The stay was very pleasant. Service was punctual and staff behavior was good. However, there were some issues about cleanliness of the room. The hotel surroundings are beautiful and overall the stay was peaceful. Would love to visit there again. Food taste was amazing and delicious.

LIKED Pet friendly property. Helpful Staff, Nice and Well maintained Garden, Greenery inside the campus, Safe Parking Facility, Food Quality and prices IMPROVEMENT AREAS Quality of Sofa and Bedding in room, Room Lighting, Basic amenities (Provision of only one towel in family room, Smallest TV possible in room and with no World Cup Cricket Telecast) Lack of appropriate checkout process (Tax bills received after two days of check out), Cramped Toilet / Poor toilet seats DIDNT LIKE Location (Too far from key attractions of Murshidabad)

The bedsheets were dirty and so many mosquitos were in the room. However, the host Saptarshi took our complaint seriously and arranged immediate shifting to a better room. Otherwise all other aminaties were good including food and beverages. The helping boys as attendants were efficient and obedient. The nice ambience of the resort was nice. Considering all these,we consider the stay as 'very good'.

Back side of the hotel rooms is the drainage system which stinks through the bathroom and also gives an uncomfortable feeling. Commode and basins need maintenance. Lots of mosquitoes as well. Room equipment's like the remote control of the tv and the soaps/ etc are of low quality. Would only recommend the hotel for the behaviour of the staff and good food. Staff is very cooperative. Food is good.
