"環境：竹林別墅很有特色，環境清雅自然，綠意盎然。唯一的缺點就是野狗太多了，而且看到人就狂吠，讓人很害怕。
服務：服務員都很友好，但是如果能幫着把行李送到房間就更好了，自己拖着行李找房間還是挺費勁的，而且房間號在門鎖上，找了好久才看到。
衞生：可能是由於比較原生態，房間的衞生狀態不是很理想，在床單上看到了壁虎的糞便和螞蟻，不過在這種比較偏自然的環境下可能也無法避免。
設施：最大的槽點是房間裏沒有wifi，而且手機信號很差幾乎沒法上網，對於手機黨來説有點接受不了，想上網就得一直在大堂待着。熱水器也不太給力，温度開到最大水也很涼。
餐飲：晚餐和早餐都是自助形式。晚餐那個綠色的飲料非常好喝，一共喝了七八杯，強推。"

"Chempaka 7 bathroom water pressure is high, water super hot. The only setback is the mirror fixed at a corner behind shower screen which is difficult to use.
There are no aircon the room. During our stay the weather is hot even in the evening. Inside the room is unconfort able even with ceiling fan switch on."

La suite familiare superava le aspettative in termini di comfort e spazio. I letti matrimoniali erano eccezionalmente confortevoli, assicurando un riposo di notte. La suite era spaziosa, dotata di un accogliente spazio per lavoro e relax. Il design e la decorazione moderni hanno migliorato l'atmosfera generale.

AAlly YongFrom start to finish, my stay at Resort World Genting- Crockfords was nothing short of outstanding. This is one of those rare hotels where every detail is thoughtfully curated to deliver a world-class experience.
Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive.
My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special.
Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night.
The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords.

MManishThe hotel is perfectly located with stunning views of the mountains and surrounding nature – truly a serene escape. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant.
The apartment was very spacious and comfortably accommodated four guests per room. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The food options for vegetarians were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the bellboy service for luggage had restricted timings, which was inconvenient at times.
There was also an oversight in placing the mandatory toiletries in two of our rooms, something that could easily be addressed with better preparation in the future.
Overall, it's a great place to stay for the views and comfort, with just a few service enhancements needed.

RRachellseThe L8 triple room has many good points, and I enjoyed my stay overall. To help improve the experience further, I’d like to share a few suggestions.
Raising the shower curb or adjusting its height could help prevent water from spilling out. It would also be helpful to have a couple of hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes while showering. Adding a lock to the toilet door would provide more privacy, especially since not all guests may be family or close friends.
In terms of housekeeping, I noticed that the bin in the coffee-making area wasn’t emptied. Overall, I’d rate the cleanliness as 7 out of 10.
Lastly, it would be great if the buffet breakfast menu changed daily. One day of breakfast was enough as only the coffee and omelette appealed to me, and I wouldn’t have opted for it again on the second or checkout day.

UUtente anonimoIl centro di Dublino è un hotel molto bello e confortevole. Tuttavia, questo hotel non ha un parcheggio designato come normale, quindi gli ospiti sono liberi di parcheggiare in qualsiasi altro parcheggio con un canone massimo di RM11 (giorni della settimana; non sono sicuro di fine settimana). Se decidete di non lasciare le vostre valigie al lobby prima, dovrete essere pronti per un lungo viaggio che trasporta le vostre valigie dal parcheggio all'hotel (ho parcheggiato al parcheggio Resort Hotel perché ha un ponte collegato all'Hotel SkyWorlds). Inoltre, mi è stato dato una stanza a Valley Wing, che è l'aingelo verso l'edificio del lobby, quindi la struttura dell'hotel è un po' complicata, soprattutto dal lobby alla stanza. Dal lobby (livello 1) devo quindi salire al livello 3 e poi attraversare un ”connessione offset” per raggiungere il Valley Wing (livello 7). In ogni caso, il personale è incredibilmente accogliente e ansioso di assistere i visitatori, soprattutto quando si tratta di check-in. Questo hotel vale il denaro perché è molto comodo. Senza dubbio, torno.

AAlvin-7L'appartamento Genting Geo 38 offre un soggiorno confortevole e moderno con vista stupenda sulle Highlands Genting. L'unità è pulita, spaziosa e ben attrezzata con attrezzature essenziali, tra cui una cucina e una lavatrice. La posizione è conveniente, solo una breve gita a Genting Premium Outlets e la stazione di cavo. Servizi come la piscina infinita, lo sportello e la sauna aggiunge valore all'esperienza. La sicurezza è stretta, e il parcheggio è facile. Il check-in e la comunicazione con l'ospite sono facili. Ideale per le famiglie o i piccoli gruppi che cercano un rilassante ritiro con un clima più freddo e splendido paesaggio. Molto raccomandato per un breve viaggio.

I recently stayed at Wyndham Ion Majestic in Bentong, and I must say—it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel overall is very, very nice. I booked the Three Bedroom Suite, and it was perfect: spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. It felt like a home away from home.
The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything we needed. The location is peaceful yet convenient, and the facilities—from the room amenities to the overall ambiance—were top-notch.
If you’re looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Bentong, I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely return!

CClarenceAndreI got upgraded from Ion Delemen to the new Wyndham Hotel which was appreciated but it was a nightmare using the elevators there. It's a tall building and with all the upgrades from Ion Delemen overcrowded causing massive congestion on the elevators as the capacity of the elevators can't seem to match the number of people housed in the building. Also not a very smart way of operating the elevators as they could be split between lower and upper floors thereby easing the congestion issue.
The fitness center is not well managed as well and should be better controlled as there were people bringing in your children causing a lot of noise.

BBasil zhuang zhenOff-side from everything else so it's a little troublesome to travel around. A little troublesome getting around in the hotel. If you're unlucky, the hotel lobby, hotel room and carpark is all 3 different tower so you will need to walk around up and down to get to it. The room is pretty much clean with water,fridge,tea,dental kit,vanity kit etc. jus that they should actually have soap+shampoo.

JjustbeThe check in was terrible especially when booked from 3rd party app. Maybe due to public holiday Peak season.
Not able to do self service check in. Took a queue number with 135pax infront of us and the wait was 6hr !! We reached at 1pm and only managed to get our keys at 5pm !
*Note: Take a queue number first ! Then try self check in. If not able to then the assistant check in. Self check in saw that you are able to choose connecting rooms, room views, bed size. Some need to pay extra for it.
On the 2nd day we had more families coming in and again cannot do self check in. Tried to take queue number for reception CS at 9am but they said too early so do not allow us to take any tickets. By the time we return to take a queue tix at 11.30am it was like 100pax infront of us.
Came back again at around 2pm and the queue number was really slow. Tried self check in ...again not able to. CS told us those with booking number need to queue at machine with assistant and there are ONLY one of it.
Lucky we had the reception cs tix so we queue at both ends and see which is faster. Reception CS is faster. Ends up check in only around 4pm.
Believed if you bought the hotel room direct from Genting. Self check in will be a breeze.
Room wise - still acceptable for us being a budget range. Bed and pillow was soft. There's hair dryer, safe, fan, tv, bathing soap, container for water, hot and cold water outside. Hot and cold shower. Separate shower and toilet. Packet Tissue. Toilet paper.
Note : The shower room does not have any hook inside ! Only outside. So if staying with friends...you need to figure out how to cloth up.
Suggestion: Plastic bag of clothing outside. Towel on plastic bag. Wrap and go toilet to change? Hahah
Not included - aircon, toothbrush, room slippers, kettle, beverage.
View...what they given us was no view...just opposite view of rooms and mouldy on the walls due to the weather. Saw self check in you can choose mountains view...or you can request from the reception CS.
Love the locations as all amenities are downstairs.
