Stayed for two nights convenient for watching the excellent Benidorm Fire Show. Would recommend this .

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni in questo splendido hotel ed abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione. Le camere ampie ed accoglienti, la gentilezza del personale e la varietà delle pietanze proposte, ci hanno fatto godere di una piacevole vacanza. Il parcheggio è a pagamento ma è coperto ed ampio. C'è una piscina scoperta e un'altra coperta a prenotazione. Non si è in pieno centro e questo credo sia molto comodo per evitare il ****** serale della movida che comunque credo disti 1,5 km dall'hotel e quindi raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata. Se ci fosse l'occasione per ritornare a Benidorm quest'hotel sarà il nostro punto di riferimento

Just returned from a weeks stay here and loved everything about the place. It's in a fantastic location directly across from benidorm palace and far enough away from the strips so no noise issues. Luckily we went outside uk school holidays so always plenty of loungers to choose from, even later in the day. This may be different though once the kids are off school? Food wise we all always found something to eat and there are many bars/restaurants very close by if you fancy a change from buffet. The corner bar a 5 min walk up the road does a cracking fry up! If hotel entertainment isn't your thing sinatras and tropical bar are about 5 mins away and they have several acts on each night. Staff are so friendly and the entertainment staff make the effort to remember your name and get you involved. If I did have to give one negative it would be lack of kettle in the room, I need a morning brew before I face the world but it's no big deal. We will definitely be booking this place again

Spotless, friendly staff, food very poor and poor quality. Full of grease and over cooked. Poor choice of desserts, Ended up eating out most of the time, As someone that has been here before. Definitely 5 star down to 2 because of the food. Entertainment not any better and the music at pool is tgd same rubbish, day in and day out

We have been coming here for many years and it is our home from home in Benidorm but this year instead of our customary 5 star review we have dropped it to 3. First the positives, the hotel is always clean everywhere and despite other comments the staff are always friendly and helpful. Yes with the card system you do need to present a card for each drink which can be annoying if you forget but it's NOT the staff' s fault. Now for the sole reason for dropping from 5 to 3 stars.......the restaurant. The staff try their hardest and ALWAYS seem to be working flat out and the quality and variety of breakfast is still good but because only one cook they have to try and cook fresh eggs and pancakes as well as keeping everything else topped up and often things ran out. NOW the real problem is the massive drop in quality and variety of both midday and evening meal from previous years, again often empty or cold food with less choice. Hotel management listen to this and address it, talking to other regular guests who have come here a lot they seem to be of the same opinion about the food. I do hope to see the food back to it's old high standard next year and to be writing a 5 star review.

Just came back from a 4 night stay here, we have absolutely loved it!! Everything was prefect. It is run on a card system they took a picture of me and my partner when we got there and put us both on both cards so we could go up and get us both a drink which was prefect. The room was just what you needed clean, big, comfy bed clean towels everyday, there isn't any AC but it was cooler when we went so that didn't effect us. The pool it was cold but it was fine for a quick dip to cool down. The food was amazing a different selection every day, we walked away full and happy. The only thing I would say is if your a dessert person it's not a great selection but there's always ice cream and yogurts then the last night a chocolate fountain - amazing. You are far enough away from the main ***** to not hear any of the noise but close enough to walk about 15 to 20 minutes. The staff we lovely really pleasant and polite a really lovely stay. We would definitely go back and recommend to anyone wanting to go to benidorm. Lovely stay very happy.

Arrived at the hotel around midnight, was checked in quickly and offered food in the dining room. The rooms very simply furnished and I found the bed comfortable. The cleaning staff were excellent and fresh towels provided daily. The whole of the hotel was spotless and we found all the staff very pleasant and helpful. Some people have complained about the card system, but it kept people from ordering lots of drinks and meant the queues were minimal. Food was varied and a decent quality and again, the staff were lovely. Loved the pool area and the animation team worked incredibly hard. Would definitely recommend and return.

Group of 9 here for 4 nights. Wonderful staff, excellent food and drinks. The sunshine also helped to make this an amazing relaxed holiday and we enjoyed every minute of it. Would highly recommend this Hotel and a night in Benidorm Palace is a must.

Fab smaller hotel with only 174 rooms. Friendly staff. Very clean large rooms. We found the food to be excellent. Pool area clean lots of sun loungers. Around a 15 minute walk to the centre so nicely out of the way of noise. My only negative was I feel there should be water dispensers or bottled water given free. You could get water by asking at the bar served from a bottle. We bought a large 5 litre from the nearby supermarket for 69c to fill our containers. All in all an excellent hotel will definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️😎
