Riviera Beachotel - Adults Recommended

Da dove cominciare! L'hotel è fantastico. È un piccolo hotel, che è immacolato. La prenotazione è stata così rapida e semplice. Il personale della reception è così cordiale. Le camere sono di dimensioni decenti e hanno un sacco di spazio per riporre le cose. I letti sono così comodi e i cuscini sono così comodi. È il miglior sonno che abbiamo avuto da molto tempo. La cameriera che pulisce le camere è così cordiale e lavora così duramente. Le camere sono onestamente immacolate. Il ristorante è il migliore in cui abbia mai mangiato per oltre 40 anni di viaggi all'estero. Il cibo è di qualità eccellente e molto caldo, e intendo caldo. È così fresco I camerieri/cameriere sono così cordiali e i tavoli sono stati sparecchiati così rapidamente. Di nuovo hanno lavorato così duramente, sempre con un sorriso sui loro volti. Così come il personale del bar della terrazza. Ci tornerei? Sicuramente tornerei al Riviera.

The hotel that just keeps on getting better .. we can only think of positives .. the Team are the best in the business, .. the Cleanliness and food are top notch .. the hotel is just a little hidden Gem .. small in size but great in Features .. would thoroughly recommend the Riviera Beach and once you’ve been .. you just wouldn’t book elsewhere.

Great hotel third time we have stayed here coming again in November . Staff very friendly . Food very good lots of choice . Got the room I requested which was kept very clean by the cleaner . As said before the sun terrace at the front is great music on good price drinks . Weather this time march paddy’s week was mixed but we had a great time . Location is good central to bars beach etc . The managerss is friendly can be seen around . See you in November x

Riviera beach hotel in Benidorm where we recently spent a 10 day full board stay. In our room (601) over the first few day we discovered the following defects: The toilet seat was very loose, the handle inside the shower door was broken, leaving a sharp edge.The door stop on the floor was loose, showing the screws not screwed into the floor.The main door into our room kept sticking on the top of the door at the fire door closing point, the hinge kept dropping not allowing the door to open fully, (The cleaner also experienced the same issue) To top all this came the ants! On the Tuesday morning at breakfast we noticed ants running along the table where the microwave, tea/coffee making facilities were kept (videos taken). we reported this to a waitress and was told that it would be sorted out, only to find the same issue on the Thursday with the ants in the same area which was very off putting and we felt that we could no longer eat our meals in the hotel, so had the remaining days of our holiday eating out ( even though we had paid for full board) We did actually leave a note for the manager about our room defects, which were rectified the same day, but I still fell that our room should not of been available with these issues. The manager actually called us into her office on the day before we were due to return home to discuss the defects ( I can’t understand why she left it so late?) but as for the ant situation, she just said it couldn’t be helped because of the warm climate ( we have been to many other “warm climates” with no issues like this before)

I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. My room was clean as were all the communal areas, and there was a very calm relaxing atmosphere which was exactly what I wanted. Location was perfect as the hustle and bustle was within walking distance but didn’t disturb the peacefulness of the hotel. All staff were very polite and welcoming, especially the staff in the restaurant. I felt safe and happy throughout my stay. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

Rude staff paid extra for balcony on easyjet holidays food not great choice bed bugs ridden but hotel denied all this so that's their problem didn't use pool as in shade most of day lifts caused problems looks nice from uncle peds but there are better hotels on same side of street
