"環境：竹林別墅很有特色，環境清雅自然，綠意盎然。唯一的缺點就是野狗太多了，而且看到人就狂吠，讓人很害怕。
服務：服務員都很友好，但是如果能幫着把行李送到房間就更好了，自己拖着行李找房間還是挺費勁的，而且房間號在門鎖上，找了好久才看到。
衞生：可能是由於比較原生態，房間的衞生狀態不是很理想，在床單上看到了壁虎的糞便和螞蟻，不過在這種比較偏自然的環境下可能也無法避免。
設施：最大的槽點是房間裏沒有wifi，而且手機信號很差幾乎沒法上網，對於手機黨來説有點接受不了，想上網就得一直在大堂待着。熱水器也不太給力，温度開到最大水也很涼。
餐飲：晚餐和早餐都是自助形式。晚餐那個綠色的飲料非常好喝，一共喝了七八杯，強推。"

"Chempaka 7 bathroom water pressure is high, water super hot. The only setback is the mirror fixed at a corner behind shower screen which is difficult to use.
There are no aircon the room. During our stay the weather is hot even in the evening. Inside the room is unconfort able even with ceiling fan switch on."

"Recentemente sono rimasto a Bentong Atome Resort in un viaggio d'affari e ho scelto la loro suite familiare con due letti matrimoniali, l'esperienza è stata deliziosa, senza soffitto, di lavoro e comfort.
La suite familiare superava le aspettative in termini di comfort e spazio. I letti matrimoniali erano eccezionalmente confortevoli, assicurando un riposo di notte. AAlly YongFrom start to finish, my stay at Resort World Genting- Crockfords was nothing short of outstanding. This is one of those rare hotels where every detail is thoughtfully curated to deliver a world-class experience.
Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive.
My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special.
Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night.
The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords.

CCHONG CHINGWe booked Scape Hotel via Trip.com for 2 rooms 2 nights and each room costing Rm130/room/night with no breakfast.
We checked into Room 812 and 814 from 16 to 18 July 2025.
We like both rooms with firm and comfy beds; shower hot water and with strong pump pressure massage massage my neck and back.
On top of that there was one unit of water machine SK magic UV sterilized along 8 floor corridor. So we need not drink bottle water.
A leather chair in our room 814 of which my daughter told me very nice and comfortable to sit on.
Breakfast of Rm38/person inclusive of Asian western and local food. Worth the price.

SS. MeWe have arrived early and expect to get a room for early check-in. However the room was fully booked the day before. But we manage to wait until 11am plus for early check-in and have additional Rm16.
The room location is slightly off the centre but within walking distance. The room was clean and cozy. The staff is friendly.
Our room happens to have a balcony but a bit far away from the lobby. The amenities provided are more than a 3 star hotel .
Overall it was a good experience and still budget friendly

JJL14Sto per 6150 piedi come hotel ad alta altezza in Malaysia (2025), è senza dubbio così spettacolare da vedere il paesaggio montano da alto. Dato che è nuovo hotel, tutte le strutture e le strutture sono nuove e pulite. UUtente ospiteOverall not recommended for impatient person, check in process was miserable (they delayed us for an hour, then we need to pickup our room key from they housekeeper by ourself?????(CANNOT BRAIN AT ALL)), lift at windmill upon hill was miserable too during check out hour.
Access card for lift cannot be used and customer service asked us to deal with hotel’s security guard (HELLO WE CANT EVEN USED THE LIFT SO HOW WE WANT TO GO DOWN AND MEET THE GUARD), thank god some good people helped us during when up.
Only room was comfortable, but at 1.30am we smell cigarette from another room.

TTayThe check-in area is very confusing... Why can't they place the lobby on the ground floor of the main building together with the car park? The signage is not very clear, and customers were made to criss-cross among different buildings. The staff is not very well trained.
I have the same negative feedback from other guests when we talk in the hotel area.
Won't be staying there again. Getting to Genting Sky Arena is a big hassle and they charge you for the shuttle bus.
