Ottima struttura con bagno e sauna in comune, ma divisa tra uomini e donne. Sala per ospiti con TV e dispenser per bibite e birra, ottima dopo la sauna. Le capsule erano spartane (niente tv, sveglia, radio). Il personale molto cortese e ben disposto ad aiutare il cliente. È possibile lasciare il proprio bagaglio prima del check-in e dopo il check-out in armadietti pagando 100 yen.

I just can't understand the idea that since the check-in time is 3 p.m., I am not allowed at the resting area to wait. I ended up putting my bag at the storage locker (with fee) and went to walk around.

It's a bit hard to find. There is no sign of the hotel name in English. However, there is an onsen with a sauna in the hotel! It is also close to the main shopping street and restaurants.

Good for the price you pay, not all the staff can speak English but they try their best to help you, even borrowing you umbrella when raining.
Good choice if here in Beppu.
If you have visible tattoos, you can’t take a shower during day and evening and you should wait till night when there’s no customers due to the social taboo about it.

Very rude stuff, they tried to get me back more for checking out at 9am instead of 11am (as clearly said on the voucher)

Before booking please note that this Capsul hotel is ONLY for MAN. Woman are not allowed to stay here. I was disappointed in this page because it didn’t mentioned anything about their policy.
When I arrived at this Capsul hotel the frontdesk told me it’s not possible to check-in. The hard thing is that the money is not refundable.

장점
1. 벳푸역이랑 꽤 가깝다.
2. 일본어 좀 서툴게 하니까 친절모드 일본어로 설명해주셔서
아주 잘 알아들을 수 있었음 (일본어 못한다고 해도 친절하게 해주실듯)
3. 커피포트, 전자레인지, 면도기, 칫솔, 만화책 구비되있음.
4. 욕탕도 후쿠오카에서 더 비싸게 주고 묵은 캡슐보다 좋았음.
단점
1. 근데 그냥 완전 로컬 숙소 느낌이라, 일본어 못하면 좀 힘들 수도. 찾아가는 것도 쉽지는 않음.
2. 이불이 좀 배김. 허리 아프면 오면 안됨.
