BC Music Resort

Tried to scam us for room deposit €80 for broken bed that didn't exist. If you didn't break it don't pay for it . This was after they originally said we had chipped something ,but we had photos of whole room slight damage Absolute joke . I insisted they took us back to our room .they couldn't even confirm which bed it was! Same photo as someone on next floor up as well ( they payed €160 for 2 beds ! Mental Complete money racked Same they felt the need to try rob us because the hotel was great .

Just returned from my hen party, there was 11 of us. Please ignore the bad reviews I think the hotel is great! The rooms were cleaned every day, the staff were all friendly. Yes the sun does go behind the buildings which is a downside however thats due to the high rise buildings surronding the hotel. They only went behind for around 15 minutes at a time. The drinks were good, good selection of cocktails and different flavours of vodka. Got our deposit back straight away, literally as we checked out. Which I was surprised about after seeing alot of people waiting a long time for theirs. Not sure if its because ours was to a Monzo account, but it went in really quick! The food wasnt amazing but I never struggled to eat, they had spring rolls, samosas , pork , salmon , salads. Also free ice cream and ice lollys which were nice. I would definitely go back. The ***** is around a 10 minute walk, we had a nice walk down every night and got a 5 euro taxi back. Your room key is on your wrist which I thought was a great idea as you never forget it and you all have access to the room.

Arrived for my daughter hen doo 21 of us ,rooms were spotless and bedding changed everyday breakfast was good evening meal not so good ,staff were very welcoming and friendly ,didn’t get much sun at the pool but roof terrace was great ,drinks were good and Smirnoff vodka was served ,paid our deposit in cash 50euro per person and got it back no bother ,thanks to hotel and staff for making this hen doo so enjoyable x

The staff make the bc music resort! We was a group of 4 - mixed ages and not there for the party scene but rather the location. We felt safe at all times and all the staff were polite and helpful. I imagined it would be noisy and getting woken up during the night but not at all it was peaceful and didn’t get woken up once. On checkout our room was checked and deposit was put back in straightaway! I think stopping the all inclusive alcohol at 7pm Is a really good idea and massively contributes to the safety and well-being of tourists and staff. Thankyou to the staff ❤️

Absolutely Amazing ! Highly recommend! Came here for my sisters hen do for the pool party price was so good which included all drinks on the selected all inclusive and food included to . Staff was amazing especially Rafa! He made us feel so welcome and was always around if we needed anything. Thank you all for such an amazing time we will all definitely be back ☺️

We went to the BC for my 50th birthday (12 of us) and can't fault the actual hotel rooms, staff, food & drinks! The hotel staff couldn't be nicer and everything we asked for was not a problem, the restaurant, bar staff & reception staff were all very friendly, the only reasons I wouldn't return to this hotel was the noise during the night and the constant music in the foyer seemed to be still on at 5am! We were in Rooms 17, 18 & 19 (19 being above the main door) so was very noisy all night with people coming and going and speaking like it was 3pm not 3am haha but this is a party hotel so we kinda expected this! Some of the other holiday makers also couldn't care less about respecting the place which I don't like and just to add we all got our deposit back again before we even left the hotel so the bottom line is you behave and respect the property then you don't have a problem with your deposit! (The receptionist said we were very good girls lol, the food and drinks were fine too and always found something to eat and the drinks were good (Smirnoff) so if you have booked don't stress you will have a good time!
