The entire hotel smelled like the Indian restaurant that was next to it. There was several hairs in the shower/tub. I had to wipe it down. However, the bed was comfortable, the linens were all clean and the AC worked well.

This hotel is weird. It has strange architecture. There are rooms that overlook the lobby where there is a bar. The lobby is huge and has places to set up a lap top and sit. The hotel was clean but a little bit run down. I appreciated that they cleaned my room on my 2 day stay and the water pressure in the shower was good and hot. The staff was friendly and helpful.

First time at Four Points in Bentonville. Located on a busy street, but had easy access to get to our destination. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I was a little surprised that they advertise a restaurant, but the only meal served is breakfast, however, that breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. I had the same meal both mornings there! I'd stay at this location again.

Very nice inside, rooms were big and clean. Bathroom was big and all the amenities were provided. It was super quiet there and it was nice for a one night stay. The breakfast was the only thing that I would give one star to. I ordered oa**eal and it was terrible. Had a terrible taste I didn’t even eat it. Pancakes were ok, bacon was good.

Nice facilities overall with good housekeeping. Elevators were kind of slow and only one of the two seemed to be operating.
