We are a 38 unit property featuring two 2-room whirlpool suites that have a large whirlpool in the private bedroom one 2-room private whirlpool suite with a steam shower. We offer Free High Speed Internet and Free light breakfast item together with your choice of coffee tea and juice. For your convenience we also offer a guest laundry. All rooms have coffee makers hairdryers alarm clocks and upgraded shower package. The standard rooms are all large rooms with either king beds or two queen beds. This place should be condemned!!! I checked in at 3, I was down at the front desk by 4 wanting a refund, and by the time the guy was done jerking me around he tells me there is no refund after 4. I'm not done complaining about this disgusting place!

This is the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Weird brown stains on every piece of fabric in my room. Towels had a tinge of gray/brown and bed sheets had old blood in multiple places. Pillowcases had hair and bathroom was not clean and had hair and crap under the toilet seat still.

My reservation was cancelled, per ******* guidelines, and I was still charged for one night stay. I have asked about a refund. No response from the manager. Not sure if I’ll get one. Be wary about staying at this hotel. Customer service is poor.

I have tried to cancel my reservation through ******* and the hotel. No one can help. ******* can’t find my reservation, but I have a test message with the itinerary number. Called the hotel the owner wouldn’t have listen, kept repeating himself. Poor poor customer service. So, basically I will be charged almost 300.00 for a room I will not use and he will turn around and rent this room out making double in rent.

Terrible for maintenance, toilet rocked raised tiles, sharp edges, missing grout, bathroom door had to be slammed to be closed, bathroom was pretty dirty, breakfast was terrible. I can not recommend this hotel to anyone. Just poorly unkept and managed

We showed up and checked our beds and thank god we did. I thought maybe I entered a murder scene but not sure what was on our bed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The rooms smell awful and are so filthy. Not pleased at all for what we all walked into. Rather would've slept in an ACTUAL murder scene than this mess! The rooms smelt like mold and skunk. Had to take a 3 hour shower just to get over this traumatic experience!

Hotel is very basic, service is poor and rooms are low quality. If you stay there, recommend staying on the 2nd floor. On the first floor you can hear every footstep of the unit above you, very annoying. Internet was down our entire stay (4 days). Room smelled like smoke, so if you are a non-smoker you will not be happy.

Super 8 in Beresford is terrible! The person running that place needs to go!! Spoke with local people who also agree should have stayed across the street.. Beware of this rundown motel and rude people!!!!!

I booked this reservation through Priceline. Our trip got canceled because of the snowstorm we were traveling to Beersford from Spearfish almost 6 1/2 hours they charged me the full amount $150 is what it cost me to not stay at this hotel, I would never recommend this to anyone.
