All of the pool, restaurant, and bar staff were great. The pool servers were attentive and friendly. The grounds were well kept. There was seaweed on the beach every day, but the grounds crew would rake it and attempt to remove it every day.
We had small issues with the concierge scheduling a specific room cleaning one day and the bell hop on our last day (room service didn’t clean our room at the requested time and we had to call 3 times to get them to show up) (we arranged for our bellhop to get our bags on checkout day, but they never showed up- called 2 times and ended up walking our bags to the shuttle).
The food at the restaurants were delicious, with lots of options.

The hotel is very nice, the location is beautiful, and the gardens and restaurants are excellent.
We had noise problems, so our sleep at night was not good. There was noise in the hallways, and if not, it was the Room Service carts; it was impossible to sleep well at night.
The service leaves something to be desired. If you don't tip the person who cleans the room every day, you might receive poor service. They don't replenish items, or they even left dirty glasses in the room. The same goes for the staff; if you don't tip them, they don't have a good attitude. This does not apply to everyone; clearly, the restaurant staff behave very well. It is the waiters in the pool area who expect a tip for everything.

This hotel is simply not 4/5 stars. It is 2 maybe max 3 star property. Everything in the hotel is dated. Food options are limited compared to any other 4 star hotel i stayed at in Mexico. Guest experience if you are going as a group is terrible. There are weddings happening 24/7 and staff is unorganized and illogical. For example if you want to dine as a group they won’t let you move any chairs or tables in the dining facility so you can sit together. Everything in the hotel comes with an up charge. To get to hotel, you have to drive through a neighborhood and it doesn’t feel like you are pulling up to a nice property whatsoever. This hotel has nothing to deserve 4 star status. False advertising

This property is good and their staff is also good however the property has very limited options of food and drinks were not good.there are multiple marriages happening everyday. Beaches were not swimmable due to sargassum.Its good for wedding celebration but not for family vacation.

Great food, decent property, maintained well. Some staff have a real attitude and terrible service when it came to daily room cleaning or replenish toilet paper or towels. This was not done at all during our stay that the second last day, I had to request clean towels and request that our room be cleaned. We also had to call down for rolls of toilet paper. This has never happened during that many trips we’ve taken around the world.
It’s not a big deal if you are only looking to go to a really hot destination and don’t mind if your bed is never made or your towels are not exchanged daily. Food was excellent at the specialty restaurants. Buffet food was average.
If you have minimal expectations, then you’ll be okay.

The buffet and food in general was not great. Preferred club here does not give any perks that another dreams would offer. We visited Jade and they said they have early check-in and late check out for preferred club members and yet our flight was delayed and they only gave us an extra hour even though we were preferred.
Any accommodations like for children you were offered for free but if they didn’t have it they asked if we will pay, which is beyond insulting.
The children’s pool water by 1 pm was a sauna. Very unsafe for small children.
The bar staff was great. The room was okay. When we turned on the jets in the room jaccuzzi and outdoor hot tub, all this dirt and mold came out so that ******.
The weddings every night outside the preferred club windows was absolutely horrible. Thankfully we brought a sound machine so the baby slept surprisingly well but we sure didn’t.

Amazing resort, on smaller side for an all inclusive which we appreciated. Wedding factory. For a long weekend we witnessed 7. Yes 7. But they were fun to see and any receptions wrapped up at 11 on the dot so music and partying didn’t go all night. Rooms quiet and spotless. Beach beautiful but a ton of sargassum. Thats not the resorts fault. They do a great job of trying to clear it each day. Drinks by pool ALL watered down which is disappointing. Dark rum not even dark. You can tell they add water to dilute the bottles. We stayed in a preferred room overlooking beach and pool. Food was just ok. Tons of it but just ok. Staff throughout all friendly and helpful.
