Excellent room and super helpful staff. There is a laundry with large capacity machines on level 7 that guests can use ($4 per load). This hotel exceeded our expectations and is ideally located in Curtin Uni, close to cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and a bus stop.

Questo motel è di valore per soldi e pratico per l'alloggio. Prenotato 7 giorni con parcheggio gratuito. Nuova bagno pulito e pittura di pareti fresche. Nessun grande dramma di check-in/out o niente. Il soggiorno era semplice e piacevole e vicino a Carousel Big Mall. 2 ospiti diversi parcheggiarono nel nostro posto per due giorni consecutivi per la nostra sorpresa, ma non molto. Sono solo preoccupato di essere chiesto da un ospite quando parcheggiai nel posto di un'altra unità perché la mia è stata presa. Anche il letto della regina aveva ruote troppo lisci (come il trolley di Cole) che usavano per scivolare e scivolare sulle nuove piastrelle ogni volta che si monta il letto per leggere/svegliare. Questo è stato di gran lunga il più grande scherzo che abbiamo sperimentato durante il nostro soggiorno. Raccomandato!

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean and spacious room. We rented a car during our stay in Perth, so it does not bother us that the hotel is a distance away from the city area. Furthermore, the parking here is free compared to hotel in the city which charges for parking. The room comes with balcony and great view of the city landscape.

Ci sono un po' di lavoro da fare qui, che è grande. Le camere sono pulite, tempeste e ben denominate – anche molto comode letti! Il personale del desk front è utile, ma potrebbero utilizzare un supporto aggiuntivo durante i tempi di check-in occupati per rendere il processo più semplice.

Rooms are average and the room we were allocated smelt of cigarette smoke.  Overpriced due to location near the ******.  Will choose another hotel next time.

Recently came back from a 2-day staycation at Crown Towers. It was my first time staying here and I was mostly impressed. Location: not in the city centre, but easily accessed by public transport and car (there are a number of carparks, I used the free one, but it just involved a little more walking). Since it is not in the city, there is not much in walking distance, but there is much to do within the Crown complex which includes numerous restaurants and bars, the ******, and walking along the river was quite pleasant. Room: it had a luxurious feel and was pretty spacious. Since I booked the cheapest room type, I was told at check-in that there would be no view, and that proved to be semi-true, I mean, I had a view of a roof, a carpark, some apartments, and a tiny sliver of the river. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were soft like clouds. The robe was also very soft and quite thick - there was only one included in my room which was fine but I called reception to let them know so they could make a note of it. The room was appointed with all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea with the Nespresso machine being a nice touch. I was pleased that there was a decaf pod, however it was not replenished on the 2nd day and I resorted to the instant decaf. The bathroom was huge with separate compartments for the toilet and shower, there were 2 sinks and the bathtub was big. The room controls were done by a tablet which was handy, except that it mostly didn't work. Luckily there were wall controls for the lights and the curtains. One side of the curtains (drapes) did not work so it had to be pulled across by hand. The tablet also displayed the various restaurants and bars in the complex (as well as up to date menus) and other things that were available (such as the pool, gym, spa etc). You could also order room service from the tablet without needing to call. Room service was a little pricey as you would expect with a $7 delivery charge. A mini bar was also available but this was quite expensive. Housekeeping also seemed to come quite late in the day. Staff: the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional and I didn't have any issues. Check-in/check-out: on checking in, there was a bit of a line and it took nearly half an hour before I was able to get to the front, but once I got there, check-in was quick and efficient. On checking out, there was still a bit of a line but it moved quickly. There was also an option for express checkout. Amenities: There was a pool, gym, spa etc. but I didn't make use of any of these. Other things: I recommend TWR bar as they served some quite nice cocktails in a beautiful setting, food at the Merrywell was tasty, but you need to order food at the counter and then drinks at the bar. I think an option for a QR code ordering system would be beneficial in this scenario. Food at Junction Grill was also tasty, and the ****** was the same as usual, although I hadn't been in there for quite a number of years. The gaming machines produce cash vouchers now (which can be redeemed at machines), which is much more handy (and hygienic) than having to collect dollar coins. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would maybe stay again, however at this price point I was expecting just a little more.

Le camere sono confortevoli, ma molto lontane dalla città. Tuttavia, gli autobus di Adelaide sono buoni e economici. Il 935 dal di fuori dell'hotel va direttamente al Kings Park e Elizabeth Quay, quindi se il prezzo è giusto...

Our fav place to stay every time we in Perth we try here first and always have ideal room for us. Love the swimming pool. Great service.

Tutto bene - un po ' tanto auto è necessario ma davvero bello :)

We choosed this hotel because of the shuttle bus, but in the end we couldnt use because our plane landed almost at mid night, and they dont provide this service after 12. And then in the morning when we planned to go back to the airport they told us that we can not use their service because they dont have a seat for our kid 🫤
