UUtente ospiteAn enjoyable stay, staff were all friendly, room was comfortable with nice garden view. Buffet breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Location is good, away from the noisy downtown area and close to some sights such as Wright Park and Mines View. Only negative is that the hotel was always very busy with people and they could be heard from the room at night

E come sempre, la pulizia e l'amicizia del personale sono presenti, per questo siamo tornati. Apprezzi che ci sia stato permesso di entrare un'ora prima. Grazie!

We need to call front desk for them to send tech to fix it - it is really faulty as he did a remedy by putting tissue for it to work as it should. The walls has stains which needs maintenance. The curtain has stains which made me wonder if those were molds. The shower
Does not give you that ”bath” feels; the shower is weak. If you put full blast it would be colder water... try to minimize the water only the will it be warm. For me the prize is not its money's worth. There are other hotels in baguio with better value

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo chiesto le modifiche alla nostra prenotazione tramite la signora Katherine Perez il sabato 18 maggio 2024. Le abbiamo informato che, dal momento che mia sorella e suo marito hanno confermato di aderire a noi, abbiamo chiesto la revisione della nostra prenotazione. Le abbiamo detto che abbiamo visto l'annuncio che costa P7,500 in una stanza e vorremmo avvalerci di questo promo. Ci ha aiutati a prenotare e ci ha informato che pagheremo un importo supplementare di P3, 375.00 che abbiamo accettato di pagare al check-in. Ha solo sottolineato che non possiamo più beneficiare del premio privilegiato degli anziani, poiché già abbiamo beneficiato del promo dell'hotel, e ha anche inviato un'e-mail per dimostrare l'importo di bilancio che dobbiamo risolvere.
Tuttavia, quando siamo arrivati al controllo in contro, ci stanno già prelevando un'ulteriore ricarica per la quarta persona, che non è quello che ci è stato discusso dalla onorevole Perez. Infine, siamo alla fine della perdita e non abbiamo altro scelta che pagare perché non è stata autorizzata dal signor Cabajar, vicedirettore del Front Office, a parlarci per chiarire la questione.
Non c'è problema per noi di pagare l'importo giusto finché è debitamente rivelato con noi all'inizio .
E' anche il nostro anniversario di matrimonio che abbiamo scelto il vostro hotel per noi per celebrare e rilassarsi. Non ci aspettavamo che saremmo delusi in un modo. Dove si dice che spero che non più cliente/capo sentirà mai la stessa cosa.

IiamERICA0326Our stay was great! It's not walking distance to the tourist spots but all of them are within the area and hailing a taxi is not a problem at all. We also prefer not to walk 😅 But if preferred, it's possible as everything is near the area!
We tried their heated pool while it rained, and we really enjoyed it! Such an experience with a cold weather in Baguio!
The breakfast buffet is awesome! We love everything and their menu differs per day! The original flavor taho, strawberry and ube are such a delight! I think the only missing is cereals. First time to eat strawberry champorado! 😁
At first I was hesitant if the room will have a fast wifi for me to work. Viola! The room as a router! I was able to work with ease! We love the smart TV -- you only need to sign in your own Netflix account. We love our room view. We don't have to go to SM to see the Baguio city lights.. we already have it in the room. We have a balcony overseeing the pool area as well! We so love our room! 😍 Only thing is maybe they should add another desk or longer desk. The TV is already in the table and there is no separate desk for laptop or if you are having snacks/dinner. We asked, but they don't have a spare table. I think they can also add another chair since the room is good for two. There's only one chair in the room but when we requested for it, they were able to provide.
Our room also allowed us to feel the breeze of Baguio! We can turn-off the AC and open the windows protected by mosquito net! I was just amazed with this feature!
We truly appreciate their prompt service whenever we call the reception. We don't need to call for follow-up! We love them!
We love that there is a bathtub and hoping they can also provide bath robes for a perfect bath! 🙏
Truly, we love to be back to SotoGrande whenever in Baguio! 🫶 Thank you SotoGrande for an awesome experience!

UUtente anonimoThe room was clean and tidy when we first arrived. You can just notice that the place is an old hotel but overall, it’s a good stay. The amenities are incomplete coz they don’t have slippers provided and you need to pay additional if you want to change the sheets and covers and blankets etc. The food is good and we enjoyed it. The CR is also nice but it’s hard to control the heater, you just leave it all to chance. The staffs are helpful and cheerful. The place is accessible to a loooot of scenic views and parks. It is near Rizal Park, Burnham Park, Baguio Night Market, Baguio City Market, City Hall and park, SM City Baguio, Sky Ranch, Baguio Cathedral, Session Road, Pink Sisters Convent, Foam Coffee,and Cafe by the ruins (famous coffee shops seen in TikTok).

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
