Hotel Brisa is on Levante Beach, in the quiet Rincón de Loix part of Benidorm. It offers an outdoor pool and gym, as well as free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour reception. Bright, colourfully decorated rooms are modern and air conditioned. Rooms feature a flat-screen satellite TV, minibar and safe. Some have a private balcony. The private bathroom has a hairdryer and amenities. A buffet breakfast is served at the Brisa Hotel. There is a café-bar, and room service and packed lunches can be requested. The hotel offers a laundry, dry cleaning and ironing service. Parking is available nearby for an extra charge. There is easy access to the AP7 Motorway and Terra Mítica Theme Park is a 15-minute drive away. Hotel Brisa is immersed in a continuous improvement plan, which is why, from 11/20/23 and approximately until 12/17/23, the hotel will carry out work in some common areas, specifically the bar-cafeteria and reception. The bar-cafeteria hours will be from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and exclusively with service on our terrace. The reception maintains its services normally although we will move it to another place for a few days. The night animation will also be affected by the works. Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni, io ed un mio amico, personale molto competente, gentili e molto disponili. Essendo un hotel non grande, per il cibo non troppa scelta ma buono. Un grosso bacio alla signora cheri, sempre con il sorriso. Consigliato anche per la posizione, letteralmente due passi e sei in spiaggia! Top tutto.

When I booked the berisa I paid an extra £150 for a sea view however when i booked in I got a bog standard room with a tiny side balcony not big enough to have 2 seats on, I'm talking less than 1metee squared, obviously I demanded a different room as I did pay the extra and was given a room on the other side, not fully facing the sea but at least we could actually get on it. However the air-conditioning in our room did not work, it pumped out hot air all week, opening our room door was like opening a oven door, I feel we were given this room as punishment for the room swap but at the end if the day I was charged for the upgrade that I never actually got and roasted all week in a fire pit. This hotel is modern and clean and tidy but no way is it a 4 star, the spannish star rating board really have shown their curupt side with this one.

Pros and cons Pros: the hotel was very clean, lady at reception on checkin was polite. easy to check in and out. Location great Cons: pool was tiny, no sun beds only a recliner deck chair, all other staff were very rude, food was basic for full board with a lot of fish, rooms are small, Entertainment was terrible, bar area tiny , limited selection of drinks, Overall we did not enjoy the hotel we paid extra for a nice hotel but were disappointed especially with how rude the staff were.

Went with a group of five girls and had a lovely time from start to finish the guy on reception was very plesant and helpful rooms was clean with beautiful views had rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels and location was decent would recommend and definitely would come back 😊

My 5 day visit to this hotel with 3 friends was absolutely faultless reception staff cleaning restaurant staff were all very accommodating the hotel was very clean no waiting for lifts and very friendly we had a junior suite with 2 balconies Well worth the visit and so relaxing and well located Will defo be going back

Great small hotel, only 5 floors, yippee, some had over 20 floors, quite scarey! Great location, pleasant staff, our room had side view of the sea, perfectly adequate. Kettle etc. lovely outside space , overlooking the beach, drinks served outside. The only problem for us was parking at E30 for 2 days, but most people won’t have a car.

Location 10 out of 10 and good breakfast and clean room but stops there. Wheelchair lift from beachfront to reception always locked so have to get reception to unlock. No sun beds for guests in pool area or any other area. No toilet facility in pool area have to go through reception and down flight of stairs or lift.. Lifts frustratingly slow need replacing No tea making facility in room. Safe in room has additional charge. Satellite TV has very few English speaking channels not even skynews. No shower facility for late departure and late checkout unavailable

Couldn't make ir boken ankle mailed 2 times as in hospital no reply emails arent answered its a we are looking at your request ive visited benidorm 28 times in last 20 yrs had no problem at all had same situation 6 yr ago mailed peublo they moved our stay not stayed at your hotel befoe but hopefully ots better than your responsibility to answering requests

Nice small hotel on beach in good location. However the view was spoilt by the noise from the entertainment going on unti l12 midnight. We booked a junior suite and it was on the third floor above the stage area. Hate to think what the noise was like on the lower floors. Staff not helpful, food not worth it we ate out Most days. No refreshment facilities in room, Not upto UK standards Would not recommend. The One excellent point was the room housekeeping .
