Bri at front desk was exceptional.
Housekeeping staff was friendly and pleasant. I’m not fond of Hampton’s “housekeeping on request” for extended stays. I made multiple trips to front desk for items like towels and soap and carried my own trash to a common waste can due to these not being done automatically. On my fourth morning I noticed the sign on the bathroom mirror advising room service was on request. There are so many signs all over the place, it would take an overnight stay to read all of them and an additional night to ensure compliance to all the signs. When I told the housekeeper, she made notes of what I told her needed done and told me she would inform her supervisor. In short, I would just appreciate a daily refresh without having to ask.
Breakfast was fabulous. Sondra is an amazing people-person. She kept the breakfast area well supplied all the way up until closing and kept the area pristine.
