Magic Natura Resort

siamo tornati da poco da Magic Natura e già non vediamo l'ora di prenotare per il prossimo anno! Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati non ci ha deluso. Il posto sembra bellissimo, avevamo un lodge con vista sul mare che era a circa 30 secondi a piedi dalle piscine:) posizione quindi perfetta per noi. Camere: sempre pulito, abbastanza spazio per quello di cui avevamo bisogno, avevamo un lodge con 2 camere da letto, quindi letti a castello in una stanza (l'unico inconveniente era che non c'era l'aria condizionata in camera) ma nella camera da letto principale / area salotto l'aria condizionata funzionava perfettamente! Ogni giorno i letti venivano fatti e ovunque venivano puliti sembrava di nuovo nuovo di zecca! Piscine: il team della piscina è lì ogni mattina presto per pulire tutte le aree della piscina, le piscine sono aperte alle 10:00 tutti i giorni, abbiamo sempre lettini per il giorno, il team di animazione è lì ogni giorno a fare giochi intorno alla piscina che i miei bambini adoravano! E l'aerobica in acqua che ha coinvolto tutti, in uno dei giorni hanno organizzato una festa di schiuma nella piccola piscina e tutti i bambini si sono divertiti così tanto anche gli adulti. Le piscine a sfioro con vista sugli elefanti e sui cervi erano così speciali che il mio bambino di 16 mesi adorava guardarle mentre era in piscina, anche se era affollato nel resort, le piscine non erano mai piene. Cibo: c'era sempre molta scelta ogni giorno per tutti, il che era fantastico perché ero preoccupato di avere 4 bambini a cui piacciono cibi diversi, ma avevano sempre la pancia piena ogni giorno. Intrattenimento: la mini discoteca per bambini è iniziata alle 20:30, il momento perfetto dato che la cena serale è iniziata alle 19:30, quindi abbiamo mangiato e siamo andati subito lì dopo, abbiamo sempre avuto un tavolo per guardare gli spettacoli, il che è stato fantastico . Gli spettacoli erano ok e abbastanza buoni per i bambini che erano tutti fissati su di loro. Avevano anche piccole macchine giocattolo in loco che i miei bambini adoravano € 1 ciascuno ed erano felici! Parco acquatico: Il parco acquatico è a circa 8 minuti a piedi dalla reception oppure puoi prendere l'autobus dall'interno del parco che è gratuito. Siamo andati all inclusive plus, quindi l'ingresso all'Aquapark era gratuito per noi, il posto è enorme! Tante piscine / scivoli per tutti e un sacco di lettini. Abbiamo prenotato le mie ragazze per andare alla scuola delle sirene che adoravano! L'unica cosa che dirò è che l'acqua in cui entrano per fare una nuotata con le code di sirena è molto profonda 1,5 metri, quindi non eccezionale per i non nuotatori, tuttavia mia figlia che non sa nuotare aveva le bracciali e hanno fornito un noodle galleggiare e anche tenere la mano dei miei piccoli in modo che potessero unirsi. Hanno uno snack bar al piano di sopra che potremmo usare gratuitamente con i nostri braccialetti, quindi abbiamo pranzato lassù hanno fatto patatine per hamburger, hotdog, fish and chips drink ecc. La nostra generale l'esperienza è stata eccellente, abbiamo volato con jet2 e torneremo sicuramente a volare con loro Non posso raccomandare abbastanza questo posto! È perfetto per i bambini! Abbiamo anche lasciato una piccola bottiglia di spumante nella nostra camera per dire grazie. Grazie Magic Natura x

Overall we had a really good time here. We went premium and had 2 lodges in the Bali section with private hot tubs. The lodges were nice with little areas that needed some tlc - the showers were quite limescaley/rusty, the shelf in the bathroom was slanted and had a little block of wood under to keep it up. The rooms ventilation was also really poor leading to A LOT of condensation, even to the point where all the paper in our room was wet and curling up etc. The beds were very firm and not very comfortable. There were mini fridges, a kettle, microwave and Nespresso machine which were useful (the Nespresso machine was a bit temperamental when it would work or not). We requested a bed guard for our son as he is 4 and tends to fall out of the bed without one. There were plenty of wardrobes and drawers for clothes storage for 4 people too. One of the doors to the lodges didn't close by itself and this was left open a couple of times by housekeeping which could've led to personal belongings going missing but as far as we are aware this didn't happen. We also had a wet towel and swimming costume that was drying in the bathroom chucked into a suitcase making the rest of the contents wet too. Not sure why housekeeping done this. The hot tub was definitely the highlight of the lodges for us as the pools were freezing we spent most of our time in the hot tub when not out and about. The food in the restaurants was mostly good. We always found something to eat every day we went. It did get very repetitive towards the end of the week though. The food in the Italian was ok, the pasta was fresh but the portions weren't huge. The dessert selection in the Italian was not as good as the desserts in the buffet. The paella upstairs was very good, we enjoyed that. The starters for the upstairs restaurant was all the same food as the buffet food downstairs too. As we were premium guests we had access to the smaller buffet restaurant which was very nice, as the standard restaurant was very cramped, busy and loud. We did however notice there was a bit more food in the standard restaurant. We ordered pizza delivery once and this was fine except it was cold and late so I think we were the last to receive the delivery. It was edible but we didn't bother ordering again. There were plenty of pools around the resort for smaller kids and older kids/adults, as we went in April the weather wasn't the warmest and the water was quite cold but we did get in a couple of times. There were activities all through out the days spread out across the resort at the main bar and the larger pool area. There is a game section with a pool table and other arcade machines. There is a ping pong table by the larger pool too. Several bars scattered around in all areas by the pools too. There is a games console area too which you need to book a time slot to gain access. There was a small kids club with a little soft play and colouring and other games inside. Our 2 (age 4 and 7) went in a couple of

Pros; Pools - cold pools but enough space. Entertainment - although it starts at 9pm. Good range and great staff. Kids club - indoor soft play area/drawing and games. Park - onsite small park area. Zoo & Waterpark - spacious, 5*, can be enjoyed by all ages. Shuttle bus - free to Benidorm/beaches. Cleanliness - great throughout hotel. Location - taxi €11-€15 into Benidorm. Cons; Check in - waited 4 hours for room upon check in Wifi - codes needed from reception every 4 hours to use WiFi Cots - €50 for a week (travel cots aren’t free) Cleanliness - had to contact reception for bedding and towels to be changed on 2 occasions. Cleaners also left door room open. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned once. Hotel layout - huge and very hilly so not great for prams/wheelchairs. Lodges - walls paper thin Onsite shop - extremely expensive. Go to supermarkets in Benidorm. Food - cold and mostly pork or fish Kids food section - cold and mostly pizzas, hot dogs and battered pork/fish. Sometimes nothing left due to adults using it. High chairs - more needed in buffet. Drinks - €1 per drink voucher. You need either the cup or voucher to get a drink. Staff - some helpful others not so Not worth upgrading to ‘all inc plus’ as there’s also ‘premium’. Restaurant meals included in all inc plus are set. In the meat restaurant you get - kangaroo, buffalo, ostrich and Zebra meat slices with a side salad. In the Italian it’s either pizza or bol/lasagne. Didn’t use the Rice restaurant. Pizza delivered wasn’t the best. Didn’t use beach bars. 1 hour Spa isn’t free there’s additional costs.

After reading some reviews i was a little worried about this place. I heard there were loads of flies but we didnt see any more than anywhere else we have been. We heard there were loads of roaches, we didnt see one. We heard the staff were unfriendly, every member of staff we interacted with were amazing. The zoo was fantastic and we went there twice. The water park was amazing and we spent 3 days there. The add ons you get through AI plus were great we had lunch and cocktails at Stars overlooking benidorm beach and the Italian restaurant was great. We also had Pizza delivered to the room. It hilly but there is a bus driven by Nacho! Ok so the food wasnt the best and the queues were bad until we came up with techniques to combat them. We had a fantastic holiday, one of a kind and dont forget the medieval night at Robin Hood. See you soon I hope

Not enough staff to deal with the amount of guests. Not enough transport to take around the site to deal with the amount of guests. Food very hit and miss, no actual big pool, few small pools dotted around where you can’t use floats etc. the rooms are nice, the staff are friendly, just not enough staff to deal with the amount of guests
