Soggiorno assolutamente impeccabile in questi appartamenti. Pulizia impeccabile con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno self-catering. Frigorifero con congelatore, tostapane, forno, microonde, ferro e asse da stiro, asciugacapelli. Siamo arrivati ​​tardi, quindi abbiamo ritirato le chiavi dall'hotel a 200 metri più avanti sulla strada. Non è stato un problema perché è lì che ci ha lasciato il pullman di trasferimento. 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e dalla spiaggia. 25 minuti a piedi dal centro nuovo *****. Enorme supermercato accanto. Ci fermeremo sicuramente di nuovo qui

Non mi aspettavo molto perché era così economico ma sono rimasto più che deluso quando sono arrivato. Le camere erano in disordine con i segni di scivolamento delle ultime persone lasciati nella toilette e macchie sulle lenzuola. Sono stato sveglio tutta la notte con il rumore proveniente dalle altre stanze, ci siamo lamentati con la direzione molte volte durante il nostro soggiorno ma non è stato fatto nulla e una notte abbiamo visto il direttore festeggiare con i nostri vicini rumorosi. Non mi sono mai sentito così mancato di rispetto in vita mia. Per non parlare del fatto che quando abbiamo lasciato gli appartamenti ci è stato detto che avremmo ricevuto indietro il deposito di € 150 della camera il giorno successivo tramite bonifico bancario, stiamo ancora aspettando 2 settimane dopo. Ho inviato e-mail più volte ma non hanno più risposto. Rapina!

the apartment was very very basic ,just enough to get by, towels and dishcloth provided were very worn and pretty useless,whole apartment needed a really good clean,im not ocd but the place did feel better once i run over with the mop and cleaned the balcony area,it was manky !. situated on a busy road and if there are noisy guests = little sleep. good points. the location suited us, beds were ok, balcony gets the sun. wouldnt go back tho.

Arrived early hours in the morning .( Make sure you read small print where to collect keys as Apartment's closed) picked keys up and headed about a 10 minute walk to apartment. When you get in the gate, it doesn't look that bad . Is a small pool not allowed lilos or balls in . No jumping or diving. Although no one is there to tell you some of the guests do like to let you know, it's not allowed and get quite rude about it. Hair dryer , towels , washing machine , fridge provided. 1 toilet roll in the bathroom. Cups hit and miss 3 shared the apartment and only 2 cups in the room . Air con works great . The bedding in one of the beds was full of loose hairs, and the other bed had dead bugs on the sheet . The bed in the front room is a pull out mattress under the sofa very comfy though , sheets and pillows are provided . Very spacious, although very dated furniture and could do with a paint . The lifts are very tiny, and if you don't like small spaces, you won't like getting inside . Not a bad place overall . Cafe on site, although man doesn't understand or speak English he uses Google Translate . If disabled and use a wheelchair, not the place as the lifts won't get you in . Hosue cleaning lady very friendly and happy .

Got to the gate 2 men trying to get in, got to reception they was 10 people in there one let the two lads in, and told us to use key. Finally got in to find it was all staff having a party was very rude on arrival. Did finally meet one good staff member 3 days in who was very nice and helpful. Just a shame we couldn't use the room safe and had to take all personal belongings out every day/night

THE GREAT: The security is excellent; you get a key to the front gate which is locked at all times so it feels very safe. The large balcony is excellent with great views to the sea and over the park opposite the hotel. The large kitchen is very well equipped with a big fridge. It's very clean although a little old and tired. Central location with a short walk to the old town and all its attractions. There is a superb, large Mercadona supermarket right next door. Staff are friendly and helpful. THE NOT SO GREAT: There is no one on reception over the weekend or in the evenings. There is an emergency number which we used when the kettle fused the lights on our first evening. Someone came promptly to investigate and we were shown how to turn a dial in the centre of the fuse box to reset the fuses which we needed to do several times. The kettle was promptly replaced on Monday when staff were in again. The coach from the airport drops you off on the Alfonso Puchades road at the top of the hill. If you arrive in the evening or at weekends you collect the keys from Prince Park Hotel which is a 3 minute walk away on the same road - there is a small notice on the gate telling you this, but it's hard to see in the dark. Similarly, when you leave you have to drag your suitcases up the hill to the Economy Cash bus stop on Alfonso Puchades road where the bus to the airport goes from. Bring a torch: finding the keyhole in the gate isn’t easy on a dark evening! As with many Spanish hotels, the ceilings are thin: we could hear every noise in the room above us, including chairs scraping and people walking in high heels at 3 am!
