BC Music Resort

Right, listen up! Forget those dodgy reviews. The BC Music Resort in Benidorm absolutely knocked our socks off. We arrived apprehensive but honestly, this place exceeded every expectation. The staff? Seriously outstanding. They were genuinely eager to help with anything and everything. Always smiling, the place was spotless, and they were up for a good bit of banter. Top marks to the whole team! Our eight-person bunk room was basic but spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Just a tiny suggestion for the hotel – maybe some bed guards on those top bunks, and can be a challenge to climb after a bevvy. The all-inclusive was brilliant. You could pretty much order whatever you fancied, which was a definite win. The pool area was a proper vibe – great music, flowing drinks, and picture-perfect for those holiday snaps. (would love if we could request songs of our choice) Plus, the rooftop bar offered a quieter space to chill, but was also perfect for a good laugh. The food was exactly what you'd expect, and there was always a decent selection to choose from at each meal. No complaints there at all. So, a massive thank you to all the incredible staff at the BC Music Resort. Your hospitality was truly top-notch, and you made our holiday fantastic. Honestly, it was the best place ever, and we can't wait to come back! Thanks for everything!

Tried to scam us for room deposit €80 for broken bed that didn't exist. If you didn't break it don't pay for it . This was after they originally said we had chipped something ,but we had photos of whole room slight damage Absolute joke . I insisted they took us back to our room .they couldn't even confirm which bed it was! Same photo as someone on next floor up as well ( they payed €160 for 2 beds ! Mental Complete money racked Same they felt the need to try rob us because the hotel was great .

Stayed here as a group of 3 girls on 14th August till 18th August, Paid 150 deposit on card whilst checking in and on checking out we had to ask about the deposit as they didnt specify when it would be released back to us. After a bit of back & forth they did tell us it could take up to 5 working days. Apart from used towels & beds the room was left absolutely fine so we have no doubt that our deposit should be issued back to us. But after reading reviews today im not to hopeful. Has anyone's deposit taken longer than 5/6 working days? Hotel also desperately needs to sort the lift on the left hand side out as its a death trap 🙈

I promise you now, I’m not one of these moaners ordinarily but I was disappointed with everything to do with this place, the blonde receptionist was really rude to us, the rooms are disgusting and I wouldn’t swim in the pool unlike my mates all of which got ill with stomach after. 14 are still there, I decided to come home as I’d rather stay in a tent tbh. Sorry but it is vile. I know you get what you pay for and we were on a stag do but 6 of us feel this way and I know a few wanted home. Bad place.

No deposit back after group checked out the Sunday 9th August ! 250 euros from Preston-Lee Naylor booking and despite calls and emails no answer ?! So review it is and release the money !

I visited this hotel with 4 other friends recently, we were all inclusive and shared one room. When we arrived the lady on the front desk was very helpful, however we found a lot of things did have an extra additional cost that in any other hotel wouldn’t usually (towels, hairdryers etc). Whilst this was only a deposit, it was only payable in cash, so when receiving back at the end of the holiday it felt pretty useless as we wouldn’t have a chance to go spend this money as we were going straight to the air port. The hotel itself was VERY basic and had a very strange smell to it. The lifts weren’t very safe, with the floor on one lift having a floor with a large delve in it. The lifts would also just drop randomly when you arrived at a floor and the doors closed very quickly on you. The rooms were also very basic but quite comfy beds, however the pull out bed on the sofa wasn’t the comfiest. We weren’t given a balcony even though we were told we would be, the receptionist told us they didn’t give them to party’s over 4 people, yet on the website if you book directly you can choose a room with a balcony even if your party is larger than 4. The shower was incredibly small and was usually freezing cold with no hot water available for most of our stay. The food was also incredibly basic and incredibly oily. Most of the food had a weird aftertaste and made a few of our party felt ill. The ‘snack bar’ was also just leftovers from the meal times that had just been. The all inclusive drinks finished at 7pm, so if you wanted another after this time you did have to pay which I have never known before in a hotel, however the drinks were reasonable during the all inclusive hours and the bar staff were incredibly friendly. There was only one bar open throughout the day at the poolside which also meant making these drinks harder to get as there were always large queues and typically only one bar staff serving at once. I had read many reviews about the outdoor pool water being very murky and dirty yet on our visit the pool water was quite clean (I cannot comment on the indoor pool as we didn’t see it). There were no loungers outside, only a handful of deck chairs that didn’t really recline and weren’t comfy at all. If you weren’t able to grab one of the few chairs you would have to lay or sit on the fake grass around the pool. This grass STUNK of wee and drinks people had obviously spilt. Whilst at the pool there was also some music, however this music was unbearable, the same 4 songs were on repeat all day everyday. There were toilets available outside however the female toilet didn’t lock. Overall I would say you get what you pay for with this hotel, if you’re wanting a more high end experience you need to pay that extra money. Though the staff we came into contact with really helpful and friendly, the hotel itself was very basic and outdated.
