Disappointed that the air con wasn't working, just throwing heat out, so the room was like an oven, reported to reception to be told that maintenance would fix it, went out for dinner arrived back at 8pm,still not fixed, went and reported it again, told that maintenance know about it, went back at 9pm,then at 10pm to be told that maintenance has gone home, gave me a fan so that was just blowing hot air around the room, the window is onto an inaccessible balcony overlooking a courtyard so there is no breeze, staff not really bothered so I contacted Jet2 customer services to be told they can't do anything until tomorrow,and they wouldn't reimburse me if I went to another hotel, I thought with phones and emails we were out of the dark ages, apparently not
