Espectacular hotel siempre tienes ganas de volver las habitaciones perfectas el personal de 10 y la comida buenísima por algo esta lleno el hotel y los comentarios son muy buenos. Me encanta 🥰

Went here for the 2nd time at Christmas as hotel is lovely four of us. Beautiful Xmas decorations and food was good. Entertainment is not for us as they cater mainly for over 80s. Duo singing very boring. Rooms are fine except they allow dogs who owners let them bark constantly or leave the pets to bark no thought for others. Maid left our balcony door wide open one day so watch out for this error. Woman in charge in the main restaurant is very unprofessional and rude. We was trying to book a table for Xmas day with her. Said she does this of a morning. Very strange as when we entered the restaurant in the evening she was taking booking. Argued 21hr was 10pm we tried to tell her it was actually 22hr. She told us to come back tomorrow. I walked away but was waiting further away from husband and 2 friends. As they turned their backs she started to make very rude jesters behind their backs not realising I was watching her. Asked to see a manager who is very nice and said she was making light of it all. I asked if this was true why did she wait till they turned away. I knew she had lied to her manager about the situation. The manager said she is going to apologise to us all. Really Xmas day no apology left 27th still no apology so I can only say. Very unprofessional very rude and tells Lies. I was not the only guest she was rude to speaking to others. Good hotel not so good staff she should be removed or not be head of anything requires training lots of it as has no people skills. I will be writing to head office to inform them of the situation.

Returning guests having found the hotel ideal for our needs . Yes it’s very Spanish Oriented and yes it’s largely visited by the over 50 age group . (I don’t think that’s a bad mixture given you know what to expect at that age. ) I have yet to come across any miserable staff, Only friendly ones who I would imagine deal with the odd miserable guests. The Hotel has good size rooms that are clean and spacious . Location is perfectly situated on the border of Old Benidorm . So if you want to just relax or alternatively venture out to sample the sights and lights It’s an easy 10mins walk either way to be in the centre of bright light city or old town tapas . Hotel food is of a descent quality & varied with lovely fresh fish served daily. The Soup is not the best with room for improvement. At peak times the restaurant can be very noisy but there’s never any long wait times for anything , the staff do a tremendous job looking after the guests when the pressure is on so I will be returning.😄

Just returned after 6 nights here with friends . We had a pool view room , although there is not a lot of difference in the views for the extra to be honest.its all high rises. Check in was pleasant and quick . We found the reception staff to be helpful and cheerful at all times . In fact I cannot understand previous bad reviews regarding the reception staff. Our room was bright and clean, with fridge and safe ( free unlike other penny pinching hotels that charge) 2 bottles of water complementary. The beds were very comfortable and the housekeeping good and reliable. The showers were nice too. Sadly, the pool bar was never open, so if you wanted a drink you had to go down to the next level to get a drink. Not good and a pain . The bar and reception area is kept spotless by the staff and the bar staff are constantly making sure you are ok for a drink and friendly too. We were booked half board. Breakfast was super and up there with the best . Evening meal was adequate but could get a bit repetitive. Sadly some of the dining room staff were not very nice and banging things down and are obviously not happy. In fact one of the cooks was very abrasive with my brother, who has dementia. ( a course on dementia would be useful here) My brother did mention this to the dining room desk one night on the way out . But we had no feedback.. The entertainment was clearly for elderly Spanish guests ( 90% of the clientele here) which was not for us so we went out most nights . On return at night the hotel is very quiet as they all go to bed after the entertainment at midnight ( quite a few , we noticed were elderly people clearly not residents of the hotel ) However, we were happy with the peace and quiet as this hotel does not attract the younger or the stag and hen dos , which suits us. So, if you are looking for a lively place it wouldn’t be for you . On saying that , it’s central and there are many great bars with decent entertainment all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend for more peaceful oriented people or those in the retirement age bracket.

If you can stand rude, judgemental reception staff who don't really like the English this is the hotel for you. Lights out seem to be before 1 am and a very Spanish orientated hotel , actually never experienced anything like it in Benidorm before

Very nice Hotel. Exceptionally clean. I really enjoyed the food although not to everyones taste but wonderful selection. I also thoroughly enjoyed the Spanish entertainment each night. It was fascinating to watch the locals dancing. I found the dining room and bed room staff very pleasant and helpful. Not so the reception staff. They were rude and arrogant especially the male staff in particular the younger guy. He left my transfer paper work thrown to the side all day and never informed me. It was faxed at 10.09 am and I must have passed him at least 4 times that day and he just ignored me. I finally received it late that evening from a female receptionist who just happened to find it.!!! On the morning I left I went to reception with my door card. He never spoke or said thank you or safe journey. Just a rude scowl on his face. I'm 72. Never again would I stay or recommend this hotel. All due to the reception staff
