Apartamentos Amalia by Mc

Second stay here as we love it. Great apartments. Very handy for everything. Checked in no problem. Lovely pool everywhere so clean. Love the wee bar downstairs. Lovely food and drinks. Will definitely be back again.

We chose these apartments based on the reviews as newbies to Benidorm. Prior to our arrival I emailed and requested a low floor. On arrival after a very long coach transfer we where met by the lovely Jordi, our request had been granted and we where given apartment 1A. It had everything needed for a self catering holiday and a huge spacious terrace. We where comfortable during our stay but found that the living room was a little tight for space when the extra bed was made up. It wouldn't be an issue if only 2 staying. When needing any advice about excursions or the surrounding area Jordi was very helpful and always greeted us with a smile. The apartments are in a great location near enough to both old and new town but in a quiet mostly residential area. I gave 4/5 as the apartments where a little shabby in places but nothing major. Also the area around the swimming pool is very slippery, I went flat on my back and saw several others slipping whilst we were there. Also there is a little bar/cafe underneath the apartments that are independent, they open (rightly so) when they please. I thought that there was a snack bar open all the time as part of the complex. I missed having a pool side bar. I'd recommend these apartments to anyone wanting a basic but comfortable self catering apartment. I don't think we'll return to Benidorm but if we did I would happily stay here again.

Super déçue pour notre 2eime sejour ds cet hotel appart,réservé en sept 2022 en demandant place de parking abrité et appart 10eime etage ,hors,quand nous sommes arrivé notre appart était occupé jusqu'au lendemain et idem pour le parking,nous louons pour 15 jours,la voiture est resté dehors tout le temps de notre sejour pourtant parking payant ,les transats pas assez nombreux sont plus que usés,sans compter le ****** toutes les nuits dans la rue qui etait calme avant et travaux peinture à notre étage ,super dangereux,interrupteur retiré et comblé avec du sopalin,hors depuis le 21 Juin il y a une loi qui interdit les travaux,Jordie dit bonjour quand il veut,on deconseille completement cet établissement ,à fuir et photos à l'appuis,l'établissement n'est plus à l'ordre du jour ,les photos qu'on vous montres sont des vieilles photos et sans compter la piscine avec la crasse tout le long du carrelage et entourage piscine et transat plus nettoyés tous les jours,et aussi,obligée de réclamer 2 fois la femme de ménage qui normalement changer les draps et serviettes tous les 4jours sinon elle ne passait pas et surtout que Jordi savait que j'avais eu un probleme de santé hopital et 2 fois à la clinique,completement ignorant sur ma santé

Estupenda ubicación. Apartamentos muy bonitos, magnífica terraza y bien amueblados, con buen servicio de limpieza. El personal, totalmente entregado a su clientela y muy amable. Jordi todo un profesional. Muchas gracias. Volveremos por tercera vez.

Could have not chosen a better place. Apartment ideally located close to levante beach. Washing machine so pack light save money on baggage. Manager Jordi amazing very friendly and helpful. Great bar under hotel and cafe sol at the side. Fantastic holiday

Apartamentos muy bien ubicados. Muy acogedor y limpio. Una terraza enorme. La piscina, una zona muy tranquila . Y el recepcionista Jordi muy atento a todo. Se nota que hace su trabajo agusto y quiere que el cliente también lo esté.

Kamer met aparte slaapkamer. Douche en keuken met ijskast/vriezer. Ook wasmachine aanwezig. Alles was schoon. Lekker zwembad. Ontvangst receptie prima. Goede prijsstelling. Appartement is zeer gunstig gelegen. Nabij strand en eetgelegenheden alsmede winkels. Kleine minpunt is het ontbreken van parasols bij het zwembad.

Wij verbleven hier eind augustus, perfect appartement lekker schoon, mooie locatie. De service van Jordy is perfect, uiterst vriendelijke man. Onze volgende reis 1s alweer geboekt naar Amalia by MC, eind september.

Just came back a week ago from staying here,lovely location, the apartment was really good and lots of space and all we needed for the week there. Was greeted by jordie and he was so welcoming and very very helpful and friendly. We csnt wait to come.back again next may.
