UUtente ospiteAn enjoyable stay, staff were all friendly, room was comfortable with nice garden view. Buffet breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Location is good, away from the noisy downtown area and close to some sights such as Wright Park and Mines View. Only negative is that the hotel was always very busy with people and they could be heard from the room at night

UUtente anonimoWe stayed Nov at the 3rd floor back view and it was so hot specially in the morning time were the sun is facing the window. You cannot stand to stay in the room and bear the hot tempreture inside the room. And in the evening since you need to open the window to let cold wind circulate in the room but the downside you can hear the loud voice of other guest chatting until late hours. Even if they have reminders in the room about the silent time is from 10pm. I called the receptionist to complain but still they havent dont anything about it.
I guess the hotel managment should consider installing aircondition since we all aware about the climate change. Its not that cold anymore in baguio considering its already November.

stayed here & honestly? 10/10 experience! from the moment we walked in, the vibe was immaculate—cozy, elegant, and just the right touch of sophistication. the staff? absolute gems. super accommodating, always ready to help, and made sure our stay was nothing short of amazing.
the cleanliness? spotless. every corner of the hotel felt fresh & well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. plus, the overall service was top-tier—smooth check-in, comfy rooms, and that warm baguio hospitality that just hits different.
the best part? the city view from our room was insane. waking up to the sight of baguio’s skyline was such a dream—perfect for slow mornings with coffee or just vibing at night with the city lights.
definitely recommending this to anyone looking for a chill yet luxurious stay in baguio. ✨ kudos to the team for making it such a memorable stay! will definitely be back. 🫶🏻

UUtente anonimoWe stayed at Chalet Baguio during a recent trip and had a generally okay experience. The location is great—close to Burnham Park, Session Road, and other Baguio attractions. It’s convenient if you want to explore the city without spending too much time in transit.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and responsive. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the hotel had a welcoming vibe overall.
However, I was disappointed with the buffet breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and the food quality didn’t meet expectations. It felt more like a quick fix rather than something to look forward to in the morning. Hopefully, the hotel can improve on this, as breakfast can really set the tone for the day.
Also, parking space is limited, which can be a challenge during peak times.

112MariaQuesta è la nostra seconda permanenza nella cabina di log, la prima è una piacevole esperienza in Q4 del 2017. Questa volta abbiamo prenotato la Pine Suite, che ci ha impressionati con le sue strutture e una terrazza che guarda il Giardino Botanico.
Mentre la cabina di log sembrava un po' più vecchia, apprezzo il parcheggio esclusivo al lobby frontale.
Il buffet di colazione gratuito era un po'di declino, quindi abbiamo scelto dopo il primo tentativo.
In generale, ci siamo divertiti e probabilmente ritorneremo, ma potremmo rimandare il buffet di colazione a meno che non vi siano miglioramenti.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

RROSELYN SGreat place to stay..best choice we change here on our 2nd day in baguio.. the room were aesthetically great,with the municipal hall view and street.place were near in burnham and its in the center .. we love the space all of it i wish we couldve stayed more.. value for money, amenities were all perfect , from toiletries and cofee and heater inside. Cute space but undeniably great for couples. Friendly staff and approachable the servc were really superb too..welcomming and warm..hope our nxt trip we will stay here again..thank you so much😍😊trully value for money and really budget frien

UUtente ospiteThe hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
