Hotel con parcheggio a Berchtesgaden

Amazing we had booked this as part of our road trip and it exceeded our expectations. Such a beautiful hotel, beds ultra comfortable,room views stunning, staff were amazing and so attentive. Concierge was so patient with our questions and kind, pool was the icing on the top loved it! One slight hiccup book dinner if the hotel is full we and others did have to eat in the bar area (shout out to Justin his service was spectacular) we were disappointed not to get into the restaurant ( possibly an extra seating should be added when hotel is fully booked) we booked for the second night tho and the meal was fabulous!! Inspite of this minor hiccup I highly highly recommend this hotel we loved it I wish I had booked another night but on the road we had to go.

Si tratta di un taglio di scorta dalla stazione ferroviaria all'hotel, ma richiede un volo di scali e un sentiero di pietra di montagna, rendendo impossibile camminare con le valigie. Se si portano valigie, si raccomanda di prendere un taxi all'hotel. L'hotel è molto vecchio e tradizionale. Dopo aver preso un volo di scala all'hotel, si può portare l'ascensore ai piani superiori. La casa è molto spaziosa e le luci sono molto scure. Si sente molto scure nella stanza di notte. C'è solo una socket elettrica al lato del letto, e non c'è tavolo per mettere i telefoni cellulari accanto agli altri socket elettrici, che è un po' scomodo. La zona di lavaggio e lavanderia sono in diverse località, quindi è un po' scomodo lavarsi le mani dopo aver usato la toaletta. Il personale di check-in è un po' freddo, ma vi saluteranno sempre. La stanza è spaziosa, si possono aprire due grandi valigie senza essere stressati, è pulita e tranquilla, e ci sono due piccoli spider nella stanza durante le 3 notti. Non c'è aria condizionata. Non è calda in ottobre, quindi basta. La pressione dell'acqua di balneazione è adeguata.

We stayed one night at the Alpenresidenz Buchenhöhe in Berchtesgaden with our two young children after a long drive from Strasbourg. We found the rooms clean, spacious and functional for our short one-night stay in the breathtaking Alpine region of Berchtesgaden. The views from our room were beautiful and it felt refreshing to take in the clean and crisp air after our previous city stay. Breakfast was varied and adequate (but for the over salted savory food which was unpleasant). We enjoyed the fruit and our children, the local pancakes! Our experience was somewhat sullied by the lack of hot water in our rooms (which seemed to take about 30 mins to heat up as only one out of the four of us managed to enjoy some hot water). We immediately flagged the issue to the gentleman at check in on arrival. He was apologetic and did the best he could to fix the issue, albeit temporarily (and for one person). Unfortunately, we ran into the same problem the next morning. What shocked us the most however was the unfriendly and rigid response of the lady at the reception when we asked for a monetary gesture for the inconvenience on checking out. Her initial reaction was one of scepticism (as if we were making the story up) followed by an abrupt ”we do not give discounts here” and ”oh but everyone at the residence is showering at the same time”. We value client service as much as comfort and having travelled extensively around the world, we find that the customer experience can completely transform someone's stay, regardless of the class of the hotel or residence. For completeness, we note that when we did pay the bill, a 10% discount had been applied. It is only a shame that a customer was made to feel bad before such a gesture was extended to us. It is the little things (such as a smile or an apology) that go a long way. The lady in question may well benefit from upskilling in customer service.

L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono. La stanza è molto bello, tranne il mini-spazio, gli altri sono molto buoni. Il servizio è anche buono. Il caffè, il caldo e i frutti del ristorante al primo piano sono sempre mangiati. La colazione è generalmente (per me) che gli amici che amano il cibo occidentale saranno molto goditi. La porta è molto conveniente. L'acqua del Re Lake passa dalla porta dell'hotel. Il preferito è il parcheggio gratuito e il posto è buono.E'molto comodo sedersi sul balcone della stanza per bere un caffè.

This is one of my favourite parts of Germany, and this hotel was a good place to stay. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the reception and common areas were modern (although Bavarian in nature) and clean. There was a decent amount of parking, although the car park at the back was very tight to move the car around... but we managed, despite having a large hire vehicle. The rooms we had were really good, and we had a balcony overlooking the majestic Bavarian scenery. We enjoyed a really good breakfast here. Loads and loads of choice, and quality ingredients. Certainly no complaints from anyone in our family. For evening meals, the town centre is not far away - less than ten minutes on foot (although it is up a slight slope to get there). In terms of access, the beautiul Koenigssee is less than ten minutes by car. Other nearby villages as worth a visit, too. Easy enough to get to Salzburg in neighbouring Austria (by train or car), as well as historical sites such as the so-called Eagle's Nest, there is so much to do here and the hotel acts as a perfect base. Would we stay here again if in Berchtesgaden... without a doubt.

The pictures in the website do not do this hotel justice. Such a lovely hotel. We stayed half board, some of the evening meals were hit and miss, but breakfast and some evening meals were lovely. Especially the swordfish. Beer is great taken in the lovely beer garden, with views over the mountains. Train and bus station across the road, with trips to most major attractions within 20 minutes of the hotel, they were quite regular and always punctual. You even get a free guest card which gives you free travel to most attractions some with discounted entry. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable, we opted for an upgrade to a balcony room, which gave great views of the mountains and the river below. All the staff gave great service, but especially Sam on reception who was amazingly helpful and always friendly - just sorry we ran out of money so I couldn’t leave him a tip, but we will definitely returning and will ensure I put something away - sorry Sam x

La proprietà si trova in un terreno molto (!) montagnoso, è davvero difficile arrivare a piedi, e portare bagagli rende davvero doloroso. Nota: non c'è nessun servizio come Uber in città (non collegato alla proprietà stessa, solo commento generale). Abbiamo una stanza nel piano di sotterraneo, era un po' fredda all'interno (mai), e la pulizia è a richiesta (devi chiederla alla ricezione o metterla in segno sulla porta, il personale vi avverte in anticipo). Ho avuto qualche problema con la secchezza della tovagliola, perché non c'era nessun riscaldamento nella stanza. Non c'è problema con l'acqua calda, il letto era un po' forte per me, ma va bene. Il pranzo è buono (tipico austriaco / tedesco, uova, pane, burro e alcuni tagli freddi, yogurt e succo sono disponibili). Il personale è molto amichevole e utile.

I really find it weird to be met by a receptionist with her breasts pushed up into my face. I know it’s a alpen Hotel and she was wearing a national costume, but … If you order room service you are charged 8€ in bring up fee. Compared to other hotels I have visited, the price is double and this hotel is a small hotel so the distance is short to the rooms. A 5 star hotel in Cyprus it is actually free of charge. The hotel is in general nice but old. It seems to be maintained, but anyway the shower head wasn’t descaled. The staff is nice, but nevertheless appear confused, probably because English is not native. Parking conditions are critical. It is almost impossible to get a space and if you do get one, your car is parked so close, so if you avoid bumps you are lucky.

L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla miniera di sale, dalla termita di Watzmann e dalla Berchtesgaden. Il primo è positivo. Personale molto amichevole.La casa anche se già più vecchia è piccobello pulito.Qualunque ora,i bagni in casa erano sempre molto puliti.Proprio le camere. La colazione era molto buona e ricca. Solo i panetteri disossati erano come gomma, ma il tostapane era ben riprodotto. S******en,versch.Salsa , formaggio, uova, tostapane, salsa bianca,Vienna,diverse varietà di pane,marmellate,frutti iogurt,musli, torta ecc servizio molto bene soprattutto Karl,l'uomo sta preparando la colazione quasi da solo,anche in una serata incredibilmente bello. Il personale è molto raroAnche Martin è stato molto raffreddato e divertente. Ma purtroppo la qualità della cena non era così grande.Salata buffet era buono. Ma la cena serale non è purtroppo la qualità dell'hotel, ma piuttosto cantine. Sciclo sottile e secco e solido. Troppo lungo giallato e tenuto caldo. La Bifteki Convinience del formaggio doveva essere ricordato.Qui avrei avuto frittelle fresche. non sapere bene. Verdura scarsa. Solo una volta era delizioso. Smaltato in cotone. Purtroppo, solo carne TK taglio di macchina. Ho avuto sei piccole strisce di carne ca.100g greggi e otto champignon. Malevole è stato l'unico evidenza della settimana. Non capisco le buone critiche alimentari. Beh, come si fa.Amo buon cibo.Non deve essere un filetto,anche pancake, frittelle di gulasch ecc.Solo deve essere buono. Ecco, la gestione dovrebbe pensare. Sono cuoco di professione e posso distinguere bene convinienza da prodotti freschi. L'acqua di piscina è purtroppo troppo fredda. La casa ha una pista di candelabro, sauna un grande giardino di birra. Purtroppo non si può stare in hotel, perché non si offre un pranzo.Quindi si deve mangiare fuori a pranzo. Altrimenti l'hotel era in ordine. Anche i dipendenti della reception sono molto amichevoli.
