Sono stata ospite della struttura durante una vacanza con amici per una settimana. Appartamento da 9 persone con tre camere, cucina, soggiorno e tre balconi (molto apprezzati). Abbastanza sporco, con addirittura una camera inutilizzabile causa tende impregnate di fumo (ho avuto la possibilità di leggere la risposta della struttura a una recensione precedente e mi sembra inaccettabile la scusa “se i precedenti ospiti non hanno seguito le regole della struttura, in piena alta stagione non possiamo fare molto, poiché non possiamo monitorare cosa fanno all'interno dell'appartamento”. Abbiamo pagato come i clienti precedenti e abbiamo il diritto di poter utilizzare le camere senza dover sopportare l’odore di tabacco. Per il resto, ottima posizione, zona abbastanza fornita. Prezzo nella norma, ma considerato ciò che ci è stato offerto, probabilmente, sarebbe stato possibile trovare di meglio. Sicuramente non consigliato!

Vacanza con amici. Abbiamo pernottato per una settimana, ma purtroppo le condizioni igieniche della struttura hanno lasciato molto a desiderare. Una delle camere era inutilizzabile a causa delle tende impregnate di un forte odore di fumo, probabilmente dovuto al fatto che qualcuno aveva fumato all'interno prima del nostro arrivo. Questo ci ha creato notevoli disagi per quanto riguarda il riposo. La posizione della struttura era eccellente, ma considerato il prezzo, a Benidorm si trovano soluzioni decisamente migliori.

Good Points: - 10 minutes walk to the seafront - Very clean and spacious apartments. We had plenty of room - Very good price Bad Points: - Lots of noise from a school across the road and other apartments. The school would wake us up in the mornings and the apartments would keep us up at night. One morning we were woken by renovations in the apartment below - loud drilling and banging for hours which we weren’t warned about - Had to buy our own toilet roll and soap. I feel like these basic items should be provided - The wifi didn’t work most of the time - It would’ve been great if there were mirrors in the bedrooms. We had 2 mirrors in the hallway of the apartment which made it difficult when 4 girls were getting ready to go out Overall, it was very good value and you get what you pay for. We would consider coming back, perhaps when the school isn’t open

Cheap but very out dated and No Pool, I stayed with a couple of my mates so didn't bother us as it was a base to sleep then out again. Agree with the other comment Lion down the road is good for breakfast and serves until 1pm which again worked for us just. Apartement had plenty of space and way too many beds for us there was 3 of us but the apartment was kitted out to sleep 10 / 11 people. Nobody on reception when booking in even thought they knew when we were arriving, there is a not to say in emergency's call this number, thing is there wasn't any emergency it was clear the reception is manged by a different hotel or one person doing 2 to 3 jobs. **Note deposit needed of 150 euros which we didn't know lucky they took card** If you do stay here take note you have to slam the door or it will open again even thought it looks to be locked. Different person when booking out but no problem checked and all ok so gave me my 150 euros back which they did charge my card so make sure you have enough cash available.

Although basic, apartment was clean, although take your own toilet roll. Very spacious apartments, could do with an upgrade but get what ya pay for at the end of the day. A great location with a local bakery, supermarket and fruit shop on your doorstep. Great range of shops and plenty places to eat including great tapas restaurants. 5 minutes walk to beach and beach bars/restaurants. A 20/30 min walk to the square and noisier bars/pubs but only €8 in a taxi back. Would recommend the Lion for a great breakfast, literally 2 minutes from the Apartments along a side street. We all felt safe in the location as well.

Ok here we go if you looking to get your head down for the nite on the cheap then it’s here. Clean , basic bed , shower and close to everything. Reasonable size rooms. Very noisy don’t e spect a quiet nite. It’s mainly stag do and hen dos . Owner Very friendly so can’t knock it . This place is for the above and not to bring my wife for a quiet weekend.

Please dont think this place is any more than a hostel , it advertises apartments if u want to stay in a place which doesnt supply toilet roll after day one , etc etc , is worst apartment i have ever stayed in

I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for. With this budget accommodation we expected basic, and it was, that’s fine. Great big rooms, comfy beds, clean bedding and clean bathrooms. We went out of season so no stags or hens so it was pretty quiet. A few funny smells from the flat below, someone was smoking in there ♂️ Other than beds and toilets… it wasn’t clean. The picture frames were dusty as, the floors were filthy…. The sofas etc were tired and old, covered in burns and rips. It is what it is… a very cheap base. I wouldn’t go back, but it wouldn’t take much to change that… just a bit cleaner…. And a shower that didn’t leak everywhere….

Todo excelente. Calidad precio todo perfecto. Apartamentos muy grandes y espaciosos. Tiene calefacción, cocina, baño, terraza muy amplia. Todo de 10. Sin duda volvería más veces a este apartamento. Buena atención el chico de recepeción.
