The hotel was closed for renovations and no one notified us in advance that we did not have a room for our March 21 get away for my husband’s birthday We booked the trip back in October 2024 We were quite disappointed and frustrated we had to scramble to find an alternative place to stay

I had reservations but was turned away due to the place closed for renovations. i traveled 3 hours and was left out in the cold. they didn't even have the decency to provide information about alternatives in the area. never again. stay a the spark by Hilton just down the road on street road.. family stayed there and it was great.

I booked this hotel for my fiances' birthday and thought we would have a great time. The staff was very rude and disrespectful and when i asked for a manager to complain i was told no and that no one was gonna help me. They also stole my security deposit. The staff lied and said we smoked in the room when we 100% did not and kept put money. When i finally got in touch with melissa ward the GM, she was just as rude as the staff and did not hear me out at all and just said the staff was correct. I would not recommend this jotel to anyone. The staff is extremely rude and they lie and steal ur money. I heard they do that all the time to people.

Attached are photos from the room I stayed in for 1 night checking in on Saturday 10/19. First I prepaid for a standard king room. Guaranteed for late arrival. I arrived at 9:20 pm. The front desk told me there were no Standard King rooms and was trying to obtain a double room. The difficulty in doing so 15 minutes which led to him telling me they were upgrading me to a corner King free of charge. Well I would have rather slept in my car! It was smelly, damp and miscellaneous dirt and mold were apparent. Attached are the photos I took of just a few gross things. I took a video of the bathroom light that shorted out all night but couldn’t post it. I will NEVER be staying at this location or any Best Western moving forward. I wish I could rate 0!

Top tier places for me ! Location great as its right next to the ****** and food restaurants. The staff were great and pleasant. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. Whenever I go to Bensalem, I stay here. I recommend this place if you are in the area.

Four days into a week stay and it just keeps getting worse. Shower ran out of hot water first day here. Then seems anyone's guess when the hot water will work - on and off each day. Advertised they had room service, restaurant and bar on site. But when we checked in, was told no room service, bar only opened Friday and Saturday nights and not sure about an actual restaurant at all. They do have free breakfast - but it's not very good at all, typical liquid eggs, hash brown patties and toast/cereal options. Advertise a laundry on site, but dryer ate my money and front desk was no help. Actually told me one doesn't work - ah, no kidding - I would have to call the number on the machine for any help as the hotel doesn't own the machines. There's no signage, no phone number to call. Least the worker should have done was post out of order on the machine they know doesn't work. Tried to use the gym to work out first morning here...tread mill turned on and kept getting faster and faster (even though display didn't show faster speed)...I couldn't turn it down, had to jump off. Weight equipment was ok. Overnight desk employee is nice to deal with; daytime ones not so much. Guess we're taking time away from the phones they are staring at. Place is every clean, cleaning staff way more friendly than desk workers. Unfortunately, so much spray cleaner is used, it takes your breath away in the common areas especially around the elevators.
