This was at least my 10th stay at the Terralta - I have been coming here since it opened. They have upgraded the reception and bar areas, plus the indoor pool, and have put fencing around the pool to prevent trigger-happy guests claiming their sunbeds at 6 am. It’s lovely to see that some of the original staff are still there (Javier, Maria and Luna). New fridges and microwaves this year, and I noticed that the kitchen cabinets were being replaced in apartments that weren’t occupied. The noise bothered me a little, as there was a lot of drilling going on, which Jet2 didn’t make us aware of, plus the main pool was drained as there was no lifeguard. Again, I think we should have been notified of this when booking with Jet2. The apartments are not, in my opinion, suitable for lively family holidays, as they are quite out of the way in a residential area, and it’s a lengthy walk up a steepish hill to get back. However, I feel very much at home here as a single, older traveller and have already booked my next trip. See you soon!
