Apartamentos Turísticos Terralta

Stayed here in February for a few nights and I was more than pleasantly surprised. This was my 1st time in Benidorm and I had a completely different view and opinion (probably because of the show) of what to expect. Firstly, the hotel was spotless, it has probably been one of the most cleanest hotels I have stayed in and I travel on a regular basis. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We didn't have dinner here, only because what was on offer was not to our children's taste. I did have breakfast a few times and it was very nice. On the day we left my son ordered the chips and chicken strips from the bar and he wasn't keen on the chicken as they lacked flavour, however all the restaurants we went to outside were very similar. We are used to very seasoned/spicy food, so it was more that it wasn't to our taste than anything else. The apartments were also very nice. the bathroom needed updating but it was clean which is the main thing. The kitchentte came with everything if you wanted to cook. make brews etc. The beds were a bit hard, but again it depends on what you're used too. The 'beds' in the living room weren't sofa/pull out beds, so we put the 2 together to turn it into a double. The main pool was drained, but we did use the the indoor pool, which was a bit on the chilly side but you warmed up soon enough. A lot of people have complained about the hill, it really wasn't that bad. There are several ways to get to the shopping/restaurant area and the shorter route did have a very steep hill. The slightly longer route wasn't as bad as people have made out. I enjoyed the walk, so did my sister who normally dislikes walking. The kids aged between 6 and 18 also didn't mind the walk, except for our last night as they were tired/being lazy. I would definitely return to this hotel, however I would only come out of season because I know how busy it can get July/August in Benidorm in general. I think we enjoyed it so much because it was quiet.

We arrived with a lovely welcome from Maria who always remember us ...we had a lovely time ..Room..food Staff everywhere were lovely..spotless clean and bed were high standard .we love to visit here ..for a short break we b back in May ..thank you from Joan and Pat Keating. Ireland and Spain.

Apartments clean and spacious. Staff friendly. Food great plenty of options. Its a walk to the beach for bars and cafes taxis are reasonable.

Just returned from a week stay here and could not fault the hotel or staff, one arrival felt so welcome staff were always so warm and welcoming and would help in anyway they could, the room and complex was clean and the room was a decent size would definitely return

Read the reviews so went with an open mind and we had a brilliant time. Good size apartment very clean and large balcony. We went half board+ and couldn't fault it breakfast was good with lots of options, evening meal was always good with beer on tap 🍺. Bit confused with few comments about staff we found them very friendly. Met some really great people especially Dennis kept us entertained. Have booked for next year already 👍

I wasn't looking forward to staying here but it actually very nice and very clean the room was large everything you need except an iron there was no iron but states there is..we found reception staff rude and unhelpful except for an elderly guy who was lovely..the entertainment was awful and JJ the barman was quite rude in fact he needs to go arrogant young man.. it is far out and u do need a taxi which is 8 euros to the *****. Breakfast was very nice and a large selection for under 10 euros.. its a shame as some of the staff let this hotel down.. the cleaners are are brilliant put them on reception..
