Suites are fantastic, sofa could have done with a clean as little dirty, nice gentleman on reception on arrival, but next day lady on reception was very blunt , couldn’t care less attitude, the couple with the violin who come outside every day and night are proper annoying and need moving on as we had no peace having to have to listen to the same 4 songs everyday, he plays a tape , pretend to play violin, the lady with him rocks a pram next to him but no baby in it, folk don’t want this when on holiday, Les dunes move them on please, other than that we had a brilliant time,

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here in late March, their detail to attention is second to none, we stayed in the part with apartments which was spotlessly clean they also have a hotel side, and we had beautiful views of the seafront and the length of the island, our bedroom view was of what they call the ***** where most of the pubs and clubs were situated it looked awesome at night, meal wise we chose to eat out there's plenty of places and all reasonably priced, hotel staff were friendly and helpful looking forward to next time...

I stayed at the Les Dunes Suites for 8 nights, just wanted to say what a lovely place to stay, the staff were brilliant, the apartment was clean and the kitchenette was ideal, all apartments have a sea view, it is right on the sea front on Levante Beach, shops, restaurants are all close by and the Old Town is only a 15 minute walk away, i would recommend it to everyone.

Just come back from 3 glorious weeks at the le dunes apartments. Fantastic view overlooking the sea, apartment was amazing. Everything you needed. Reception staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Even got us towels for swimming. Would definitely stay there again. Stayed at 11b.

Spotless. Well laid out apartments. very friendly reception. all self catering equipment you need On the beach which is fantastic. Great balcony and views. Can’t wait to come again. Would recommend it Forgot the indoor pool big enough just

I have to say it was the best apartment yet in benidorm now there is some beautiful apartments that I stayed in but for location and style I absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly they only changed sheets and towels every 4 days but that suited us because everything to clean the apartment is there you also get iron and ironing board. It just felt like home I loved it and when I go back to benidorm I want to stay here loved it. The pool area clean very quiet no pool bar but that didn't bother us. Great Les dunes suites.

Stayed in April in 19th floor and enjoyed so decided to rebook. Room in 2nd floor, very rough around the edges (see photos) and not the cleanest. On arriving at the room found bi electricity. On return to reception was told I was probably not inserting the key properly ( I was). When tbd receptionist checked trip switch had gone off. Was told cleaners had probably done that. Went to restaurant gif a drink and bite to eat. Sat there for 20 minutes completely ignored while other tables who arrived after were served. When I tried to get the waiters attention he said he didn’t cover that table so stood andcontinued to polish cutlery so I got up and left. Shocking service. Returned to room to find electric tripped again. After back and for wad told it was the air con that was tripping it and did I need to use it. Umm it’s Spain in July? No other available apartments so I now have a fan to blow around the hot air. And to top a perfect day the fridge is not working. See the picture and you may gather why. Can’t wait to leave and I’ve only just arrived!!

Excellent location and spotless apartment with everything we needed and comfy beds, fresh white towels and the cleaners come to clean on the fourth day. We loved it. The shower was powerful and we have no complaints about anything. We were on the 8th floor and heard no noise all week.

The apartments are right on Beach front and all have views of the sea in the morning to sit in balcony with a coffee and watch dolphins in the bay was amazing. Staff on reception were very polite and friendly. The apartment was was on 7th floor the lighting is not brilliant but it suited my stay as most nights early to bed . Beds were a little firm for me but husband liked them , would I stay again definitely
