Pesimo hotel con una hihiene horrible!la comida escasa y siempre la misma e muy mala!piscina super pequeña para tanta gente!!colas en el comedor... ascensor.... barra.... un desastre todo vamos!!!q no repetiria en mi vida!un dinero tirado sin duda!!!!!en mi vida m encontre con semejante cosa!!!!!!

Ho soggiornato recentemente all'Hotel Rosamar e la mia esperienza è stata eccezionale. Il personale è davvero bravo e accogliente, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con un sorriso. La loro professionalità e cortesia hanno reso il mio soggiorno molto piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un servizio impeccabile e un ambiente amichevole.

Entertainment at the pool was great fun, food ok, I came in August so it’s expected to be busy, my only fault is the lifts, we were on the 6th floor, most of the time there was no lift so walked the stairs a lot. So I’m coming back thinner than I arrived which isn’t a bad thing

Really don't know where to start. On arrival we had requested high floor was told none available, was given 3rd floor when we went back to book in asked again about room was then given 14th floor this floor was predominantly none english during our stay. Room floor dirty and bedding stained not what we expected on recently reopened. Towels taken not left new ones, bin never emptied, no toilet rolls replenished floor never cleaned during all our stay. Restaurant staff are rude we put a jug of ice on table and it was snatched literally off the table and we were told off like school kids, others had jugs with wine and water on tables. Food not cooked not replenished minimal choice especially sweets and salad. Kids running wild one pulled a plate and smashed several over the floor noone cleared this up. Snackbar area disgusting noone clearing up plates and waste food all over attracting flies and birds. Tokens at bar, drinks are very low alcohol and served in.plastic glasses. Went to complain at reception to be told they don't have enough staff. Would certainly not recommend and will not revisit- worst hotel we have stayed in and tried a wide variety. Milk long life in cartons on warm hot plate just to add.

Currently on my last day here at hotel Rosamar and I would like to say it has been an experience. I was very nervous coming due to the reviews I’ve read other the past few weeks , however I think it has been made to be a bad hotel . We arrived at the hotel at 1pm and our room was ready , they are spacious and air con is fab . The hotel is nice , the food is good (what all inclusive can be ) I’m fussy and I’ve managed to eat at every meal . The options they’ve had Mexican night , curry etc is pretty good The pool is nice , big however my only problem was that you are not allowed balls , water guns or lilos (I think there should be a sign before people buy as we lost out on money ) The entertainment team are absolutely fantastic, there dancing and energy creates the atmosphere and makes it fun ! My only issue would be , lifts there are quite bad and do take some time , but this wouldn’t stop me coming again . And sun beds, I think there should be more because it’s chaotic in the morning trying to get one . Other than that it’s been a fantastic holiday and we’ve all enjoyed our stay . The reviews that have been put on here have been made worse than it is . Thanks Rosamar for a brilliant stay ⭐️⭐️

Rosamar Hotel - avoid!! On arrival at 3am I was refused a glass of water when I was feeling unwell. On first impressions it was not great. Room was spacious however it was never cleaned the floors were always dirty, balcony screen filthy dirty. Cleaner makes the bed. That is all. We had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. When you telephone reception they don't answer the phone. Communal areas - pool toilets never had toilet paper and were always dirty. Toilets at reception had a trickle of water to wash your hands. Lifts were like snails and there was always a queue. Sunbeds stacked at pool closing time and were never cleaned or hosed. Staff - hit or miss with their attitude. All inclusive drinks - involves tokens and plastic cups. Really annoying after awhile. The photos and video says it all about the food. Worst all inclusive experience ever. Evening meals were just the worst. Mash potato that wouldn't even be served in jail. Place an absolute mess. Queues of people and not enough food. Restaurant not kept clean and tidy. Snack bar (used it once) the food sits out in the air all day including cakes in 30 degree heat. Burgers raw inside. Lucky to find a chip! Kids lifting food with hands, overall it was just not sanitary. Hotel recently renovated definitely didn't meet expectations. Handrail leading into hotel has fell off (already)! Overpriced and will never be back. Hotel entertainment team the only saving grace. We had an amazing time even though the hotel was a major disappointment. Booked for presidente in September. Hopefully a better experience

Reception very good, the food very good, the pool don’t like because don’t easy for me kids. The shows fantastic. EXCELLENTLY ENTERTAINING VERY VERY GOOD ATHENA, DANI, AARON, IMAN THE BEST EVERY DAY DANCING AND PLAY I LOVED!!!! Thanks you for this experience!!!

Stayed here , brilliant entertainment round the pool. Food and drinks nice Managed to get a sun lounger everyday. Lifts are quick Athena Danny and aaron very good dancing keeping everyone entertained Easy to get served at the bar. Nice hotel

Nothing wrong with the hotel, we love it. Every member of the staff is amazing, the entertainment team is absolutely awesome, the funtastic gang is all you need to have the best holidays. We love Iman Bar staff also good, Imi is very good Looking forward to coming back in April
