Absolutely lovely place to stay, the apartment was very spacious and came complete with cleaning materials and fully kitted out kitchen. The view from the 17th floor was absolutely stunning

DO NOT RECOMMEND. On arrival for our booking of 5x guests, I was horrified to find the state of the 5th bed (which we knew was a pull-out bed) that wasn’t the issue. Please see the photo attached. When I went to ask at Reception, I was met with a particularly rude member of staff who was “off shift” who swiftly threw some sheets at me to replace them myself. The apartment was not clean and there was no air conditioning in the rooms. We desperately tried to find somewhere else to stay but couldn’t at short notice, thankfully we found somewhere else the next morning. When i went down to check out, the manager was also exceptionally rude and advised that we were offered an alternative room the night before (which we weren’t). I’ll jump on the bandwagon with the hill being an issue which it would be if we had stayed!

I was there a group of 12 of us for my henny and it was great me my 2 friends are returning in September this year as we loved it only bits was could be more lighting outside the gate and we took a while to find it as no sign for it and the light only goes so far so carding the cases was a bit of a pain but that did not damping our time there. The man was excellent at reception and took time with us all.

Property was great with the views and central location. Did not mention hill. The holiday started really bad being dropped off on early hours by coach with no clue where to go and driver did not know. About hour later we found the hotel to be told there is no key.so had to goto another hotel to get key..this could of easily been fixed by issuing a map of where to go. The rest of the holiday was great and now we know where to go would go again The issues with kettle and toaster both not working was rectified the same day. The man on the front dest was really helpful.

We went to Benidorm for a surprise 60th birthday and booked accommodation near to where our friends were staying. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised when we were told our room was ready for us. The staff were more than helpful and courteous and getting our key and any information we needed were imparted efficiently. Now the room was basic but all amenities were there and it was clean and comfortable. We basically just needed a base to wash change and sleep and this suited our needs ideally. If you just need a base near the beach and the ***** you would be hard pushed to beat it. I would happily recommend it to my friends and family as a convenient base for all things Benidorm. One little complaint a lamp or side lights in the bedrooms would be really useful. Very minor apart from that a very enjoyable stay. Thank you
