms, pretty good location (but there are better in Berlin), a few details could be improved. Good value for money. Accor has a huge range of hotels in Berlin, this is for them a midrange offering. The rooms are of reasonable size, I had a huge bathroom, minibar and room safe. Very clean. Bed surprisingly comfortable. Free wifi good enough for video streaming (there's also 'premium wifi' you can pay for). TV and heating controls fussy. Shower gel holder in the bathroom remained empty throughout my four day stay though there was liquid soap by the sink. Reading lights in room below average. Reception friendly, a little chaotic. The hotel restaurant is open in the evenings, snacks and drinks available after hours. Locked luggage storage next to reception. Breakfast is really nice - great coffee and fruit juice, all the rest as you would expect including some cold fish dishes. One level below an 'omelette bar' status but still pretty good for this price level of hotel. Location in Berlin Mitte is pretty good - they're two U-Bahn stations and several bus stops within a few minutes' walk, even though some of the bus schedules are a bit disappointing. Nikolaiviertel is 5 minutes walk away and if you increase your walking time to 15 minutes you can get to Alexanderplatz and Museuminsel easily enough. There are better location hotels in Mitte but it's quite OK really. Good value for money; rates vary quite a bit by day of the week (so if your travel days are flexible play around with your stay dates). I generally stay either more downmarket or more upmarket than this but it's interesting to see how a midrange hotel works - quite OK, though as often in this category of hotel proactive detail management doesn't get priority. I would recommend.

Viaggio di 5 giorni e 4 notti alla scoperta di Berlino. Ottima posizione, vicino alle fermate di autobus e tram e a 15 minuti a piedi dello snodo ferroviario di Alexander Platz da dove puoi raggiungere qualunque parte della città, fino all’aeroporto. Albergo molto grande, con centinaia di stanze divise su 4 piani, ma nonostante tutto abbastanza silenzioso. Sala colazione molto grande e ben arredata, tantissima scelta al buffet, che non rimaneva mai vuoto, con continue aggiunte. C’è anche un bar/ristorante che funziona e bene dal pomeriggio fino a tarda notte. Personale gentile e sempre pronto a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. Stanza bella, abbastanza comoda e ben climatizzata. Letto grande e comodo. L’unico neo è il bagno, ben tenuto ma piccolo. Pulizia ben fatta e giornaliera. Da provare.

This is a modern functional hotel (which we booked via BA holidays) apparently popular for conferences, so you get the picture. Four of us went for a city break. The hotel is well situated within easy walking distance of Gendarmenmarkt. Spittelmart U-bahn is 2 minutes away. Easy and welcoming check-in. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had an excellent walk-in shower although the wash basin had the depth of a birdbath. What was surprising was the amount of wasted space in the bedroom with a great void between the bed and the door which could have been used for some proper drawers and shelves. As it was, there was only 1 drawer and 3 shelves, one of which was useful only if you were 2 metres tall (see photo). The wardrobe, if you could call it that, was an open hanging space, but it was situated at right angles to a padded seat (see photo) making accessibility difficult and there was only one chair in the room. Tea-making facilities were available but instant coffee only and powdered milk. We used to take a small jug of milk from breakfast and keep it in the fridge. There was a very good and comprehensive breakfast with just about everything one could want. As a morning tea drinker I cannot comment on the coffee which came from a machine, but there was an excellent selection of leaf teas. The hot food was OK, but nothing cooked to order so that eggs were either warm scrambled or hard boiled. Staff were very helpful and dishes promptly refilled. We didn’t use the restaurant for dinner as the menu looked pretty basic but there are restaurants within walking distance. All in all, nothing special but I would still recommend it for a short stay.

Uno dei migliori hotel del nostro viaggio in Europa. L'hotel si trova convenientemente al di fuori della stazione S/U, Berlino Friedrichstrasse. Ci sono due entrambi gli ingressi per l'hotel e entrambi sembrano molto grandi, il lobby è ben decorato e hanno anche preparato tè e un snack leggero (cake/cookies) per gli ospiti mentre noi raffreddiamo al lobby. L'ispezione è stata piacevole e il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e allegro, davvero rendere il nostro giorno. Abbiamo ricevuto una stanza al livello 4 con una vista molto bella sulla città, la stanza è pulita, spaziosa e è davvero contemporanea e moderna, con uno specchio enorme per le vostre tiri quotidiane OOTD. Il colazione era davvero grande, la diffusione era enorme e offre molte scelte per soddisfare le diverse esigenze. Il personale ha prestato attenzione a pulire le piastre e ha aiutato. In generale, è stato un soggiorno perfetto e sicuramente visiteremo di nuovo NH Berlino!

I recently stayed a few days at Motel One Alexanderplatz and was highly impressed! The check-in lady was super nice, and the process was a breeze! I found the room to be surprisingely spacious, and the bed very comfortable! I’ve stayed in several low cost hotels around the world, and I believe Motel One has been the best so far. The room was very clean, and the shower pressure quite decent! The hotel is situated next to a busy street but I heard nothing else than the occasional siren - and even that was quiet. Internet worked great! The only problem I had was with the television which was veeery slow and had veeeery few English channels - and only a few of them would show anything other than the black screen. Keep in mind that the hotel is a little bit of a walk from the «main» attractions like Brandenburg Tor! After a long day, a 30 minute walk isn’t the most attractive. Apart from that, great hotel for a super cheap price! Highly recommended

Very central location. Some nice bars and restaurants within walking distance and of course very near the bus, tram stops and train station for onward travel. The hotel itself is so nice, our room was set out very well and was really clean. We loved the small kitchen area with everything available if you opted to cook for yourself. Perfect for preparing a light breakfast as the hotel do not supply this as an option. Loved the comfort of the room with the large bed, with soft fresh linen and comfortable pillows. The rainfall shower was blissful and really helped to cool down and relax after the long days spent enjoying Berlin and all the sights and sounds. Staff at the hotel were so nice, friendly , informative and at hand for any additional help that may be needed. The front desk is not available overnight but Lux has a sister hotel which can step in to assist if really needed. Loved the privacy option with this hotel, rooms are cleaned after the second day of your stay and it is up to you to decide if you need housekeeping services. Afterall when you're on holiday who needs to be waking up too early every morning, especially after long nights.

In generale abbiamo avuto una grande soggiorno all'hotel H4. L'iscrizione e l'iscrizione erano senza saldatura. La stanza era pulita e il servizio in camera è stato regolarmente fatto. Si trova in un luogo molto accadente. La maggior parte delle attrazioni popolari erano a piedi e i servizi di tram e treni erano molto vicini. Inoltre si ottiene molte opzioni alimentari per scegliere dai ristoranti vicini e prendere snacks veloce dal supermercato dietro.

Spettacolare, in una parola, spettacolare. Oltre ogni mia più rosea aspettativa. Ci aspettavamo una camera piuttosto classica, ed invece un appartamentino di design molto bello e stupendamente rifinito. Con un bellissimo bagno, lavastoviglie, piano cottura ad induzione, lavandino, tutti per altro nascosti nell'arredamento. La camera principale divisa dal soggiorno con una porta scorrevole, e soggiorno che ospitava un doppio divano letto. Tutto molto bello. Peccato solo che l'aria condizionata fosse rotta, ed avendo trovato una settimana piuttosto calda abbiamo dovuto tenere i vetri aperti la notte con un rumore piuttosto insistente. Non vogliamo però penalizzare la struttura perché pensiamo sia una cosa che possa succedere. Peccato. Però ci hanno scontato il prezzo del garage, per cui tutto sommato hanno anche recuperato. Ottima la qualità del sonno. Il personale della reception non è sempre presente, ha degli orari piuttosto stringenti per cui occhio per il check-in. Disponibile un parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento, ma ci sono pochi posti. Anche perché intorno all'albergo non ho trovato parcheggi a buon mercato. La posizione è ottima, con la fermata della metropolitana sotto l'albergo, 10 minuti a piedi da Alexanderplatz, e tanti, tantissimi ristorantini nelle vicinanze dove abbiamo mangiato ottime pizze napoletane, ma anche vietnamita, e dove abbiamo fatto ottime colazioni. Ci sono anche diversi negozietti aperti 24 ore nei pressi. Cassaforte spaziosa che poteva contenere anche un computer da 16 pollici. Consigliabile in tutto e per tutto. Io ci tornerei.

L’ubicazione dell’ostello è estremamente centrale e a pochi minuti a piedi da Alexanderplatz, ideale dunque per muoversi a piedi. La sala comune offre molti spazi per rilassarsi e mangiare ma l’ostello pecca di un vero e proprio luogo di ritrovo, non essendo presenti biliardo/calcio balilla o quant’altro. Lo sconsiglio dunque vivamente a chi, come me, vede l’ostello come un luogo per conoscere nuove persone. I bagni condivisi, così come le camere, sono sporchi (le pulizie avvengono un solo giorno a settimana) e non è presente nemmeno il sapone per lavarsi le mani. È presente la lavanderia ma le lavatrici effettivamente funzionanti sono solo 3 (troppo poche a mio avviso visto la quantità di ospiti che l’ostello potrebbe possibilmente ospitare). In più i programmi della lavatrice e asciugatrice sono esclusivamente in tedesco, rendendone molto difficile l’utilizzo (cercare di tradurre è stato inefficace perché si ottenevano traduzioni letterarie e non utili). Il personale è disponibile ma non gioviale. Non consiglio l’ostello se cercate un posto pulito e ospitale. Lo consiglio a chi, invece, può fare a meno delle precedenti e cerca un posto economico in pieno centro.

Ho letto le critiche, ma la ferrovia non mi pare desse fastidio, i vetri credo siano insonorizzati, ma magari da altre stanze si sente. Noi eravamo al 5° piano e ce l'avevamo proprio lì, ma non dava assolutamente fastidio. Il cattivo odore dal bagno si è sentito leggermente all'arrivo. La stanza è piccola e potrebbe avere qualche comodità in più, ma è climatizzata, il prezzo è buono e la struttura è moderna e si trova a 2 passi da Alexander Platz, dalla metro ecc. Quindi il mio giudizio è positivo.

Per visitare Berlino ottima soluzione perché: -posizione ideale come punto di partenza per visitare l’intera città; -servizio colazione buonissima, specialmente se vi piace il salato, ristorante buono, ottimo servizio bar cocktail, servizio noleggio bicicletta perfetto per visitare e vivere al meglio Berlino; -prezzo, adeguato non troppo caro rispetto i prezzi della città, 12€ al giorno per l’affitto di tutta la giornata di una bicicletta sono i soldi spesi benissimo. Cose da migliorare secondo me: -sono alcuni aspetti del servizio del personale, che comunque è sempre gentile disponibile e trova sempre una soluzione, ma in alcuni casi mi hanno lasciato un po’ perplesso: quando a cena nel servirci il dessert, il ragazzo non hanno tolto i piatti delle portate precedenti, lasciando disordine e non riuscendo neanche lui stesso a trovare posto per poggiare il dolce in tavola, per quanto riguarda la pulizia della camera va bene ma qualche mattina non ci hanno svuotato i secchi della spazzatura; -l’uscita dal garge con le biciclette prese a noleggio va segnalata decisamente meglio, visto che neanche il personale di servizio ha saputo indicarci da dove passare; -le porte automatiche andrebbero regolare meglio se è possibile, perché essendo molto pesanti sbattono rumorosamente e la notte è un continuo rumore, a qualcuno potrebbe dare molto fastidio. Tutta via non sono cose gravi specialmente per il personale che è molto attivo, molto presente ed è un punto di forza di questo hotel. La struttura è molto bella e gli spazi comuni sono veramente stimolanti, rappresentano molto bene la città

La camera d'albergo era confortevole. Abbiamo goduto di un buon grado di privacy. La mia unica lamentela è che durante il nostro viaggio, sulla mia carta di credito sono stati addebitati € 194 dall'hotel, nonostante avessi già pagato il prezzo intero per la camera. Naturalmente, l'hotel lo ha rimborsato immediatamente. Questo però non mi ha compensato del fatto che ho dovuto aspettare 3 giorni per ricevere i soldi sul mio conto. A quel punto avevo solo 50€ in contanti e 31£ sul mio conto in banca. Questo mi ha fatto sentire insicuro, dato che normalmente ho abbastanza soldi nel caso qualcosa vada storto. Non credo che la mia carta avrebbe dovuto essere addebitata in primo luogo e il membro del personale che ha effettuato l'addebito accidentale con la carta dovrebbe prestare maggiore attenzione alle informazioni finanziarie degli ospiti.
